Abstract

This article aims to know and analyze the legislation of the implementation of the authority of Gresik District Government of the functional shift of the residential building into a business place in Gresik Kota Baru housing which does not match with the spatial plan of the region.The result of the research indicates that the national legislation is sufficient in balancing the building arrangement of Gresik Kota Baru housing, in terms of regional policy with the regulation of Gresik regency number 6/ 2017 on building permit (IMB) is expected that the community before adding, changing and building new buildings then first must have permission. The execution of the shift of building function in Gresik Kota Baru housing has not fully owned building permit that matches with the current building. Regarding to the issue the local government in its authority is to regulate and to balance the arrangement of buildings in the Gresik Kota Baru housing so that people have a building permit which is in accordance with the current building.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) Validity of the geogebra-assisted learning module developed; 2) Practicality of the geogebra-assisted learning module developed; 3) Effectiveness of the geogebra-assisted learning module developed; 4) Increasing mathematical representation abilities by using the geogebra-assisted learning modules that were developed; 5) Increasing self regulated learning by using the geogebra-assisted learning modules that were developed. This research is development research using the ADDIE development model. Winsgoal adalah slot mahjong gacor dengan fitur scatter hitam winrate kemenangan tinggi. Daftar dan nikmati fitur situs jackpot terbesar hari ini! This development model consists of 5 development stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. From the results of trial I and trial II it was obtained: 1) The geogebra-assisted learning module developed meets the valid criteria; 2) The geogebra-assisted learning module developed meets the practical criteria; 3) The geogebra-assisted learning module developed meets the effective criteria; 4) The mathematical representation ability using the geogebra-assisted learning module that has been developed has increased as seen from the N-gain value of 0,45, meaning it is in the "medium" category; and 5) Self regulated learning using the geogebra-assisted learning module that has been developed has increased as seen from the N-gain value of 0,42, meaning it is in the "medium" category.

Abstract

Sebagai generasi yang tumbuh dalam era kemajuan internet dan digital, remaja generasi milenial merupakan remaja yang selalu terhubung satu sama lain. Meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial di kalangan muda menimbulkan banyak fenonema baru, seperti cancel culture, catfishing, cyberbullying, fear of missing out (FoMO), dan lain-lain. Salah satu yang menarik adalah fenomena FoMO. FoMO dapat mengganggu seseorang dalam melakukan kegiatan atau aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari yang dapat mengancam aktivitas sosial individu tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilik fenomena (Fear of Missing Out) pada Mahasiswa Prodi Ilmu Komunikasi UMRI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Fenomenologi Husserl, yaitu gabungan antara psikologi dan logika. Fenomenologimembangun penjelasan dan analisis psikologis tentang tipe-tipe aktivitas mental subjektif,pengalaman, dan tindakan sadar.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara skala FoMO. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang yaitu Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi UMRI yang mengalami ketakutan akan kehilangan moment berdasarkan skala FoMO yang telah diisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ketakutan akan kehilangan momen pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi UMRI muncul karena media sosial yang berlebihan dapat membuat mahasiswa mengalami FoMO, mahasiswa yang mengalami FoMO terpengaruh dari faktor lingkungan mereka dan merasa kurang puas dengan apa yang mereka miliki.
