Abstract

The development of technology and communication, especially with the presence of the internet, is increasingly being used by many parties to conduct online transactions, for example, shopping or selling online, or what is called e-commerce. The significant increase in e-commerce transactions in Indonesia has not escaped the government's attention as it is related to tax collection. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of value added tax policy on e-commerce transactions and to find out the efforts made to overcome the obstacles faced in the implementation of the value added tax policy on e-commerce transactions at South Jakarta Medium Tax Office I. This study was conducted at South Jakarta Medium Tax Office I using a qualitative descriptive approach to describe information about the implementation of value added tax policy on e-commerce transactions in South Jakarta Medium Tax Office I. The data collection was by observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants of this study were the Account Representative of South Jakarta Medium Tax Office I, Lecturer at Stiami Jakarta Institute of Social Sciences and Management, and e- commerce taxpayers. The data analysis technique in this study used Miles and Huberman data analysis. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the value added tax policy on e-commerce transactions at the South Jakarta Medium Tax Office I in 2021 cannot be said to be optimal as a whole because there is still a lack of human resources at the South Jakarta Medium Tax Office I regarding technology systems so that it is difficult to collect integrated and comprehensive virtual data from e- commerce.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Penggunaan obat pada anak-anak dan lanjut usia memerlukan perhatian khusus, karena tidak semua pasien pada kelompok usia tersebut mudah menerima atau menelan obat saat sakit. Selain itu, masa anak-anak merupakan periode penting untuk memperoleh berbagai informasi mengenai profesi, guna menambah wawasan sekaligus memotivasi semangat belajar. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, kegiatan penyuluhan Apoteker Cilik dilaksanakan di Panti Asuhan Sentosa Banjarmasin dengan tema “Mengenal Dunia Farmasi Sejak Dini” melalui praktik pembuatan puyer dan kapsul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-experimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Tujuan: Mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai dunia farmasi setelah diberikan penyuluhan dan praktik pembuatan puyer serta kapsul. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Peserta diberikan pretest untuk mengukur pengetahuan awal, kemudian dilakukan penyuluhan dan praktik, dilanjutkan dengan post test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan. Hasil: Hasil yang didapatkan anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Sentosa Banjarmasin setelah dilakukan kegiatan ini adalah mampu membungkus puyer dan kapsul sendiri. Terdapat peningkatan skor pengetahuan peserta setelah kegiatan penyuluhan dibandingkan sebelum kegiatan. Simpulan: Penyuluhan Apoteker Cilik melalui praktik pembuatan puyer dan kapsul efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta mengenai dunia farmasi sejak dini.

Abstract

Legal protection constitutes the protection of dignity and recognition of human rights possessed by legal subjects in accordance with legal provisions. Health represents one of the most important factors supporting human life in order to achieve a happy and prosperous existence. Health is also recognized as one of the fundamental human rights as stipulated in Article 28H paragraph (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945, which states that every person has the right to obtain health services. In Law No. 17 of 2023 Concerning Health, health is defined as a state of physical, mental, and social well-being that enables every person to live productively in both social and economic terms. In order to realize such health, the Government must undertake efforts that can guarantee equitable access to health services for all segments of society in a structured and planned manner. The implementation of health improvement efforts can only be carried out by healthcare professionals, whether physicians or nurses, who possess the requisite competence and authority, which constitute one of the determining factors for public health services alongside behavioral, hereditary, and environmental factors. This research employs a normative juridical legal research methodology utilizing a descriptive-analytical approach to examine legislation (statutory approach) and conceptual approach. The findings of this research demonstrate that in providing health services to the community at primary health centers (puskesmas), legal protection for nurses in delivering health services is necessary, as established under the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 26 of 2019 Concerning the Implementation Regulations of Law No. 38 of 2014 Concerning Nursing.

Abstract

  ABSTRACT Patient safety is a fundamental component of modern healthcare and a key indicator of hospital quality. However, the high number of patient safety incidents in Indonesia indicates that the implementation of risk management and safety culture in inpatient rooms is not optimal. This literature review aims to analyze the implementation of nursing care in the context of risk management and patient safety in hospitals based on 30 national and international studies published between 2019-2025. Articles were obtained through Google Scholar, PubMed Central, and SINTA indexed national journal portals. The results showed that the successful implementation of patient safety is influenced by individual nurse factors (knowledge, attitudes, caring behavior), organizational factors (management support, the role of the head of the room, SOPs), and system innovations (incident reporting and information technology). The main barriers found include lack of training, blame culture, limited human resources, and low incident reporting. Meanwhile, the implementation of continuous training, managerial supervision, and open reporting systems were shown to improve compliance with patient safety standards. This study emphasizes the importance of interprofessional collaboration and the implementation of Evidence-Based Nursing Practice to create safe, effective, and patient-oriented care.   ABSTRAK Keselamatan pasien (patient safety) sangat penting dalam layanan kesehatan modern dan merupakan ukuran utama kualitas rumah sakit. Namun, jumlah insiden keselamatan pasien yang terus meningkat di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa manajemen risiko dan kebiasaan keselamatan di ruang rawat inap belum berjalan dengan baik. Berdasarkan 30 penelitian nasional dan internasional yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2019 dan 2020, tinjauan literatur ini mengkaji pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan dalam kaitannya dengan manajemen risiko dan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Portal jurnal nasional terindeks SINTA, Google Scholar, dan PubMed Central dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan artikel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor individu perawat (pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku caring) dan faktor organisasi (dukungan manajemen, peran kepala ruangan, SOP), serta inovasi sistem (pelaporan insiden dan TI) memengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan keselamatan pasien. Kurangnya pelatihan, budaya menyalahkan (blame culture), keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, dan rendahnya pelaporan insiden adalah hambatan utama yang ditemukan. Sementara itu, terbukti bahwa kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan pasien lebih baik dengan pelatihan berkelanjutan, supervisi manajerial, dan sistem pelaporan terbuka. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama antar profesional dan penerapan praktik keperawatan berbasis bukti (Evidence-Based Nursing Practice) sangat penting untuk menyediakan layanan yang aman, efisien, dan berfokus pada pasien.
