Abstract

Teknologi Sistem Informasi yang berkembang saat ini dapat mempengaruhi kegiatan usaha manusia dibidang bisnis. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu sumber daya utama pada suatu perusahaan atau organisasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhadap para pesaingnya. Salah satu strategi yang penting dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi informasi adalah pemanfaatan dan peningkatan dukungan sistem informasi bagi enterprise. Penerapan strategi ini mengembankan misi pada sistem informasi yang pemenuhannya memerlukan keterpaduan arah dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian yang selaras dengan strategi bisnis enterprise. Keselarasan penerapan sistem informasi dengan kebutuhan organisasi pada PDAM Tirta Darma Ayu Indramayu sebagai perusahaan yang mengutamakan kualitas layanan air bersih hanya mampu dijawab dengan memperhatikan faktor integrasi didalam pengembangannya. Tujuan integrasi sistem informasi dengan kebutuhan organisasi sebenarnya adalah untuk mengurangi kesenjangan yang terjadi dalam proses pengembangan sistem. Untuk menurunkan kesenjangan tersebut, maka diperlukanse buah paradigma dalam merencanakan, merancang, dan mengelola sistem informasi yang disebut dengan arsitektur enterprise (enterprise architecture). Paradigma atau metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan arsitekur enterprise sistem informasi PDAM Tirta Darma Ayu Indramayu menggunakan TOGAF-ADM. Tahapan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi dengan memodelkan arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi dan asitektur teknologi sesuai dengan kerangka kerja TOGAF-ADM. Luaran dari tahapan ini akan menghasilkan sebuah arsitektur enterprise yang nantinya dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan (cetak biru/blue print) oleh perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan strategisnya.

Abstract

Menurut Kepala Diskopdagin Kabupaten Indramayu Trisna Hendarin mengakui, pelaku UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) di Kabupaten Indramayu pemasarannya masih minim maka dilakukan pembuatan Rancang Bangun Sistem E-Marketing dalam Meningkatkan Pemasaran UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah). Tujuan di adakan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi masalah pemasaran yang dialami oleh industri rumahan dan memberikan kontribusi kepada kelompok UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) untuk menerapkan E-Marketing. Solusi yang kita tawarkan untuk mengatasi masalah pemasaran di Kabupaten Indramayu diantaranya adalah edukasi mengenai E-Marketing, permasalahan, pembuatan sistem E-marketing, penerapan E-Marketing, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu untuk rancang bangun sistem E-Marketing dalam dunia usaha dengan memperkenalkan dan memasarkan hasil produksi UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) secara luas di dalam lingkup kabupaten atau kota, maupun lingkup provinsi dan bahkan dalam lingkup nasional.

Abstract

Poultry farming plays an important role in rural Indonesia's economy, with increasing demand for poultry meat and protein-rich eggs. One of the main challenges for farmers is the limited production of chicken seeds and suboptimal egg incubation methods. Modern egg incubators offer a solution with higher ease and efficiency compared to traditional methods. However, existing machines on the market have weaknesses, such as less accurate temperature and humidity control, and less optimal power source switching. The use of fuzzy logic methods in egg incubators has proven to be more efficient than manual methods, with a hatching success rate of 100% for 10 eggs. Fuzzy logic-based egg incubators start hatching earlier and more on days 18 and 19, while manual methods begin on days 19 and 20. The automatic egg-turning process in fuzzy logic machines saves labor and reduces the risk of error. This research highlights the importance of using accurate sensors and optimal temperature and humidity control systems to improve the success rate of chicken egg hatching. Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam upaya untuk peningkatan kemampuan menggunakan Information Technology (IT) khususnya pada program office, selancar internet, dan identifikasi menggunakan Quick Response Code (QR Code) kepada guru. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengajar, khususnya dalam penggunaan Information Technology oleh guru sehingga murid menjadi bertambah pengetahuan dan kemampuan khususnya bidang Information technology yaitu pada identifikasi dengan menggunakan QR Code. Metode yang dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan pada pemahaman bidang IT khususnya di program office, selancar internet, dan identifikasi menggunakan QR Code. Dari tidak tahu, pernah mendengar. Menjadi mengerti dan dapat menggunakan.

Abstract

The Mapping Surveillance Information System for HIV Patients is a system designed to collect, store, manage and analyze data related to patients suffering from HIV and the location of the spread of the disease. The concept itself combines information technology with data on HIV patients and geographic location data to produce a better understanding of the spread of HIV disease and to optimize patient care and management. The lack of availability of an information system to utilize the technology available at the Mawar Clinic, Indramayu District Hospital in recording, processing data and reporting HIV/AIDS surveillance activities has resulted in duplication of data and ultimately resulted in the resulting output not providing an accurate picture of the HIV epidemic situation. The research that the author conducted was descriptive in nature by carrying out several information system developments which were created using the system development life cycle method or SDLC (System Development Live Cycle) through the Waterfall model which has 5 (five) stages, namely Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, System Testing , and Maintenance. To design the system, use the Object methodology with UML (Unified Modeling Language), including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. The final result of this research is a software/information system that helps related parties in making decisions regarding the handling and treatment of HIV/AIDS patients in Indramayu quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The Implementation of regional development in the autonomy era is in accordance with Law Number 23 RI of 2014 concerning Regional Government based on regional capacities and initiatives. Where there are several development problem faced. Especially in Ternate City, when viewed from the perspective of population welfare, the problem of poverty and unemployment are still considered quite high. Therefore, strategic efforts are needed to deal with the problem in question. This paper aims to, 1) Describe the government’s efforts improved the regional economy through micro, small, and medium enterprises in managing local wisdom products in Ternate City, North Maluku Province; 2) Describe the factors that influenced efforts improved the regional economy through micro, small, medium enterprises in managing local wisdom product. The approach of this study was qualitative and descriptive method. The theory used to analyzed the main focus was The of Manpower Creation by Mansour Fakih. To saw the factors that affect the productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises used the concept proposed by Wilantara and Susilawati. The data sources were primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation carried out in Ternate City by involving the government and micro, small and medium enterprises by selecting a number of samples based on the snowball method. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by the Local Government of Ternate City to improve its economy through micro, small, medium enterprises based on local wisdom potentiality are considered quite effective, because able to encourage and maintain productivity of business actors. These efforts generally take the form of development, fostering and provision of business capital that are regulative, service, facilitative and evaluative  roles. Although, there are several obstacles that are quite prominent and influential, including the lack of business capital, product marketing, inefficiency of bureaucratics services, low human resource capacity for technology and limited raw materials. Therefore, it is recomended that there be improvements in term of increating business capital, marketing creativity, supply of raw materials and increasing the latest technology-based education and training activities.
