Abstract

The increase in the number of capital market investors from year to year is dominated by generation Z. The number of generation Z is more than 50% of the total number of capital market investors. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the interest of generation Z in Malang City in investing in the capital market. This research is an exploratory quantitative research with survey method through online questionnaire then using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) for data analysis. The results showed that there are 6 (six) factors that cause students' interest in investing in the capital market, including social media influence factors, investment motivation factors, investment capital factors, investment convenience factors, investment risk factors, and investment return factors. The six factors as a whole have variance that can explain the factors that cause generation Z's interest in Malang City to invest in the Capital Market with a total variance of 67.066%. While the remaining 32.934% is caused by other variables not included in the study.   Abstrak Peningkatan jumlah investor pasar modal dari tahun ke tahun didominasi oleh generasi Z. Jumlah generasi Z lebih dari 50% dari total jumlah investor pasar modal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat generasi Z di Kota Malang dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksploratori dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner online kemudian menggunakan Eksploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 (enam) faktor yang menyebabkan minat mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal meliputi faktor pengaruh media sosial, faktor motivasi investasi, faktor modal investasi, faktor kemudahan investasi, faktor risiko investasi, dan faktor return investasi. Keenam faktor tersebut secara keseluruhan mempunyai variansi yang dapat menjelaskan faktor-faktor penyebab minat generasi Z di Kota Malang untuk berinvestasi di Pasar Modal dengan total variansi 67,066%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,934% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Online food delivery in Indonesia is growing rapidly. This has influenced consumer behavior to change. The demand of food as a primary need is the reason for the development of online food delivery. The demand of food is dominated by millennials and z generation. The halal factor is the main preference when choosing food. In Islamic perspective, halal food is recommended tobe the main need in order to achieve falah, which means happinesss in this world and the hereafter. This study was conducted with the aim of explaining the effect of religiosity, cleanfood, lifestyle, price, and income toward the demand of food through Gofood. Respondents used in this study were limited to Malang City. This data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with a Confirmatory Factor Aanlysis approach. The result of this study show that cleanfood have a significant impact on food purchasing decision through Gofood. Furthermore, religiosity, lifestyle, price and income have not signifant impact on food purchasing decision through Gofood.

Abstract

Abstract: A financial institution functions as an intermediary institution that connects surplus units with deficit units. But there are still many micro businesses that have difficulty getting capital assistance from financial institutions (banks).  The micro businesses who have difficulty getting credit from the bank are looking for non-formal financial institutions that are easily accessible to apply for credit such as moneylenders.  Behind the convenience provided by loan sharks, there are things that are felt to burden business people because they have to pay interest of 10% -30% every month and penalties if they experience delays.  The Ministry of Finance has a program that can be used as a solution to provide easy and fast financing facilities for micro businesses, namely ultra-micro financing (UMI).  BMT-UGT Sidogiri is a linkage institution under the auspices of PT.  Bahana Artha Ventura, which channeled ultra-micro financing to UMI members.  Therefore, this study aims to determine the application of ultra-micro financing in BMT-UGT Sidogiri in helping to capitalize micro businesses.  This study uses descriptive analysis with interviews and literature studies as a method of data collection.  The key informant in this study is the head of the BMT-UGT Sidogiri Central financing division.  While supported by literature studies related to UMI financing obtained from the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. Ø§Ù„ملخص: تهدف المؤسسة المالية إلى مؤسسة ذي قوّة في توازن بين زيادة ونقصان المدفوعات. لكن مع الأسف، وجدنا كثيرا من الشركات الصغيرة تواجه مشكلات استعار رأسمالي من المؤسسة المالية الرسمية. بحث كبراء الشركة الصغيرة عن المؤسسة المالية غير الرسمية التي تساعدهم للحصول على الإئتمائية مثل مُرَابٍ. كما المعلوم أن خلف مساعدة المراب زيادة الفلوس ما بين 10-30 % لكل شهر وغرامة إذا كان المستعيرون متأخرين في دفع الفلوس شهريا. خططت وزارة الشؤون المالية إندونيسيا برنامجا تمويلا سهلا على  متعددة الشركات الصغيرة. وكان بيت المال والتمويل   سيدوغيري التابع على الشركة الكبرى باهانا أرطا فينطورى التي تساعد التمويلات لجميع الشركات الصغيرة على أعضاء الشركة. ولذلك يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة تطبيق تمويل على  متعددة الشركات الصغيرة. واستخدم هذا البحث طريقة البحث الوصفي الكيفي بطريقة المقابلة وتقنية الوثائق للحصول على البيانات الصحيحة. والمقابلة في هذا البحث على رئيس قسم التمويل ببيت المال والتمويل   سيدوغيري وأعضاء الشركة. ولتأكيد الوثائق، قام البحث بأخذ الوثائق من وزارة الشؤون المالية ووزارة الشركة والمؤسسة المالية المصغرة في إندونيسيا. Abstrak: Lembaga keuangan berfungsi sebagai lembaga intermediasi yaitu menghubungkan antara surplus unit dengan deficit unit. Namun masih banyak usaha mikro yang kesulitan mendapatkan bantuan permodalan dari lembaga keuangan (perbankan). Para pelaku usaha mikro yang kesulitan mendapatkan kredit dari bank tersebut mencari lembaga keuangan non formal yang mudah diakses untuk mengajukan kredit seperti rentenir. Dibalik kemudahan yang diberikan rentenir, terdapat hal yang dirasa memberatkan para pelaku usaha karena harus menanggungg bunga sebesar 10%-30% setiap bulan dan denda jika mengalami keterlambatan. Kementrian Keuangan mempunyai program yang dapat dijadikan solusi untuk menyediakan fasilitas pembiayaan yang mudah dan cepat bagi usaha mikro yaitu pembiayaan ultra mikro (UMI). BMT-UGT Sidogiri merupakan lembaga linkage dibawah naungan PT. Bahana Artha Ventura yang menyalurkan pembiayaan ultra mikro kepada anggota UMI. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pembiayaan ultra mikro di BMT-UGT Sidogiri dalam membantu permodalan usaha mikro. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan wawancara dan studi literature sebagai metode pengambilan data. Informan kunci pada penelitian ini yaitu ketua divisi pembiayaan BMT-UGT Sidogiri Pusat, kepala kantor layanan BMT-UGT Sidogiri, dan anggota UMi. Sedangkan didukung oleh studi literature terkait pembiayaan UMI yang diperoleh dari Kementrian Keuangan dan Kementrian Koperasi dan UMKM.

Abstract

Indonesia is the most generous country. Since the time of the Islamic Kingdom, there are forms of social funds, like zakat, infaq, alms, waqf, qurban, and grants. The existence and activities of Social Organisations and Social Non-Profit Institutions (ORSOLANILA) collections and distributions of funds have so far not been taken into account in national income. Whereas their actions can help to improve the Indonesian economy. Therefore, this study aims to examine the importance of ORSOLANILA in Indonesia and support the Islamic macroeconomic theory proposed by Dumairy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the type of library research. The results of this study state that ORSOLANILA’s roles are crucial in the national economy. Comparison data between Social Fund and Real GDP shows that have the different trend. Social funds increased while Real GDP dropped in the same period. This can show that the number of social funds when included in the macroeconomic calculation as a social sector can increase the amount of GDP. So it is necessary to pay attention to the Islamic economic model in calculating national income because of its impact which is provide a mechanism for economic stabilization in situations crisis or disaster and increasing investment in social and infrastructure projects that support long-term economic growth.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the supporting sectors of the Indonesian economy. With the most significant number of Muslim communities in the world, Indonesia has the ambition to become the leading halal tourist destination for tourists from all countries. In achieving its goals, a team called the Team for the Acceleration of Halal Tourism Development was formed under the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia. This team made a list of 10 prioritized halal tourist destinations in Indonesia, one of which is East Java, especially the Malang Raya area. In addition to cultural, shopping, and culinary tourism, Malang Raya offers high-quality natural tourism spots, supported by the freshness of the air and water. An area in Malang, called Pakis, has a spring that has excellent exploration potential to be utilized for halal and family-friendly water tourism. Therefore, socialization needs to be done to prepare the locals to build halal tourism, which is expected to bring goodness to their lives.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial ratios on dividend policy in companies included in the LQ-45 index from 2019 to 2023. This research uses a quantitative method with data panel regression analysis. Based on purposive sampling technique, 17 companies were studied using secondary data from the LQ-45 Fact Sheet on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study found that leverage, profitability, and liquidity ratios significantly influence dividend policy. The results show that the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) Return on Assets (ROA), and Current Ratio have a significant and negative impact on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), while the Price to Book Value has a significant positive impact on DPR. On the other hand, the Earning per Share (EPS) does not have a significant effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata halal telah menjadi fokus pemerintah Indonesia sebagai tanggapan terhadap tren pertumbuhan dan preferensi wisatawan Muslim yang semakin meningkat. Desa Kemiri yang terletak di Kecamatan Kepanjen, Kabupaten Malang, menawarkan potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata halal yang menarik. Potensi alam berupa DAS brantas dan ladang persawahan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal dan mendukung pengembangan pariwisata halal yang berkelanjutan. Namun, pemahaman masyarakat akan konsep pengembangan wisata halal masih sangatlah rendah. Sehingga, berdampak pada rendahnya minat dan kemampuan mereka dalam memaksimalkan potensi tersebut.  Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat akan konsep pariwisata yang berbasis halal melalui sosialisasi. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Pemahaman masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan sosialisasi dapat dilihat dari hasil pengisian kuisioner yang diuji menggunakan metode Uji Paired T-Test. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pemahaman masyarakat saat sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi. Sosialisasi wisata halal yang dilaksanakan memiliki dampak positif terhadap pemahaman masyarakat mengenai konsep wisata halal. Dengan meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan pariwisata berbasis halal di Desa ini. Keberhasilan sosialisasi ini juga dapat menjadi contoh bagi desa-desa lain dalam mengembangkan potensi wisatanya. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan tersebut tentu diperlukan adanya kolaborasi yang kuat dari semua pihak dan upaya berkelanjutan dalam mengatasi berbagai tantangan yang ada.
