Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourism facilities on tourist satisfaction in Pesisir Selatan Regency, to determine the effect of service quality on tourist satisfaction in Pesisir Selatan Regency, to determine the effect of promotion on tourist satisfaction in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The method used is quantitative research using descriptive, while data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling as many as 115 respondents. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) Tourist facilities have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Pesisir Selatan Regency. (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Pesisir Selatan Regency. (3) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Pesisir Selatan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the factors that influenceAuditor Switching on consumer goods companies listed on the IDX in 2010-2014. The selection ofsamples in this study used a purposive sampling method. The number of companies used in this studyconsisted of 24 companies during the period 2010-2014. The research method used is descriptivequantitative method, while the hypothesis testing method uses logistic regression. The results of thisstudy can be seen only the audit tenure shows a significance level (p) of 0,000, which means it issmaller than α = 5%. So it can be concluded that the audit tenure has an effect on the SwitchingAuditor. While the size of the Public Accountant Office, management change, and audit delay doesnot affect the turnover of the Public Accountant Office (Auditor Switching.) Testing together(simultaneous) shows a significance level (p) of 0,000 means smaller than α = 5%. So that it can beconcluded that the size of the Public Accounting Firm, management change, audit tenure, and auditdelay have an effect on the Switching Auditor.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) is a forum for the public to obtain information and develop knowledge and skills in any case. Empowerment will be right on target by obtaining information that can be accessed quickly with a Smartphone as a means of gaining knowledge. With reference to the Pokja II and III work programs, namely improving education and skills in the family through training, utilizing appropriate technology and developing the creativity of Small and Micro Enterprises (UKM). The Smartphone utilization training carried out was the introduction of digital marketing using a Smartphone, the introduction of the Canva application to support the display design of digital marketing products, and the introduction of the use of social media and e-commerce for digital marketing for PKK mothers in the Cipinang Besar Selatan Sub-District. improve skills in digital marketing as a provision to open UKM.

Abstract

The development of information technology has an impact on the paradigm of global economic, organizational and geopolitical development. The speed in making the right decisions in an organization will determine the direction of business and business development of a company in response to intense competition, both nationally and globally. Effectiveness and efficiency in determining human resources are the main strategic factors in winning future business competition. Good human resource management is an absolute requirement in managing an organization that will affect the company's service performance. This paper is a review of the strategic relationship between Transformational Leadership, Trust Organization and Organizational Commitment on the performance of company services. This research was conducted by looking at the three factors that are considered to have an effect on service performance, namely the Transformational Leadership, Trust Organization and Organizational Commitment factors through various relevant research methods and can explain in detail the relationship between service performance factors and Transformational Leadership, Trust Organization and Organizational Commitment.
