<![CDATA[In Islamic economic development, economic growth is not the final goal. Economic growth is an intermediate goal in achieving the final goal. Even so, economic growth does not automatically come with the advancement of human development. Nevertheless, the two will be interrelated and overshadow each other in the development of economic development and HDI. This research is a qualitative research. With qualitative research, researchers can identify objects, feel what a person experiences in everyday life. The stages of the research are carried out by selecting materials, focusing, simplifying, abstracting and organizing so that conclusions can be drawn from these materials. UNDP's concept of human development includes at least three indicators of human development: health, education and income. These three indicators are considered as elements that make up a successful life. These three indicators are the measurements used by UNDP in calculating the HDI of countries around the world, and based on the results of these calculations are used as a measure to classify countries as developed or underdeveloped. The five elements of I-HDI are based on Maqashid Syariah, so that Maqashid Syariah is appropriate to be used as a target for HDI and even becomes a broader concept of HDI.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. A child's world can be turned into a world of play that is full of joy and pleasure. Children are not the same as adults, everything related to their world is seen as far as possible from the child's perception. Unique individuals with different potentials are children's perceptions. Children's development is not only physical but also psychological, parental guidance is important in encouraging these qualities which become the foundation of life as the child grows. This research is qualitative. The research stages are carried out by selecting materials, focusing, simplifying, abstracting, and organizing so that conclusions can be drawn from the materials. Violence against children occurs virtually in the digital world. Relationships in the digital environment need to be managed wisely and carefully, and must be careful of incorrect assumptions. Increased awareness regarding internet use and violence in partner relationships highlights how important it is for parents to communicate better with their family members. Abstrak. Dunia anak dapat dijadikan dunia bermain yang penuh kegembiraan dan kesenangan. Anak-anak tidak sama dengan orang dewasa, segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan dunianya dipandang sejauh mungkin dari persepsi anak. Individu yang unik dengan potensi yang berbeda-beda merupakan persepsi anak. Perkembangan anak tidak hanya secara fisik, tetapi juga psikis, bimbingan orang tua penting dalam mendorong sifat-sifat tersebut yang menjadi landasan kehidupan seiring pertumbuhan anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan dengan pemilihan bahan, pemfokusan, penyederhanaan, pengabstraksiandan pengorganisasian sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan dari bahan tersebut. Kekerasan terhadap anak terjadi secara virtual di dunia digital. Hubungan di lingkungan digital perlu dikelola dengan bijaksana dan hati-hati, serta harus berhati-hati terhadap asumsi yang tidak benar. Peningkatan kesadaran mengenai penggunaan internet dan kekerasan dalam hubungan pasangan menegaskan betapa pentingnya orang tua untuk berkomunikasi dengan anggota keluarganya secara lebih baik. ]]>

<![CDATA[Hajj management aims to provide the best possible guidance, service and protection through a good management system and management so that the pilgrimage can run safely, orderly, smoothly and comfortably in accordance with Islamic teachings. Pilgrims to be able to carry out their worship independently until they get a mabrur hajj. The system for organizing the pilgrimage is continuously undergoing changes and improvements. The increasing number of citizens to perform the pilgrimage needs to improve the quality of organizing the pilgrimage that is comfortable, orderly and in accordance with sharia provisions, so that sharia goals can be achieved. The paradigm in this paper is critical spiritualist with the perspective of maqashid sharia. Paradigma is the basic assumption regarding the subject matter, purpose and nature of the study material being studied. The applied research paradigm is a literature study with a qualitative approach. At the managerial level, the implementation of the pilgrimage is included in maqashid daruriyah (primary). Because its existence is sufficient to determine the continuity of the implementation of the pilgrimage. Because if it is not implemented and organized properly it will result in chaos and even result in the non-implementation of the pilgrimage.]]>

<![CDATA[Kebiasaan atau adat yang dilakukan secara berulang atau disebut ‘Urf, merupakan suatu kebiasaan yang mengandung makna kebaikan (ma'ruf). Adat ini, baik yang bersifat umum maupun lokal, menjadi salah satu pertimbangan dalam penetapan hukum Islam, sebagaimana tercermin dalam kaidah fikih al-‘ādah muḥakkamah (adat dapat menjadi hukum). Penelitian ini menggambarkan kondisi muamalah (transaksi ekonomi) di Desa Rama Utama, Kecamatan Seputih Raman, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menyoroti praktik jual beli singkong dengan diskon 20% yang telah menjadi kebiasaan masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik tersebut tergolong sebagai ‘urf fasid (adat yang rusak) karena bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam, merugikan salah satu pihak, serta tidak memenuhi syarat sahnya transaksi, meskipun telah berlangsung lama dan diterima oleh masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[Law No. 3 of 2006 concerning Religious Courts (PA) provides significant changes regarding the position and existence of PA in Indonesia. The PA's authority is 1) family law cases, 2) sharia economic cases. Follow up on the authority in the field of Islamic economics. KHES was ratified through Supreme Court Regulation (Perma) No. 2 of 2008 concerning the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law. One of the themes in KHES and which is quite widely used by the community is the Syirkah Agreement. The provisions on Syirkah in KHES are contained in Book II Chapter VI concerning Syirkah and Ownership Syirkah. KHES allows all forms of syirkah contracts which include syirkah inan, syirkah abdan, syirkah mufawadhah, syirkah wujuh and syirkah mudharabah. The Maliki School allows shirkah inan, shirkah abdan, and shirkah mufawadhah but does not allow syirkah wujuh. Syirkah is valid because it is only related to the value of property and work. Meanwhile, there are no two main elements in syirkah wujuh. The Maliki school also does not include syirkah mudarabbah as a form of syirkah. <![CDATA[Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di sekolah PKBM Cendikia diikuti sebanyak 20 pengusaha kerupuk dan pemilik UKM kerupuk di desa Mojopahit. Kegiatan dapat dilaksanakan dan berjalan dengan baik. Peserta cukup antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan dapat dilihat dari jumlah kehadiran, dan mengikuti kegiatan dari awal hingga ahir. Peserta cukup antusias terlihat dalam seluruh kegiatan dan proses pelatihan, seperti kerja kelompok bermaian peran, diskuri dan tanya jawab. Dari kegiatan pengabdian peserta memiliki tambahan pengetahuan terkaiat dengan menegement usaha dan pengembangan usaha, peluang pasar dan pesaiang usaha. Peserta mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan usaha membuat dan melaksanakan management usaha yang baik melalui tatakelola usaha dengam pendekatan menegemnt modern.]]>

<![CDATA[Seorang pustakawan memilki peranan penting dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan. Tidak adanya kemampuan pustakawan untuk berkomunikasi secara interpersonal adalah salah satu alasan mengapa pemustaka tidak puas dengan layanan perpustakaan. Untuk memberikan layanan yang baik dan memuaskan pengunjung, pustakawan harus mampu berperan secara aktif menjadi sumber informasi bagi pemustaka, sehingga pemustaka merasa nyaman dan puas dengan layanan yang diberikan perpustakaan. Akibatnya, pustakawan diharuskan untuk dapat berkomunikasi dengan orang lain. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah kajian studi literatur dengan metode Systemic Literature Review (SLR) pada database Google Scholar dalam rentang waktu lima tahun terakhir. Adapun hasil penelitian ini, menemukan bahwa adanya integrasi antara kemampuan komunikasi Interpersonal, pustakwan, dan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal pustakawan pada artikel-artikel yang telah dipublikasi ini. Oleh karena itu, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa sebuah perpustakaan yang baik adalah pustaka yang mampu memuaskan hasrat pembaca tidak hanya dari sisi kelengkapan buku yang akan dibaca, akan tetapi, juga memiliki kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam pelayanannya. A librarian plays an important role in library management. Librarians' lack of ability to communicate interpersonally is one of the reasons why visitors are not satisfied with library services. To provide a good service and satisfy visitors, librarians must be able to play an active role as a source of information for visitors so that they feel comfortable and satisfied with the services provided by the library. As a result, librarians are required to be able to communicate with others. This research is a literature review using the Systemic Literature Review (SLR) method on the Google Scholar database within the last five years. The results of this study found an integration between Interpersonal communication skills, librarians, and librarians' interpersonal communication skills in these published articles. Therefore, the author concludes that a good library is a library that can satisfy the desires of readers not only in terms of the completeness of books to be read but also can communicate well in its services.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Business should be free from the elements of usury, ghoror (uncertainty), tadlis (fraud) and injustice. Business behavior that is in accordance with divine values by meeting the following criteria: can be beneficial for the benefit of the people, bring blessings and fortunes to all parties. Islam outlines that buying and selling can be considered valid if the conditions and harmony are fulfilled both in relation to the person making the contract, as well as regarding the object being traded. On the other hand, buying and selling does not fulfill the conditions of the contract, so the contract becomes a fasid. Bermuamalah must comply with Islamic business ethics. What the cooking oil traders did at the Simpang Agung market were they made buying and selling transactions of mixed cooking oil. This is not in accordance with the rules taught in Islamic Business Ethics. The impact on merchants besides getting sin. Because it has done some kind of fraud against customers. From the trader side, it results in the loss of trust (trust) again in the merchant, in other words a decrease in the number of customers and their business will suffer losses.Keywords: Mixed Cooking Oil, Islamic Business ABSTRAK Bisnis hendaknya terlepas dari unsur riba, ghoror (ketidakpastian), tadlis (penipuan) dan ketidak adilan. Perilaku bisnis yang sesuai dengan nilai nilai ilahiyah dengan memenuhi kriteria–kriteria diantaranya: dapat bermanfaat bagi kemaslahatan umat, mendatangkan berkah dan rizki bagi semua pihak. Islam menggariskan bahwa jual beli dapat dianggap sah apabila terpenuhi syarat dan rukun baik yang terkait dengan orang yang melakukan akad, maupun mengenai objek yang diperjualbelikan. Sebaliknya jual beli tidak memenuhi syarat terjadinya akad, maka akad menjdi fasid. Bermuamalah harus sesuai dengan etika bisnis Islam. Yang dilakukan pedagang minyak goreng di pasar Simpang Agung mereka melakukan transaksi jual beli minyak goreng oplosan. Hal ini tidak sesui dengn tataaturan yang diajarkan dalam Etika Bisnis Islam. Dampak bagi pedagang selain mendapatkan dosa. Karena telah melakukan semacam penipuan terhadap pelanggan. Dari sisi pedagng mengakibatkan hilangnya trust (kepercaya) lagi pada pedagang tersebut dengan kata lain berkurangnya jumlah pelanggan dan usaha mereka lakukan akan merugi.Kata Kunci: Minyak Goreng Oplosan, Bisnis Islam]]>
