Abstract

ABSTRAK Nahdiyah Ulfa, Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Toko Misjah Komputer Majene. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Toko Miskah Komputer. Dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24, terhadap 88 responden yang dijadikan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu para konsumen yang berbelanja di toko Miskah Komputer Majene dan yang melakukan perbaikan atau menggunakan jasa toko tersebut. Jenis data yang digunakan data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif, data kuantitatif diambil dari data sampel konsumen yang menjadi objek penelitian dan data kualitatif diambil dari gambaran umum toko Miskah komputer Majene. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan koesioner kepada sampel penelitian. Analisis uji t digunakan untuk menguji dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada toko Miskah Komputer Majene. (2) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada toko Miskah Komputer Majene. Dan uji F digunakan untuk menguji kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen toko Miskah Kompurer majene.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine digital marketing strategies for processed cocoa products, a leading commodity in West Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The goal is to facilitate access to the global market through the application of digital marketing strategies, offering solutions for cocoa product entrepreneurs in West Sulawesi Province to reach a wider audience. The study was conducted in West Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, with 94 respondents from cocoa-processed product SMEs actively utilizing digital media as a marketing tool. Quantitative methods were employed, and data were collected through a survey questionnaire, which was then analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The respondents were affiliated with businesses fostered by the West Sulawesi Cooperatives and SMEs Office. The results indicated that the adoption of e-commerce by Cocoa Product SMEs is an alternative solution for implementing sustainable digital marketing strategies. The findings from this study can serve as valuable input for SMEs producing processed cocoa products, enabling them to maximize the use of e-commerce to enter the global market.

Abstract

Cocoa processed products represent a significant proportion of the output of the plantation subsector in West Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The West Sulawesi Provincial Government continues to encourage an increase in cocoa production. This is done as a form of government commitment to the potential of cocoa products, which are the mainstay of the region. It is therefore important to identify the factors that influence the increased competitiveness of processed cocoa products. The objective of this research is to ascertain the factors that influence the enhancement of competitiveness by utilising internal dimensions to assess competitiveness. There are three principal dimensions that are widely acknowledged: human resource competence, product excellence, and technological innovation. This research employs both primary and secondary data obtained directly from cocoa product businesses in West Sulawesi Province. The data is then analysed using SEM from the PLS 3.0 application.

Abstract

Aribang Village, located in Polewali Mandar Regency, holds significant potential for developing premium cocoa products. However, the Aribang Youth Farmer Group faces challenges in product marketing, financial management, and maintaining the enthusiasm of young farmers to sustain agricultural activities. This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of the farmer group in marketing premium cocoa products, managing business finances efficiently, and maintaining the commitment of young farmers to continue contributing to the agricultural sector. The method employed in this activity is a participatory approach, which involves identifying needs through discussions and observations, preparing educational materials, delivering practical training through lectures, simulations, case studies, and post-activity mentoring. The materials provided cover the criteria for premium cocoa products, cocoa product market networks, and basic financial management. The results indicate that this program has been highly beneficial, with a significant increase in participants' knowledge of marketing and financial management. Participants have begun implementing digital marketing strategies and simple business financial records, which are expected to improve the competitiveness of premium cocoa products in the market. This program successfully achieved its objectives by improving the farmer group’s skills in marketing and financial management. However, further mentoring is needed to ensure the sustainability of the implementation.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Riso bersama Kelompok Tani Bukit Subur dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas petani dalam pengelolaan keuangan secara cerdas, penerapan pertanian berkelanjutan, dan perluasan akses pasar produk kakao, terutama di tengah tingginya harga kakao saat ini. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi kelompok adalah rendahnya literasi keuangan, rendahnya penerapan teknik pertanian ramah lingkungan, serta terbatasnya jaringan pemasaran yang membuat peluang harga kakao tinggi belum bisa dimaksimalkan oleh petani. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi masalah melalui survei dan diskusi kelompok, pelatihan interaktif keuangan dan teknik pertanian organik, demonstrasi di lahan, serta pendampingan intensif dan evaluasi melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Sebanyak 25 anggota kelompok tani terlibat aktif dalam pelatihan keuangan, praktik pertanian, dan pemasaran digital. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan pencatatan dan pengalokasian keuangan, bertambahnya anggota yang menerapkan pertanian berkelanjutan, serta meluasnya akses pasar dan kemitraan dengan pengusaha. Penurunan jumlah anggota ragu-ragu serta bertambahnya kepercayaan diri dalam seluruh indikator membuktikan efektivitas pendekatan partisipatif dan sinergis. Temuan utama memperkuat teori bahwa edukasi literasi keuangan, inovasi pertanian, dan jejaring pasar sangat penting dalam pemberdayaan petani kakao desa. Kesimpulannya, keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dan pendampingan berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk memaksimalkan kesempatan ekonomi dari harga kakao tinggi dan mendorong kemandirian kelompok tani.

Abstract

With the existence of local governments and regional autonomy, the provision of public services will be of higher quality because local governments are close to communities throughout Indonesia. Several factors can influence the quality of public services provided by local governments, such as audit findings, local government losses, follow-up on audit recommendations, and audit opinions on Local Government Financial Statements (LGFS). The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct and indirect effects of audit findings, local government losses, and follow-up on audit recommendations on the quality of public services in Sulawesi in 2020-2021, with the audit opinion of LGFS as an intervening variable. The research analysis method used was SEM-PLS. The results found that audit findings have no significant effect directly on the audit opinion of LGFS and public service quality. Local government losses have a direct negative effect and are significant for the audit opinion of LGFS and the quality of public services. Follow-up on audit recommendations has a positive and significant effect on the audit opinion of LGFS and the quality of public services. The audit opinion of LGFS has no significant effect on the quality of public services. The audit opinion of LGFS is unable to mediate the indirect effect between audit findings, local government losses, and follow-up on audit recommendations on the quality of public services.

Abstract

This study aims to find the Granger causality between economic growth and excise revenue. Does economic growth drive the increase in excise revenue, or vice versa, does excise revenue drive the increase in economic growth? To conduct this test, the Granger causality test is used. Observations were made from 1998 to 2018. This observation period was made considering that 1998 was the year after the economic crisis and 2018 was the last year the excise tariff policy was in effect before it became effective in 2019. Data sources were obtained from the government's state budget financial records. The results obtained are that there is no Granger causality between excise revenue (Xt) and economic growth (Yt), but on the contrary, there is a Granger causality between economic growth (Yt) and excise revenue (Xt). However, the performance of current excise revenue (Xt) is affected by the performance of excise revenue in the previous year (Xt-1), while the performance of excise revenue two years earlier (Xt-2) does not affect excise revenue this year (Xt). Similarly, economic growth in the previous year (Yt-1) also has no significant effect on this year's excise revenue (Xt).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of employee empowerment, intellectual intelligence, interpersonal communication, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of State Civil Apparatus, the influence of employee empowerment, intellectual intelligence and interpersonal communication on the performance of State Civil Apparatus through work motivation and job satisfaction at the KPU Office West Sulawesi Province. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires with data analysis techniques using Smartpls 3.2.9. The research results found that employee empowerment had a positive and significant influence on ASN performance, intellectual intelligence and interpersonal communication had a negative and insignificant influence on ASN performance, work motivation and job satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on ASN performance. The results of the mediation test show that work motivation can mediate the influence of employee empowerment and intellectual intelligence on ASN performance, work motivation cannot mediate the influence of interpersonal communication on ASN performance. Then job satisfaction can mediate the influence of employee empowerment and intellectual intelligence on ASN performance, while job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of interpersonal communication on ASN performance at the KPU office of West Sulawesi province.
