Abstract

The research aims to find out how the Business Marketing Strategy uses SWOT analysis. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and from farmers providing information. Researchers collected information directly by conducting interviews. Secondary data was obtained from the community of Tugondeng Village, Herlang Subdistrict, Bulukumba Regency. Based on the results of research analysis using SWOT matrix that combines strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the matrix can produce four sets of possible alternative strategies. By using SWOT analysis, it can be obtained that copra farmers can take alternative strategies ST, WT, SO and WO. In describing the research results, the SWOT matrix is used by analyzing the internal and external factors carried out by providing an overview of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats possessed by copra farmers.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a population including employees who are actively working. It is hoped that this research can provide input to companies in managing employee performance, especially related to work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation. The sample obtained was 80 respondents. The independent variables in this research are work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. In this research, the instrument used was a set of questionnaires with likert scale which were then processed using the IBM SPSS version 26 application software. Analyzing the data that had been collected, used multiple linear regression. The partial research results show that there is a significant influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation positively on employee performance. Simultaneously, the results of research testing show that work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Nahdiyah Ulfa, Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Toko Misjah Komputer Majene. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Toko Miskah Komputer. Dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24, terhadap 88 responden yang dijadikan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu para konsumen yang berbelanja di toko Miskah Komputer Majene dan yang melakukan perbaikan atau menggunakan jasa toko tersebut. Jenis data yang digunakan data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif, data kuantitatif diambil dari data sampel konsumen yang menjadi objek penelitian dan data kualitatif diambil dari gambaran umum toko Miskah komputer Majene. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan koesioner kepada sampel penelitian. Analisis uji t digunakan untuk menguji dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada toko Miskah Komputer Majene. (2) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada toko Miskah Komputer Majene. Dan uji F digunakan untuk menguji kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen toko Miskah Kompurer majene.

Abstract

Agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis dan mampu menciptakan serta mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan, pelaku usaha harus memaksimalkan kinerjanya melalui harga, kualitas produk, dan kualitas layanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan pelanggan pada Toko Mandar Sutera dipengaruhi oleh harga, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda merupakan metode pilihan. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan Toko Mandar Sutera dipengaruhi sebagian dan secara simultan oleh harga, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak umpan balik pelanggan, kualitas layanan, dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan teknologi di Indonesia. Menggunakan metode survei dengan 100 perusahaan teknologi sebagai sampel, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh paling kuat, diikuti oleh umpan balik pelanggan dan inovasi produk. Nilai R Square sebesar 0.65 menunjukkan bahwa 65% variasi dalam keunggulan kompetitif dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya perusahaan teknologi untuk fokus pada pengelolaan umpan balik pelanggan, peningkatan kualitas layanan, dan inovasi produk guna mencapai keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi perusahaan teknologi di Indonesia dalam mengembangkan strategi bisnis yang efektif di tengah persaingan yang ketat.

Abstract

Community service programs often operate in complex environments where social, economic, and cultural factors intersect, creating diverse risks that threaten their effectiveness and sustainability. This study explores an integrated approach to risk management in community service, combining principles from ISO 31000 with community-based participatory methods. Using a qualitative multi-case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis across 17 community programs in Southeast Asia from 2020 to 2024. The findings highlight key risk categories, including volunteer safety incidents, funding discontinuities, cultural misalignment, and data privacy breaches. Programs employing integrated risk management strategies demonstrated significant improvements in risk preparedness and mitigation outcomes. For instance, preventive measures such as GPS tracking for volunteers and diversified donor portfolios reduced preventable incidents by 37% and enhanced program continuity. Additionally, participatory approaches involving community advisory boards identified 22% more contextual risks compared to top-down methods. This study proposes a five-phase implementation model emphasizing stakeholder collaboration, adaptive monitoring, and real-time feedback loops to address dynamic risks effectively. The results underscore the importance of embedding risk communication, prioritizing resources strategically, and fostering cultural brokerage to enhance program resilience. By aligning theoretical frameworks with practical applications, this research provides actionable insights for policymakers and practitioners seeking to harmonize risk management with social impact goals. Future studies should explore the long-term cost-effectiveness of participatory models and the potential of AI-driven risk prediction tools in resource-constrained settings. This integrated approach offers a pathway to more sustainable and impactful community service initiatives.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 5.0 brings a paradigm shift towards harmonious collaboration between humans and intelligent machines, demanding a human-centric approach in Smart City development. Smart City projects in this era must be adaptive, not only integrating technologies such as IoT and AI, but also considering social dynamics, culture, and digital ethics. Key challenges include the digital divide, social resistance, and the need for more flexible and collaborative project management. This study aims to analyze the use of SWOT as an adaptive strategy tool in dealing with this complexity. The method used is a qualitative-descriptive approach through case studies in several major cities in Indonesia, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation studies, and observations. SWOT is developed from being an evaluative tool into a dynamic strategy framework that takes into account technological, social, cultural, and sustainability factors. The findings show that the integration of SWOT with additional analysis such as PESTLE and Balanced Scorecard strengthens the adaptive power of Smart City management, allowing for the formulation of strategies that are more responsive to exponential change. This study recommends updating the SWOT framework to accommodate the values of the Industrial Revolution 5.0, thereby supporting the development of more inclusive, humanistic, and sustainable smart cities

Abstract

This study examines the impact of sustainable business practices, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial orientation on the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from MSME owners and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The results indicate that all three factors significantly contribute to MSME growth, with financial literacy emerging as the strongest predictor. Sustainable business practices enhance operational efficiency and market reputation, while entrepreneurial orientation fosters innovation and competitive advantage. The findings underscore the importance of integrating financial education, sustainability initiatives, and entrepreneurial strategies to ensure long-term business success. This study provides valuable insights for MSME owners, policymakers, and financial institutions in developing targeted support programs. Future research should explore moderating factors and conduct cross-country analyses to enhance the generalizability of these findings.

Abstract

Smart cities in the past decade have become an important strategy to face urbanization and digital transformation, but their implementation is often technocratic with a focus on infrastructure so that the dimension of community participation receives less attention. This research aims to analyze the role of citizen participation in smart cities, examine the synergy of technology, government, and sociology, and formulate a participatory-based smart city conceptual framework that is inclusive and sustainable, the research was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on 34 scientific articles published in 2020–2025 which were selected through the process of identification, screening, and thematic synthesis. The results of the analysis show that transparent and responsive digital public services increase citizen trust and encourage participation, although in Indonesia participation still tends to be reactive and depends on local government initiatives. The integration of technology, governance, and social values strengthens transparency, service effectiveness, and policy legitimacy, but its success is determined by the extent to which social and cultural dimensions are accommodated. The conceptual framework offered emphasizes the principles of human-centric and public value, and emphasizes that smart cities should contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this research contributes theoretically by offering an integrative model that combines technology, governance, and social values, as well as practically providing direction for local governments to expand digital literacy, social inclusion, and citizen participation. Follow-up studies are recommended to conduct cross-urban empirical tests to measure the linkage between digital participation, quality of public services, and SDGs achievement.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul "Penerapan Aplikasi SPSS Dalam Menyusun Artikel Ilmiah Terindeks Scopus" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi statistik SPSS untuk menyusun artikel ilmiah yang berkualitas dan terindeks Scopus. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui serangkaian presentasi, workshop, dan diskusi interaktif, melibatkan 29 peserta dari berbagai latar belakang akademik pada tanggal 17 Februari 2024. Alasan pemilihan topik ini karena kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan SPSS serta kesulitan dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah yang memenuhi kriteria indeksasi Scopus. Metode kegiatan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan peserta, penyusunan materi pembelajaran, sesi presentasi dan demonstrasi, workshop praktis, serta diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang konsep statistik, penguasaan keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan SPSS, dan kemampuan menyusun artikel ilmiah yang berkualitas. Peserta juga memperoleh pemahaman tentang kriteria indeksasi Scopus dan strategi untuk memenuhinya. Pentingnya hasil kegiatan ini terletak pada kontribusi positifnya terhadap peningkatan kualitas dan jumlah publikasi ilmiah yang berkualitas serta memperluas akses terhadap pengetahuan dalam komunitas akademik.
