Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a system of programs designed for both workers and employers in an effort to prevent the occurrence of occupational accidents and diseases caused by working relations in the work environment by identifying the things that potentially cause workplace accidents and anticipatory action in the event of such a thing. The resulting impact of this workplace accidents can be bad, such as the loss of lives, disability, damage to production, which is ultimately detrimental to all parties. In Indonesia, every company has to follow the program of the Occupational Health and Safety (K3), but can be seen in workplace accidents are still common. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Medan. Digunakana research method is simple linear regression. The estimation deskriptif showed that is company an very important for health and safety (K3) on employee company and the health and safety (K3) positif and significant effect on employee performance in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Medan.

Abstract

Motivation of employees in an organization can be considered simple and can also be a complex problem, because basically humans easily motivated by giving what is his desire. Problems employee motivation can be difficult to determine what remuneration which is considered essential for one is not necessarily important for others. With the motivation to work, it can be seen the effect of the performance of the employee in which the employee will act on the basis kainginan to excel and gain higher positions in the company. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation and work experience to employees performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II (Persero) Tanjung Morawa. This research is a quantitative correlation study. The population in this study was 452 and sampled is 82 people. Data collection techniques used through interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that in partial motivation (X1) but not significant effect on employee performance (Y). Partial variable work experience (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously motivation variable (X1) and work experience (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y). The coefficient of determination of 37% indicates that the motivation (X1) and work experience (X2) as the independent variables are able to explain the variable performance of employees, while the remaining 63% is explained by other factors that are not included in this study.

Abstract

PT. Bintang Utama Motor Medan is a company engaged in the sale of two-wheeled vehicles such as Yamaha. With a market share that is clear, then the required ability to keep top management attention to the work produced by his subordinates is satisfactory or not. Within companies such as PT. Bintang Utama Motor Terrain within a certain period, a leader in each of the units will always do a rolling office, where each leader has a different leadership style. Wherein each leadership style has a positive and negative impact on employee satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the leadership style and organizational climate on job satisfaction at. Bintang Utama Motor Medan. The method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results showed that partially leadership style and organizational climate significantly influence job satisfaction of employees at PT. Top Star Motor with a significance level of 95%. Simultaneously leadership style and organizational climate significantly influence job satisfaction of employees at PT. Bintang Utama Motor with a significance level of 99%.

Abstract

PT Bank SUMUT Tbk. Medan is one of the regional-owned enterprises that certainly requires skilled and deft labor in providing services to the community. As a banking company, the company also indirectly strives to improve its performance. This is inseparable from efforts to improve maximum service to the community as service users. This recent phenomenon is where the performance of PT Bank SUMUT Tbk. Medan experienced a decline, this was due to the existence of plans that had been arranged to attend the workshop canceled and replaced with other activities. This has an impact on employees' commitment to the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether empowerment and coaching effect organizational commitment at PT Bank SUMUT Tbk. Medan. The sample in this study amounted to 93 people with the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that coaching and empowerment had a significant and partial effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment variable (y) is influenced by variable variable X1 (empowerment) and X2 (coaching) together by 25.2% and the remaining 74.8% is determined by other variables outside the contribution of this study.
