Abstract

From the initial research that researchers do, the phenomenon that occurs in the company is the number of employees who relaxed when the work is still loose, the experts in the company feel comfortable because of the absence of rivals, as well as lack of trust given the company to employees in providing jobs in scale the greater one. This is behind the lack of affective commitment of employees to the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of demographic characteristics, length of work and perceived organizational support to affective commitment at PT. Bensatra Advertising Medan. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously variable of demography characteristic, work period and perceived organizational support have significant effect to affective commitment. Demographic characteristics have no significant effect on affective commitment, tenure and perceived organizational support affect affective commitment.

Abstract

Animation comes from the Latin word "anima" which means soul, life, spirit. Meanwhile, characters are people, animals and other real objects that are presented in the form of 2D and 3D images. So that animated characters can be interpreted as images containing objects that appear to be alive, caused by the collection of images changing regularly and alternately being displayed. Objects in images can be text, shapes, colors and special effects. The purpose of this community service is to improve the learning system and methods in learning. So that students do not feel bored in class. The result of the counseling is that the participants/teachers are able to make flash animations with this counseling and training and the participants are able to improve applying the flash animation learning method in class

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of factors of skill, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Labuhanbatu District Labor Office. This Type Of Research Is Associative Research. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey approach with the type of quantitative descriptive research by distributing questionnaires to 48 respondents, while the population used in this study is the employee on the performance of employees at the Office of Labor Labuhanbatu district data collection techniques were conducted by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis tools used in this study using SPSS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution). Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significant Test (t test), simultaneous significant test (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study showed partially (t test) it is known that the skills significantly affect the performance of employees at the Labuhanbatu District Labor Office. Motivation significant effect on employee performance on employee performance at the Labor Office of Labuhanbatu then work discipline significant effect on employee performance on employee performance at the Labor Office of Labuhanbatu on simultaneous testing (test F) it is known that motivation skills and work discipline significant effect on employee performance at the Labor Office of Labuhanbatu through testing coefficient of determination (R Square) 69.9% , and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance 3.83% the remaining 3.25% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the concept of work policy, work discipline, incentives and motivation on the performance of employees of PTPN III Kebun Rantau Prapat either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is the employees of PTPN III Kebun Rantau Prapat. Determination of the number of samples using the slovin formula with a total of 98 people . Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis methods, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Data collection techniques in the study were obtained by means of Literature Research, Field Research (observation, interviews, and questionnaires).                            The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) showed that work discipline (X2) and motivation (X4) had a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PTPN III Kebun Rantau Prapat. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test (test F) showed the concept of work Policy (X1), work discipline (X2), incentives (X3) and motivation (X4) affect the performance of employees at PTPN III Kebun Rantau Prapat. Based on the results of the determination test, it is known that the performance of employees in PTPN III Kebun Rantau Prapat can be explained by the variable concept of work policy, work discipline, incentives and motivation by 22.4%. While the remaining 77.3% can be explained by other variables that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship between human resource development and working conditions on the performance of employees of PT. Socfindo Pamingke. The analysis used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis obtained is as follows : Y = 9.389 + 0.131 X1+ 0.444 X2 + e. Human Resource Development t test (X1) on employee performance (Y) obtained t count (1.212) < from T table (1.665) so that Human Resource Development variables have no significant relationship to employee performance PT. Socfindo Pamingke. Working condition t test (X2) on employee performance (Y) obtained calculated t value (4.014) > from T table (1.665) so that the working condition variable has a significant relationship to the performance of employees of PT. Socfindo Pamingke. Calculated F value (37.217) > from the table F value (3.12) with a significance value of 0.000< 0.05 then H0 is rejected so that there is a significant relationship between human resources development and working conditions simultaneously to the performance of employees of PT. Socfindo Pamingke. Calculation of the SPSS program obtained value Adjusted Rquare = 0.492 shows that the development of human resources and working conditions contribute 70.1% relationship in influencing employee performance, while the remaining 29.9% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied, such as compensation factors.

Abstract

From the initial research that the researchers conducted, the weakness of employees in building trust, namely interactions with other individuals and building a sense of confidence in the company. Concern and uncertainty which causes employee commitment to be disrupted, apart from the result of not being able to focus time and energy on tasks and work which results in neglected aspects of work, also because there are still employees who have not been able to accept responsibility for the work of others either positive or negative, this is because there are still employees who have not been able to formulate a criteria or work procedure to achieve the quality, productivity and work services required. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-concept and competence on organizational commitment at PT. Barokah Utama Karya Medan. The number of samples in this study amounted to 93 people using saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was no direct significant influence of self-concept on organizational commitment. Directly there was a significant influence of competence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh beberapa faktor Keputusan Pembelian di Cafe Kopi Petik yang terletak di Rantauprapat. Populasi penelitian adalah para konsumen yang datang ke cafe tersebut, dan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel yang representatif, digunakan rumus Lemeshow sebanyak 96 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, dokumentasi, serta pembagian kuesioner kepada para responden. Penelitian ini juga melibatkan pengujian asumsi klasik, yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinearitas untuk memastikan validitas model yang digunakan. Dalam menganalisis data, digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Hidup, Kualitas Produk, Brand Equity, dan Servicescape memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen di Cafe Kopi Petik Rantauprapat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi, harga, kepuasan konsumen, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Café Rekayasa Kopi Rantauprapat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik non-probability sampling dan purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 96 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan kebetulan dan kecocokan sebagai sumber data. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi, harga, kepuasan konsumen, dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Café Rekayasa Kopi Rantauprapat.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan pelaku UMKM di sekitar kampus melalui pelatihan Bahasa Inggris yang difokuskan pada promosi produk. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM antara lain keterbatasan dalam menjangkau pasar global karena keterampilan komunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris yang rendah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan intensif, praktik langsung pembuatan materi promosi (brosur, caption media sosial, dan video pendek), serta pendampingan dalam mengemas produk secara profesional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan peserta dalam membuat konten promosi berbahasa Inggris dan rasa percaya diri dalam menjual produk ke konsumen asing. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar UMKM secara internasional.Kata kunci: UMKM, Bahasa Inggris, Pemberdayaan ABSTRACThis community service program aims to empower MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) actors around the campus through English language training focused on product promotion. The challenges faced by MSMEs include limited access to global markets due to low English communication skills. This program was carried out through intensive training, hands-on practice in creating promotional materials (brochures, social media captions, and short videos), and mentoring on professional product packaging. The results show a significant improvement in participants’ ability to create promotional content in English and increased confidence in selling their products to foreign consumers. This activity is expected to be an initial step toward expanding the international market reach of local MSMEs.Keywords: SMEs, English Training, Empowerment
