Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan BPD GAPENSI Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa deskriptif yaitu menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Juga analisis verifikatif. Di uji melalui program uji SPSS. Populasi objek yang ada pada BPD Gapensi adalah karyawan tetap yang berjumlah 52 orang, korelasi antara motivasi dengan kompensasi adalah sebesar 0,547,terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat antara motivasi dengan kompensasi. korelasi antara motivasi dengan kinerja adalah sebesar 0,696 terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara motivasi dengan kinerja. korelasi antara kompensasi dengan kinerja adalah sebesar 0,714 terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara kompensasi dengan kinerja.. Secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di BPD Gapensi Jawa Barat dengan kontribusi yang diberikan sebesar 30,3%. Secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di BPD Gapensi Jawa Barat dengan kontribusi pengaruh yang diberikan sebesar 34%. Secara simultan motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BPD Gapensi Jawa Barat dengan kontribusi pengaruh yang diberikan sebesar 64,3%, sedangkan 35,7% sisanya merupakan besar kontribusi pengaruh yang diberikan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan merupakan kondisi yang menggambarkan pencapaian suatu prosesberoperasi. Peningkatan nilai perusahaan merupakan prestasi yang mencerminkanpeningkatan kemajuan bagi pemegang saham. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui efek moderasi kebijakan deviden dalam pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilaiperusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia periode2020-2022. Berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling, terdapat 23 perusahaan yangmemenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan denganmenggunakan metode moderated regression analysis. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa,pada tingkat signifikan 5%, kebijakan deviden tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruhprofitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of population on open unemployment, determine the effect of the minimum wage on the unemployment rate, and to determine the effect of population and minimum wages on the unemployment rate. This research uses a quantitative method, namely where the data used in this research is in the form of numbers. The type of method used in research is descriptive research. The term in this research is that the researcher does not change, add or manipulate the object or area of research. The results of data analysis show that variable The minimum wage The population and minimum wage have an effect together (simultaneously). This can be seen from the fcount which is greater than the ftable (18,962 > 5,786).

Abstract

Leadership is an important central point in an organization. To be a good leader requires a variety of knowledge, experience, and skills in various things. This article discusses effective leadership in teams. Leaders chosen in an organization or team are required to have the ability in various ways, especially in organizing team members to achieve goals or goals effectively and efficiently, encouraging each team member to be able to make their best contribution to the organization, company, or institution even in the team. The purpose of writing is to know about effective leadership in a team and to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The method of writing this is to conduct a literature review from various printed sources and various other sources of scientific information. Based on the observations obtained, successful leadership is influential leadership, transformative leadership, and leaders who can overcome dynamics in the team. Some things that affect leadership effectiveness include; the relevance of leadership style, leadership qualities, leadership qualities, and good teamwork.

Abstract

Website desa berguna untuk memberikan informasi terkait pengenalan potensi yang ada di dalam desa tersebut. Desa Bandung memiliki potensi yang cukup besar dalam pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Bandung juga masuk dalam salah satu wilayah prospek industri. Namun, berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara terkait penggunaan website hasilnya pengetahuan masyarakat ataupun staff kelurahan mengenai penggunaan website masih sangat kurang, Oleh karena itu, penyebaran informasi dari desa melalui website belum pernah dilakukan. Tujuan program kerja pengembangan dan pelatihan Website desa sebagai media digital. Setelah pembuatan dan pelatihan website dilaksanakan didapati bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan para staff desa Bandung dalam penggunaan dan pengelolaan website desa tersebut. Selain daripada itu, ketertarikan para staff untuk mempelajari website desa lebih mendalam terjadi, mereka mengharapkan agar pelatihan lanjutan diberikan dikemudian hari oleh team. Dengan adanya program kerja pengembangan dan pelatihan Website desa sebagai media digital Informasi pengenalan potensi desa Bandung diharapkan para staff atau operator website desa bisa lebih memaksimalkan pengelolaan website desa Bandung Kedepan nya. The village website is useful to provide information related to introduction of potential in the village. Bandung Village has considerable potential in the economic development of the community, Bandung Village is also included in one of the industrial prospect areas. However, based on observations and interviews related to the use of the website, the result is that the knowledge of the community or village staff regarding the use of the website is still very lacking, the dissemination of information from the village through the website has never been carried out. The purpose of the village website development and training work program as a information. After the training of the website was carried out, It was found that there was an increase in the understanding and skills of Bandung village staff in the use and management of the village website. In addition, the interest of staff to learn more about the village website in depth, they hope that further training will be provided in the future by the team. With the work program of developing and training village websites as digital media Information on the introduction of Bandung village potential, it is hoped that village website staff or operators can further maximize.

Mustika Bahari is a company engaged in the industrial sector that has not implemented a computerized system so that existing payroll information for new employees can not be fulfilled optimally. To get information, the data processing. Slow can result in slow presentation, a problem that exists in CV. Mustika Bhari than the finance and admiistartion departemen. The design uses the waterfall method, data flow, and entity relationship diagram. Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan pendidikan anak di era digital dimana ini menjadi semakin penting seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang terus berlanjut. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui kegiatan sosialisasi terkait peran orang tua dalam mendidik anak di era digital yang dihadiri oleh Komisi Nasional Perlindungan Anak dan masyarakat desa Panamping. Adapun pelaksanaannya berlangsung di di Aula desa Panamping, kecamatan Bandung – Kabupaten Serang pada hari Rabu, 23 Agustus 2023. Strategi penyampaian materi bimbingan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk presentasi dengan 2 (dua) orang pembicara dan 1 (satu) orang moderator. Pemateri menyampaikan materi mengenai dampak penggunaan gawai pada anak, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecanduan anak terhadap gawai, jenis pola asuh dan model pengasuhan yang efektif di era digital. Kegiatan yang diperuntukkan bagi orang tua ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23 Agustus 2023 di Aula Desa Panamping. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari kegiatan melalui kegiatan sosialisasi ini yaitu mampu menyadarkan masyarakat terutama para orang tua yang berada di Desa Panamping. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pengakuan dari beberapa masyarakat bahwa sebelum dilakukannya kegiatan sosialisasi terkait pola asuh anak ini mereka belum memahami sepenuhnya cara mengasuh anak yang baik dan benar, namun setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan sosialisasi masyarakat dengan menghadirkan ahli dibidangnya yaitu dari KOMNAS Perlindungan Anak Provinsi Banten, masyarakat menjadi lebih sadar. The purpose of this community service is to socialize children's education in the digital era which is becoming increasingly important along with the continuous development of technology. The method of implementing this community service was carried out through socialization activities related to the role of parents in educating children in the digital era which was attended by the National Commission for Child Protection and the Panamping village community. The implementation took place at the Panamping Village Hall, Bandung sub-district - Serang Regency on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. The strategy of delivering this guidance material was carried out in the form of presentations with 2 (two) speakers and 1 (one) moderator. The speakers delivered material on the impact of device use on children, factors that influence children's addiction to devices, types of parenting and effective parenting models in the digital era. The activity for parents was held on August 23, 2023 at Panamping Village Hall. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and observations. The results of this socialization activity are able to make the community aware, especially parents in Panamping Village. This is evidenced by the recognition of some people that before the socialization activities related to parenting, they did not fully understand how to raise children properly, but after the implementation of community socialization activities by presenting experts in their fields, namely from the Banten Province Child Protection Commission, the community became more aware.

Abstract

Society today is concerned about the performance of government agencies. There is often a public distrust of government, due to the fact that public agencies often use funds without proper planning, overspend, make frequent losses and do not always achieve set goals. The purpose of submitting financial statements in the public sector is to convey information about the resources, location, and use of funds. The information gathering strategies used by the researcher in this study included a literature review and field observations. In the process of data analysis, the author applied two approaches, namely descriptive method and deductive approach. from an economic point of view budget execution report to measure financial performance in public sector organisations is less economical because the realised expenditure is greater than the efficiency target. Some entities have improved efficiency over time by managing expenditure better than the target. While in terms of effectiveness, this shows the agency's ability to achieve the set revenue target, although some entities such as the Medan City Government have not been able to realise all potential revenue.

Abstract

Kasus kecurangan dalam laporan keuangan semakin sering terjadi di Indonesia, seiring dengan kompleksitas dunia bisnis yang terus berkembang dan meningkatnya peluang investasi. Perusahaan berupaya menyajikan laporan keuangan yang menarik untuk menarik perhatian para investor. Terdapat tiga faktor utama dalam segitiga kecurangan yang mendorong individu untuk melakukan penipuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka, merujuk pada penelitian sebelumnya serta berbagai sumber terkait seperti buku, artikel, dan berita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian internal yang baik dan terstruktur dapat membantu mendeteksi kecurangan. Selain itu, penerapan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola perusahaan yang baik serta penanaman nilai-nilai positif dapat mendukung terciptanya perusahaan yang sehat dan mencegah terjadinya penipuan. Penelitian ini terbatas pada konsep sistem pengendalian internal, tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, kecurangan, serta artikel-artikel yang membahas isu ini.
