Abstract

Pasal dalam KHI yang mengatur perceraian terbilang relevan dalam upaya mendamaikan hubungan pernikahan. Di sisi lain, pasal tersebut seakan-akan dapat menimbulkan kesenjangan hukum (conflict of norm) antara keputusan hukum islam dan hukum positif. Seperti contoh, dalam hukum islam, talak menjadi hak otoritatif suami, kapanpun suami mengucapkan talak kepada istrinya maka ucapan tersebut sudah dianggap jatuh. Berbeda dengan pasal yang ada dalam KHI, (pada pasal 115, 117 dan 123) disebutkan bahwa perceraian hanya bisa terjadi jika dilakukan ikrar di depan persidangan majelis hakim Pengadilan Agama. Dalam penelitian ini, ada dua hal penting yang diteliti yaitu pandangan hakim Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Malang dan Kyai PPS Shirothul Fuqoha’ serta pandangan keduanya ditinjau dari perspektif Mashlahah Imam As-Syatibi.

Abstract

Kebutuhan Pedagogik bagi Guru adalah diantaranya Guru bisa memahami karakter siswanya, guru memahami latar belakang siswanya baik dari segi kondisi ekonomi orang tuanya maupun lingkungan, guru bisa memahami dan mampu mendesain dan merencanakan pembelajaran, guru mampu dan mengusai mengajar dengan bermacam-macam model dan metode pembelajaran sehingga cara mengajar tidak monoton, guru mampu sebagai motivator, insprirator dan menjadi guru yang kreatif dan inovatif. Disebut guru yang professional adalah guru yang mempunyai empat komptensi, salah satunya adalah kompetensi pedagogik sehingga kompetensi pedagogik penting dalam penerimaan guru baru. Focus penelitian dalam kompetensi pedagogik ini ditekankan pada: 1) bagaimana kompetensi pedagogic 2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran dan 3) bagaimana upaya guru tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif kompetensi pedagogik bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kompetensi Pedagogig Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat, juga mendeskripsikan upaya guru dalam mengatasi suatu hambatan. Berdasarkan data dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dapat disimpulkan oleh peneliti bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI sudah terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

In Islamic religious education lessons, teachers need to apply an appropriate and attractive learning model in order to increase student motivation and learning outcomes. Because there are various obstacles experienced by students, this research is important to do. This study aims to determine the use of the VAK learning model on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Mambaunnur Gading Bululawang. In implementing learning activities, teachers use various learning models, one of which is the VAK (visual, auditory, kinetic) learning model. This Learning Model emphasizes direct learning experiences by maximizing the ability to remember visually (Visual), auditory (Auditory), and increase movement and emotion (kinetic). This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, namely cycle 1 and II. Each cycle is applied in one meeting. The implementation in each cycle uses four stages; planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results of this study indicate that the use of the VAK learning model has an effect on student learning outcomes. The increase in yield was seen in every cycle from pre-action to cycle II. Students who scored above the minimum completeness criteria (75) in the pre-action activity were 18%; about 5 students out of 27 students. In the first cycle the results showed a percentage of 40%; 11 students out of 27 students managed to show improvement. Whereas in cycle II the success of the method reached 100%, in other words 27 students experienced an increase in learning in the field of eating and drinking manners.

Abstract

Character education is an education system that aims to instill certain character values in students in which there are components of knowledge, awareness or will, as well as actions to carry out these values. This is because many see the behavior of teenagers in behavior, speech, and manners that are increasingly eroded so that the sense of responsibility is not good. This research is included in the qualitative descriptive research. In the course of collecting data, researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of written or oral data of people or observed behavior so that in this case the author seeks to conduct research that describes the actual situation. The results of this study indicate that the formation of character education for students using religious activities at the An-Nur I Islamic boarding school Putri Bululawang, Malang. Activities include congregational prayers, midnight prayers, congregational prayers, reciting the Koran, reciting the yellow book of the weton system, ratibul haddad, and khitabah. There are driving and inhibiting factors in the process of forming character education for students through religious activities and how are the solutions from various parties ustadzah, musrifah, students and parents to overcome the factors that hinder the formation of character education for students through religious activities at the An-Nur I Islamic boarding school Putri Bululawang Malang. Abstract

This research was conducted due to the low understanding of the students, the learning process never used the method in fiqh class III Madrasah Diniyah Ali Makiniyyah Bulupitu, Gondanglegi. Based on the results of the UH (Daily Test) in the even semester of 2022-2023, out of 22 students, only 6 students whose grades reached the KKM and 16 students are still incomplete. The model used by researchers as a reference for class action research is Kurt Lewin's model in which there are four stages of empathy, namely planning, acting, observation, reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class III Madrasah Diniyah Al Makiniyyah Bulupitu, Gondanglegi consisting of 22 students. Data collection was carried out by researchers through observation, documentation of UH scores (Daily Repeat) for fiqh subjects in even semester 2022-2023, interviews, written tests, and documentation. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The application of the demonstration method obtained from observations of teacher activity and student activity in cycle II, namely 80.8 (good) and in cycle III increased to 93 (very good). Meanwhile, the observation results of students in cycle II were 82.8 (good) and in cycle II it increased to 93 (very good). (2) The understanding of the fiqh subject on prayer fardhu material using the demonstration method has increased. This can be seen from the average value of students in fiqh subjects on fardhu prayer on pre-cycles which is 62.5 with a percentage of 27.27% (less). In cycle II it became 68.1 with a percentage of 45.45% (less). In cycle III it increased to 83.18 with a percentage of 81.81% (very good). Abstract

This research began with low learning outcomes in fiqh subjects, one of the factors causing this was the lack of use of learning models that were appropriate for students. In this research the author tries to apply the inquiry learning model in an effort to improve learning outcomes. The problem formulation is whether the implementation of the inquiry learning model can improve fiqh learning outcomes. The focus of this research is 1) How to apply the inquiry learning model in improving learning outcomes in fiqh subjects. 2) To find out the learning outcomes of the class X B MA Modern Al Rifa'ie fiqh subject by applying the inquiry learning model. In this research, the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method was carried out in 2 cycles. In collecting data, researchers used observation methods, test methods, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, for the analysis, researchers used descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of data reduction, data presentation and verification. This research went through several stages, namely preparation, implementation, data analysis and reporting stage. The results of the research show that the implementation of the inquiry learning model in fiqh subjects has been carried out according to the steps of the inquiry learning model and is going quite well. Meanwhile, the results of implementing the inquiry learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the learning process. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa khususnya pada pembelajaran akidah akhlak dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang ada di sekolah MTs An-Nur Bululawang. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan di MTs An-Nur Bululawang dengan 7 narasumber, yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, seorang guru akidah akhlak, dan 5 siswa. Hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya guru akidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di MTs An-Nur Bululawang yakni: 1) Menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang tepat, 2) Memanfaatkan media belajar, 3) Memberikan motivasi. Faktor pendukung guru akidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas VIII yaitu dengan adanya sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu minat belajar siswa ada yang masih kurang. Usaha guru akidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas VIII di MTs An-Nur dikatakan sudah baik, guru bisa terus aktif dan kreatif dalam menggunkan metode-metode yang tepat dalam memberikan pembelajaran kepada siswa.
