Abstract

Maw?l? was born from the oppression and discrimination of the Umayyad Regime. They emerged as a new political force and as an opposition which eventually helped to overthrow the Umayyad Dynasty. This is a further result of the Bani Umayyad's political policies in upholding Arab supremacy over the non-Arab Muslim community. Realized or not, sharp segregation and separation in terms of social, economic up to worship (ritual) gave birth to a new phenomenon in the world of the political arena of the Umayyad regime. Arab supremacy can indeed be enforced, but greater movement and strength in their bodies are ready to tear them down at any time. The oppression, discrimination and treatment as a second class society under the domination of the Arab Muslims they received not only made them hate the Umayyad regime but moreover they were anti-Arab; trying to oppose the Arabism system.

Abstract

COVID-19 has become a very scary thing. Due to the corona virus, many victims have fallen. To avoid the spread of the virus, the government made various efforts and decisive actions that must be obeyed by the community. This also had an impact on the school life, including at MTs. Nurul Hidayah. The students who initially always received Al-Qur'an tutoring before lessons started, the activity is closed during the pandemic. Therefore, the role of parents in Al-Qur'an learning is needed during the pandemic. This research focuses on the role of parents during the corona pandemic in guiding the learning of the Qur'an for class VIII students in the odd semester of the 2020-2021 in Simojayan, Ampelgading, Malang. This is a field research with qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources used are secondary and primary obtained from collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The research got the following results: The interest in learning the Qur'an of VI students during the COVID-19 pandemic in the 2020-2021 Academic Year in the Odd semester is in a good spirit level, as evidenced by the data that from 33 students, 6 children are enthusiastic in learning the Koran, 24 children have a good level of enthusiasm and 3 others are less enthusiastic in learning Al-Qu`an. When children are more concerned about playing with their peers, they ignore the words of their parents to recite Al-Qu`an.

Abstract

This study focuses on creative characters building through graphic design extracurriculars. This research is motivated by the increasingly advanced era and increasingly sophisticated technology, students have high talent and ability to develop talents, especially students who have in the field of art. The research questions are “how to build the creative character of class XI students through graphic design extracurriculars, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the formation of creative characters of class XI students through graphic design extracurriculars at SMA Mamba'unnur Gading Bululawang”. It is qualitative research, that uses observation, interview, and documentation to collect data. Qualitative data analysis lies in the presentation of what has been produced from the research process. After that, a comprehensive and in-depth conclusion or problem emerges. The results of the study show that the formation of creative characters at Mamba'unnur High School through graphic design extracurriculars uses classical methods in delivering material, habituation methods and discipline methods in doing assignments, so that not only creative characters appear, but students also have the character of responsibility and discipline. On the other hand, there are also supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of student character, including the ability factor of students, as well as environmental factors and friends' associations.

Abstract

Kitab kunings have significant influence on positive law in Indonesia, especially those with Syafi’ite school. Since the 13th century, in the beginning of the Syafi'ite school tradition come to Nusantara, the position of the kitab kunings had fluctuated until the final third of the 20th century, in which this tradition is absorbed into positive law in KHI. However, only private law that is politically acceptable in the Indonesian legal system. The Islamic criminal law, since the colonial period, could not be reserved well. Abstract

Abstract Over time, the curriculum in Indonesia continues to change, especially the curriculum at the Ministry of Education and Culture. This affects school policies in the application of the learning process. As is the case with the Arabic learning curriculum applied at Al Azhar 24 Baording School Islamic High School which is still applying the 2019 curriculum as a reference, especially in Arabic lessons. However, it is in contrast to its implementation in the field. Each school certainly has a different evaluation and is interesting to discuss. Therefore, the researchers tried to discuss how to implement the 2019 curriculum in Arabic language learning at Al Azhar 24 Baording Islamic High School, and to find out the evaluation of the implementation. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this study state that the evaluation of teacher understanding of the implementation of the 2019 curriculum is still very lacking, so that the effect on the learning process and assessment results is in gaps. Therefore, with boarding or boarding-based schools, it is necessary to develop an Arabic language learning curriculum at Al Azhar Islamic High School so that the four competencies of languages can be achieved. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of teachers in improving the quality of Qur'an recitation at Majlis Tarbiyatul Qur'an PP. Miftahul Ulum Atthohirin Gondanglegi Kulon, Gondanglegi sub-district, Malang regency. Additionally, the study aims to investigate the impact of the teachers' role on the students (santri) of PP Miftahul Ulum Atthohirin. This research adopts a field research approach and uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is conducted through interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data validity is ensured through triangulation of data sources, which involves using various sources to obtain information, and triangulation of methods by comparing data from interviews, observations, and documentation. The data is analyzed through several steps, including data reduction, data display, and verification, leading to drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that the role of teachers in improving the quality of Quranic recitation is crucial in nurturing students to become better readers of the Qur'an. Teachers play a pivotal role in the Quranic education process, as they are responsible for producing students who are skilled in reading the Qur'an. Abstract

Character education is an education system that aims to instill certain character values in students in which there are components of knowledge, awareness or will, as well as actions to carry out these values. This is because many see the behavior of teenagers in behavior, speech, and manners that are increasingly eroded so that the sense of responsibility is not good. This research is included in the qualitative descriptive research. In the course of collecting data, researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of written or oral data of people or observed behavior so that in this case the author seeks to conduct research that describes the actual situation. The results of this study indicate that the formation of character education for students using religious activities at the An-Nur I Islamic boarding school Putri Bululawang, Malang. Activities include congregational prayers, midnight prayers, congregational prayers, reciting the Koran, reciting the yellow book of the weton system, ratibul haddad, and khitabah. There are driving and inhibiting factors in the process of forming character education for students through religious activities and how are the solutions from various parties ustadzah, musrifah, students and parents to overcome the factors that hinder the formation of character education for students through religious activities at the An-Nur I Islamic boarding school Putri Bululawang Malang. Abstract

Pelaksanaan evaluasi merupakan hal penting dalam pembelajaran pembelajaran, termasuk pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Evaluasi keterampilan berbicara dan menulis dirancang untuk mengukur kemampuan peserta didik dalam mengungkapkan ide dan gagasannya secara tertulis dan lisan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengekplorasi model soal evaluasi keterampilan produktif yaitu keterampilan berbicara dan keterampilan menulis. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan. Data dipeloreh dari KMA 183 tentang kurikulum pendidikan bahasa Arab dan PAI, Standar Kompetensi dan Kompetensi Dasar (SK-KD) berdasarkan KMA 183, buku ajar bahasa Arab kelas sembilan, silabus Madrasah Tsanawiyah kelas sembilan, artikel yang berkaitan dengan evaluasi, dan contoh soal evaluasi. Peneliti mengamati dan menganalisis kebutuhan penyusunan soal, menyusun soal sesuai langkah-langkah dan melakukan uji validitas isi yang dilakukan oleh ahli di bidang evaluasi bahasa Arab. Hasil penelitian adalah penyusunan soal maharah kalam dan kitabah diawali dengan telaah kurikulum, mengambil kompetensi dasar, menentukan indikator sampai pada penyusunan soal yang sudah dianalisis berdasarkan tingkat kesulitan soal. Menyajikan dan menganalisis model soal kalam dan kitabah yang telah melewati proses uji validitas isi. Dengan adanya pengembangan soal-soal evaluasi ini, diharapkan akan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam berbahasa Arab secara keseluruhan khususnya dalam bidang maharah kalam dan kitabah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki implementasi Penilaian Acuan Norma (PAN) dan Penilaian Acuan Patokan (PAP) dalam pengolahan hasil belajar Bahasa Arab siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus interaktif. Guru diidentifikasi sebagai narasumber utama, sementara dokumen-dokumen terkait subjek penelitian menjadi data pendukung. Analisis data mengikuti metode Milles dan Huberman, melibatkan tiga tahap: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Ciamis menggunakan kedua pendekatan evaluatif tersebut dalam pengolahan hasil belajar siswa. Penilaian Acuan Norma (PAN) diterapkan pada penilaian akhir semester untuk mengukur kemajuan siswa dalam bahasa Arab. Sementara itu, Penilaian Acuan Patokan (PAP) digunakan dalam penilaian harian, memberikan gambaran mendalam tentang pencapaian siswa secara berkala. Temuan ini mencerminkan komitmen Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Ciamis untuk menyediakan penilaian yang holistik dan terukur, memperkaya proses pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang praktik evaluasi di sekolah menengah atas dan memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan metode penilaian yang lebih efektif dalam konteks pengajaran bahasa Arab.
