Abstract

Village funds are a new hope for village communities to develop their potential. However, forced planning does not in detail see what exactly is needed by the community makes the village funds do not function optimally. Most of it is only for infrastructure development and only a small portion for sustainable productive activities. Village funds were poured into Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE) by opening village tourism destinations. The ignorance of the village government and the VOE management manage the potential tourism destinations of each region resulting in village tourism destinations being built almost the same in all villages in Indonesia without looking at the backward relations and future relationships of the concept of tourist destinations. This research method uses extraction from the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), SWOT Analysis with the Travel and Tourism Competitive Index as a measure of the sustainability of investments, how big is the effect on the original income of the village. The results show that investments made by the village government through VOE are inversely proportional to the village's original income. This study found the concept of novelty to balance investment with genuine village income called Competitiveness Financial Services

Abstract

The rapid advance of global economy and the increasing diversity financial product and service types force every individuals to have a good financial literacy in order to achieve prosperous live. The purpose of this study is to identify student engagement contributions as a form of learning process for the development of financial literacy. Academic challenges, active learning, student-staff interaction, enriching education experiences, and supportive learning environments are used to measure student engagement in financial learning (SEFL). While financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial behavior are used to measure financial literacy (FL). This study uses quantitative assessors. The population is 241 students while the sample size is 150 students. The number of samples is determined by using the Slovin formula, while the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The data collection techniques used are tests and questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation, canonical correlation and regression. The results of the Pearson correlation analysis show that all SEFL factors possitive correlate with FL factors. Then the results of canonical correlation analysis show that the covariate of SEFL factors has a correlation with the canonical variable (FL). Furthermore, the results of the regression test (t-test) show that most of the SEFL factors have a significant contribution in developing students’ financial literacy.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan elemen strategis yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Kinerja karyawan yang optimal berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan produktivitas lembaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada lembaga Imam Syafi’i Brebes. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 55 responden yang merupakan karyawan aktif di lembaga tersebut. Teknik analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS dengan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji t dan uji F untuk menguji signifikansi pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan 26,8% variasi dalam kinerja karyawan, sedangkan 73,2% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Di antara ketiga variabel yang diuji, kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perlu adanya peningkatan penguatan pada motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan serta pentingnya kepuasan kerja sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja sumber daya manusia di lembaga pendidikan.
