Abstract

Penyakit Jamur akar putih,diakibatkanoleh lahan yang dipenuhi sisa tanaman hutan atau bekas tanaman karet yang tidak dicabut dan dibakar yang menjadi serang koloni jamur akar putih. Penyakit jamur akar putih dapat menyebabkan kematian tanaman langsung, sehingga populasi pohon per satuan luas menjadi berkurang dan sebagai akibatnya produktivitas kebun menjadi sangat rendah.Kepastiandiagnosaterhadappenyakit jamur akar putihdapatdilakukanmelaluipemeriksaan laboratorium. Sistem pakar adalah program komputer yang menirukan penalaran seorang pakar dengan keahlian pada suatu wilayah pengetahuan tertentu (Turban,1995). Sistem pakar mencoba mencari solusi, memberikan saran atau kesimpulan yang konsisten  terhadap permasalahan yang ditemukannya. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mendiagnosa penyakit pada jamur akar putih. dengan membangun sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat menganalisa gejala-gejala penyakit menjadi  sebuah  keputusan namapenyakit dengan menggunakan  metodeForward Chainingsebagaimetodepenelusurandan metode certainty factorsebagaimetode untukmenghitungnilaikepercayaanatas gejalayangdiberikanolehpakar.

Abstract

Universities or institutions that operate in North Sumatra are very many, therefore, of course, competition in accepting new students is very tight, universities or institutions do certain ways or steps to be able to compete with other campuses in gaining interest from community or high school students who will continue their studies to a higher level. STMIK BUDI DARMA Medan (College of Information and Computer Management), is the first computer high school in Medan which was established on March 1, 1996 and received approval from the government through the Minister of Education and Culture, on July 23, 1996 with operating license number 48 / D / O / 1996, in promoting the campus, the team usually formed a promotion team to various regions in the North Sumatra Region to provide information to the community. Students who have learned in this campus are quite a lot who come from various regions in North Sumatra, from this point the need to process data from students who are active in college to be processed using data mining to achieve a target, one method that can be used in data mining, namely the ¬K-Modes clustering (grouping) algorithm. Abstract

Deepening is a step called to determine the profit and loss of a company in its activities. This deepening is related to ATK product and product problems that often occur in a company. CV.Sumber Rezeki has objects that are marketed through marketing and sales counters. The object being marketed consists of three parts namely pens, printer ink, quarto paper and so forth. The problem of determining the cost of sales in CV. Source of sustenance is often faced by a company. The contributing factor is the amount of goods produced is not in accordance with the needs of consumers, so there is a buildup of stock of goods that can result in losses on the source of sustenance. Determination of sales costs can be completed using the triple exponential smoothing method. Several ways to solve problems with triple exponential smoothing. Among them are resolved using the smoothing method. Triple exponential smoothing method. is one of the settlement techniques in triple exponential smoothing. which is used as a decision-making technique in matters relating to the optimal allocation of resources.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hidayah, Bandar Khalipah District, is one of the formal education infrastructure under the guidance of the Minister of Religion whose learning process is based on Islam at the elementary school level. This school is in need of Indonesian language teachers. The teacher is a teacher of a science and the teacher in general is a professional educator who has the main task of educating, directing, guiding, training, assessing, and evaluating his students, so in this case the author wants to help the school in the selection of Indonesian language teachers in Madrasah schools. Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hidayah, whose recruitment is still fairly manual. In this study the author has a solution and will solve the problem by applying the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method and the Multy Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, the author will combine the two methods to determine the best alternative in the selection of Indonesian language teachers in Madrasahs. Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hidayah. The results of the algorithm on the combination of the two methods show that Alternative 5 (A5) has the highest score of 0.832 and ranks 1, thus A5 is the best alternative that will be recommended for teacher selection at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hidayah. The application by combining the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method and the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method can determine the best alternative in terms of teacher selection.

Abstract

The classification of mango fruit ripeness levels is currently predominantly done manually, which unfortunately has several drawbacks. One of the primary shortcomings is the lack of consistency in accuracy, often resulting in differences among operators conducting the sorting. On the other hand, in image classification processes, a combination of the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) methods is utilized. DCT is a technique commonly used in image processing, especially for image pictures. In this research, there is a proposal to merge the Discrete Wavelet Transform method with the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Currently, CNN is one of the methods that provides the most significant results in image recognition. CNN attempts to mimic the image recognition system in the human brain, particularly the visual cortex, allowing it to efficiently process image information. The DCT method is used to transform image data into a frequency image form, which is subsequently employed in feature extraction in the Deep Neural Networks classification method. The research results indicate that the combined method of Discrete Cosine Transform and Convolutional Neural Network achieves the highest accuracy rate of 93.33% in classifying mango fruit ripeness levels. This outcome demonstrates significant potential for automating the mango ripeness classification process with high accuracy, overcoming the inconsistencies associated with manual approaches.

Abstract

This data article describes a comprehensive analysis of literature related to "Online Business and Tax Evasion" sourced from the Lens.org database. Using keyword-based searches and filtering techniques, data was exported and inputted into the Zenodo.org database for research purposes. The analysis unveils patterns in the publication, such as the leading institutions contributing to this field, fluctuating publication rates over the years, dominant fields of study, and the most active authors and publishers. The data not only offers insights into the landscape of research on online business and tax evasion but also serves as a valuable resource for scholars and the general public. Highlights: The United Kingdom emerges as the most active country, contributing 61 articles, with leading institutions like LSE and Teeside University at the forefront. Publication trends observed from 1997 to 2021 indicate fluctuations, with 2018 seeing the highest number of articles at 28. The top fields delving into this topic are political science, law, business, economics, and sociology, demonstrating the interdisciplinary nature of the subject. Abstract

Hampir setiap manusia sudah menggunakan perangkat komputer. Walau bentuk komputernya bukan untuk komputer yang digunakan pada pekerjaan kantoran. Komputer yang selalu berkembang lebih banyak digunakan untuk keperluan komunikasi dan hiburan. Komputer ini adalah smartphone android yang bersifat mobile, portable, dan cheap. Smartphone android memiliki teknologi yang tidak kalah dengan komputer PC, bahkan untuk pemakaian pribadi spesifikasi komputer android lebih tinggi dari pada komputer PC. Banyak pengguna android tidak mengetahui fungsi lebih dari teknologi smartphone android tersebut ataupun teknologi dan layanannya belum tersedia di lingkungan pengguna. Seperti penerapannya untuk pengolahan data inventaris, penjualan, dan bahkan akuntansi. Di PlayStore perangkat android banyak tersedia aplikasi-aplikasi untuk pengolahan data tersebut dengan berbagai jenis fungsi dan keperluan yang sama dengan komputer PC. Penggunaan smartphone android sebagai perangkat yang difungsikan untuk mengolah data inventaris dianggap sangat tepat dikarenakan dalam smartphone android fungsi dan layanan untuk keperluan tersebut include, intregrate, and usability.

Abstract

The national labor force survey is a survey designed to get a general picture of employment and also to understand whether there have been changes in the structure of the workforce between enumeration periods. In this survey, not all census block areas were included in the enumeration and also not all families in the survey area were selected as the enumeration sites. So, for each selected region and household, it is hoped that it will be able to provide employment data based on education, working hours, industry classification and employment status as well as unemployment rates based on different characteristics and efforts to find work as well as the working age population that is not in the labor force. For this reason, to make efficient and effective decisions, here the author will use the fuzzy logic method because this method is very flexible where this method is able to adapt to changes and uncertainties, also has tolerance for imprecise data and can cooperate with control techniques. conventionally. The purpose of this study is to be able to make decisions about areas that are able to provide the information data needed in the labor force survey at BPS Padang Lawas Utara.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini semakin mempermudah setiap penggunanya dalam mengakses maupun mempercepat pekerjaan dengan sistem Aplikasi yang diciptakan. Aplikasi inilah memberikan kemudahan kepada pengguna dalam mengerjakan pekerjaan dengan cepat dan mudah. Terutama sistem untuk penukaran uang menjadi pecahan melalui proses optimasi. Penelitian ini dibuat suatu sistem Penerapan Algoritma Greedy untuk penukaran uang Rupiah. Aplikasi yang akan dibuat di skripsi ini menawarkan kemudahan dalam penukaran uang Rupiah menjadi pecahan. Khususnya dapat mempermudah pekerjaan dalam dunia perbankan untuk menukarkan uang nasabahnya dengan mengambil hasil yang paling optimal. Oleh karena itu maka diciptakanlah Aplikasi Penukaran uang Rupiah ini agar proses penukaran uang yang tadinya membutuhkan waktu lama dan sulit untuk menukarkan uang rupiah.

Abstract

WAV stands for Waveform Audio Format, an audio file standard developed by Microsoft and IBM. It is a variant of the RIFF bitstream format, similar to the IFF and AIFF formats used on Amiga and Macintosh systems. Both WAV and AIFF are compatible with Windows and Macintosh platforms. Although WAV files can contain compressed audio, they are typically used for uncompressed audio. The WAV format is part of Microsoft's RIFF specification for multimedia file storage. Compression is the process of reducing file size without significantly compromising data quality. The effectiveness of compression is eval_uated based on factors such as compression time, memory usage, output quality, and the final file format. This research suggests that compressing audio files can help optimize hard disk space. Various compression algorithms are available, and reducing audio file size can enhance storage efficiency.
