Improving the creative economy of environmental quality and human resources in North Kembangan through a packaging strategy in increasing online sales volume is a form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Mercu Buana University in realizing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The service through the development of the creative economy and environmental quality carried out by the PKM Team of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mercu Buana University together with the community partners of North Kembangan, went according to expectations. The contribution of activities increases insight and knowledge of how packaging strategies can increase the volume of sales during the Covid-19 pandemic. Especially creating competitive advantage and realizing the sustainability of the cooperation partners' business in the future. The packaging strategy is an important factor as the main consideration for consumers to have a positive attitude and behavior towards the products offered. The importance of implementing a packaging strategy by collaborative partners to support this program in a sustainable manner, of course in encouraging and improving the creative economy of North Kembangan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan paternalistis, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada departemen nontehnik PT. ASURANSI. Dimana diajukan tiga variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat, yaitu pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan paternalistis, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel bebas dan produktivitas kerja berperan sebagai variabel terikat.Manfaat penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data pustaka. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 45 orang karyawan departemen non tehnik PT. ASURANSI. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Tahap pertama menguji validitas dan reabilitas pertanyaan setiap variabel. Tahap kedua dengan menguji hubungan variabel pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan paternalistis, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan paternalistis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, sedangkan disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

This article explains employee engagement in form of human resource. It explains from what is engagement, the theory related to engagement, some research in employee engagement and how employee engagement. Conclusion in the article is when engagement locked in worker, it would give the company points of competitive advantages—including higher efficiency, customer satisfaction and lower representative turnover. The relationship between worker engagement and organizational results would be greater in the event that superior measures were utilized.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness, brand trust dan brand loyalty terhadap repurchase intention pada pengguna Apple iPhone. Jumlah sampel penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 85 pengguna Apple iPhone menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square versi 3.0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel brand awareness berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, brand trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase intention dan brand loyalty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peran brand awareness, brand trust dan brand loyalty berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel repurchase intention. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan loyalitas merek peningkatan repurchase intention smart phone Apple iPhone

Abstrak: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada SMK Permata Bunda. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru dan karyawan yang bekerja pada SMK Permata Bunda. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 42 responden dengan menggunkan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan Teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural Equantion Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan tergadap kepuasan kerja SMK Permata Bunda.

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) merupakan sebuah bisnis yang dapat menyerap tenaga kerja terbanyak sehingga dapat membantu perkembangan ekonomi regional. UMKM memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perluasan kesempatan kerja, pembentukan lingkungan sosial yang inklusif dan pengentasan kemiskinan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini akan meningkatkan kapasitas motivasi kerja terhadap inovasi bisnis UMKM di DKI Jakarta, khususnya di Kelurahan Tegal Parang Mampang Selatan Jakarta Selatan. Dalam implementasi ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan semangat serta motivasi yang unggul dalam menerapkan jiwa melahirkan inovasi yang unggul terhadap produk dan mutu yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen. Namun, peran Sumber Daya Manusia juga menjadikan persiapan bagi individu-individu untuk memikul tanggung jawab yang berbeda atau lebih tinggi di dalam organisasi, biasanya berkaitan dengan peningkatan kemampuan intelektual untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan yang lebih baik. Pengembangan mengarah pada kesempatan-kesempatan belajar yang didesain guna membantu pengembangan para pengusaha.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of organizational culture, work environment, and compensation on job satisfaction. The sample in this study were 40 employees, with the data analysis technique used was sequential equation modelling. The study results explain that the influence of organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organization climate, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction

This study investigates the impact of work motivation and career development on employee performance at private university with 29.000 students located in Bandung. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected from 40 respondents. Statistical analysis, specifically multiple linear regressions, was used to evaluate the data. The findings reveal that both work motivation and career development significantly affect employee performance. This conclusion is supported by partial test (t-test) results, which indicate that the significance values for both independent variables are statistically significant. Thus, the study confirms that work motivation and career development positively influence employee performance at University in Bandung Area.

This paper is to perform analyze of the influence of entrepreneurial education, locus of control and self eficacy on entrepeneurial attitude among students. The population of this study are the class of 2015 managament students Economics Faculty of Mercu Buana University. Total sample used is 147 out of 233 total population. Data collection used a survey method, with the questionnaire research intrument. It used a Partial Least Square aplication in analysing the data. The result proves that entrepreneurial education has a positive influence on entrepreneurial attitudes, locus of control has a positive influence on entrepreneurial attitudes and self efficacy has a positive influence on enterepeneurial attitudes. Entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on entrepreneurial attitudes among students. When students are given more subjects regarding entrepreneur issues it sparks their will to start a self owned small campany. Secondly, the internal locus of control has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial attitudes. Students with higher internal locus of control have confident to control and manage their own business. They believe their business will success within their control and ability. Lastly, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes. Higher self-efficacy student means feels confident that they will be able to learn and do well as an entrepreneur

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of job satisfaction, work environment and workload on employee performance of PT employees. Financial Integration Technology. A total of 104 PT employees. Financial Technology Integration respondents in this research used a saturated sample method. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis techniques and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that work discipline, work environment, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT employees. Financial Integration Technology. The results of the managerial mandate from the findings in this research recommend that leaders be more stringent in supervising employees, apart from that PT. Financial Technology Integration is also recommended to maintain cleanliness around the environment where employees work, and finally PT. Financial Technology Integration is also expected to provide more sufficient time for employees to complete work.
