Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) merupakan sebuah bisnis yang dapat menyerap tenaga kerja terbanyak sehingga dapat membantu perkembangan ekonomi regional. UMKM memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perluasan kesempatan kerja, pembentukan lingkungan sosial yang inklusif dan pengentasan kemiskinan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini akan meningkatkan kapasitas motivasi kerja terhadap inovasi bisnis UMKM di DKI Jakarta, khususnya di Kelurahan Tegal Parang Mampang Selatan Jakarta Selatan. Dalam implementasi ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan semangat serta motivasi yang unggul dalam menerapkan jiwa melahirkan inovasi yang unggul terhadap produk dan mutu yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen. Namun, peran Sumber Daya Manusia juga menjadikan persiapan bagi individu-individu untuk memikul tanggung jawab yang berbeda atau lebih tinggi di dalam organisasi, biasanya berkaitan dengan peningkatan kemampuan intelektual untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan yang lebih baik. Pengembangan mengarah pada kesempatan-kesempatan belajar yang didesain guna membantu pengembangan para pengusaha.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of organizational culture, work environment, and compensation on job satisfaction. The sample in this study were 40 employees, with the data analysis technique used was sequential equation modelling. The study results explain that the influence of organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organization climate, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of work motivation and career development on employee performance at private university with 29.000 students located in Bandung. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected from 40 respondents. Statistical analysis, specifically multiple linear regressions, was used to evaluate the data. The findings reveal that both work motivation and career development significantly affect employee performance. This conclusion is supported by partial test (t-test) results, which indicate that the significance values for both independent variables are statistically significant. Thus, the study confirms that work motivation and career development positively influence employee performance at University in Bandung Area.

Abstract

This paper is to perform analyze of the influence of entrepreneurial education, locus of control and self eficacy on entrepeneurial attitude among students. The population of this study are the class of 2015 managament students Economics Faculty of Mercu Buana University. Total sample used is 147 out of 233 total population. Data collection used a survey method, with the questionnaire research intrument. It used a Partial Least Square aplication in analysing the data. The result proves that entrepreneurial education has a positive influence on entrepreneurial attitudes, locus of control has a positive influence on entrepreneurial attitudes and self efficacy has a positive influence on enterepeneurial attitudes. Entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on entrepreneurial attitudes among students. When students are given more subjects regarding entrepreneur issues it sparks their will to start a self owned small campany. Secondly, the internal locus of control has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial attitudes. Students with higher internal locus of control have confident to control and manage their own business. They believe their business will success within their control and ability. Lastly, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes. Higher self-efficacy student means feels confident that they will be able to learn and do well as an entrepreneur
