Comparative Analysis Method of Work, Time and Cost of Concrete Spun Pile Work with Bored Pile On Construction of the Light Rail Transit (LRT) Lutfiansyah, Yopi; Akhsan, Muhammad

Building construction consists of two parts, namely the upper building and lower building. The upper building transmits forces to the lower building, which then from the lower building is channeled to the supporting soil. Pile foundation is a part of the lower structure that is used to receive and distribute the load from the upper structure to the supporting soil which is located at a certain depth determined by the results of the soil investigation. Piles are used as building foundations if the soil under the building base does not have enough bearing capacity to carry the weight of the building working on it. The stake used in this comparison is the Concrete Spun Pile and Bored Pile foundation. The results of the study show that the Bored pile method is slightly more complicated than the Concrete spun pile method. In terms of time required for the Concrete spun work is 6 hours, while for Bored piles per point is 9 hours assuming the work is 3 months In terms of the cost of foundation work of 1000mm diameter and 30m depth using the Concrete spun pile method is Rp. 13,704,241,634.10 for 156 points. whereas for the Bored pile method with a diameter of 1200mm and a depth of 30m is Rp. 14,242,797,932.85 for 78 points. So the foundation work with the Concrete spun pile method is more effective and efficient than the Bored pile method based on the method of implementation, time and cost.

This study discusses the importance of strengthening the legal understanding of underage marriage due to pregnancy out of wedlock for students in Parepare City. Consisting of two problems: what is the context of the impact of changes in the marriage age law due to pregnancy out of wedlock, and what is the reaction to the rejection of child marriage due to pregnancy out of wedlock for students in Parepare City? The research method is field research through a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses data analysis with theories of legal change and social inequality. The results showed that students generally understand the context of the impact of changes in marriage age law to protect against the occurrence of underage marriage due to pregnancy out of wedlock with a very high risk. The reaction to the rejection of underage marriage due to extramarital pregnancy has built a paradigm to protect the rights and welfare of children, prevent forced marriage, and avoid adverse health and social risks.

Gunung Endut Village in Kalapanunggal, Sukabumi, is known as a place that often produces cassava. Cassava which is rich in carbohydrates and nutrients has become an important basic ingredient for UMKM in this village, especially for the production of cassava chips. Taking action steps carried out by the Community Service (PkM) program team from the Faculty of Economics and Business after seeing the available potential, Team PkM Djuanda University Bogor created a new product called "Stik Si Endut" in the form of innovative frozen cheese cassava sticks. The purpose of this activity is to provide an explanation to UMKM actors regarding the production process of frozen cheese cassava sticks, improving branding, packaging, and distribution strategies through the consignment marketing system. Through preparation and survey stage, counseling, and evaluation methods, this activity is expected to improve skills, product innovation, and the local economy in Gunung Endut Village. This research shows that there is a great opportunity for the diversification of cassava products in the village, with a focus on increasing added value and economic development of the local community.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Aksesibilitas dan Customer Experience terhadap Revisit Intention melalui Kepuasan Pengunjung sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Nicole’s River Park Kabupaten Bogor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Nicole’s River Park Kabupaten Bogor. Pengambilan sampel berjumlah 100 responden dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aksesibilitas dan Customer Experience berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung, Aksesibilitas dan Customer Experience berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention, Kepuasan Pengunjung berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention, Aksesibilitas dan Customer Experience berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Revisit Intention melalui Kepuasan Pengunjung.

Hukum pidana dalam sistem peradilan pidana di Indonesia, hukuman mati masih diberlakukan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pada dasarnya terpidana mati dan terpidana memiliki berbagai ide, hal itu tentunya harus memiliki kejelasan hukum yang harus diselaraskan dengan tujuan agar pembinaan narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dapat berjalan efektif, hal ini tentunya menimbulkan pertanyaan mengapa terpidana hukuman mati juga mendapat pembinaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan? Pemeriksaan ini jelas ditujukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan eksplorasi. Penelitian ini tentunya menggunakan suatu pendekatan empiris bagaimana suatu implementasi pelaksanaan pembinaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Super Maximum Security, yang tentunya juga akan menjawab bagaimana proses pembinaan dan apa tujuan dilaksanakannya pembinaan bagi terpidana tersebut, sementara kita tinjau dari aspek tujuan dari Lembaga Pemasyarakatan itu sendiri yaitu memulihkan hidup, kehidupan dan penghidupan yang tentunya juga diberikan kepada terpidana hukuman mati. Tentunya dari aspek aspek yang dijelaskan bahwa seseorang terpidana mati menjalani suatu pemidanaan secara hukum, dan disamping itu dalam proses pemidanaan tentunya lembaga pemasyarakatan tentunya mengambil andil dalam hal pemberian pembinaan secara mendalam sesuai dengan tupoksi terutama wali pemasyarakatan yaitu dengan pembinaan individual yang bertujuan agar adanya suatu perubahan perilaku dan penurunan tingkat resiko pemahaman radikalisme yang akan berdampak terhadap napiter dan petugas lain dalam hal penyebaran pengaruh paham radikalisme di dalam Lembaga Pemasyarakatan.
