Abstract

This research aims to examine the potential impact of business incubators on startups in Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative method and library research, the study investigates how business incubators contribute to the development of startups by providing access to essential resources, networks, and mentors. The findings reveal that business incubators play a crucial role in helping startups overcome early-stage challenges and achieve sustainable growth. They facilitate collaboration with artists, designers, and other cultural practitioners, thereby enhancing the creative and innovative capabilities of startups. The study underscores the necessity for the government and private sector to collaborate in establishing more high-quality and sustainable business incubators to bolster the startup ecosystem in Indonesia. The conclusion highlights the significant potential of business incubators in fostering startup success through the provision of capital, mentorship, and other critical resources. The research suggests that cross-sector cooperation is essential for maximizing the impact of business incubators. Although the study acknowledges certain limitations, the findings provide valuable insights for the development of the startup ecosystem in Indonesia and lay the groundwork for further research and innovation.

Abstract

Gunung Endut Village in Kalapanunggal, Sukabumi, is known as a place that often produces cassava. Cassava which is rich in carbohydrates and nutrients has become an important basic ingredient for UMKM in this village, especially for the production of cassava chips. Taking action steps carried out by the Community Service (PkM) program team from the Faculty of Economics and Business after seeing the available potential, Team PkM Djuanda University Bogor created a new product called "Stik Si Endut" in the form of innovative frozen cheese cassava sticks. The purpose of this activity is to provide an explanation to UMKM actors regarding the production process of frozen cheese cassava sticks, improving branding, packaging, and distribution strategies through the consignment marketing system. Through preparation and survey stage, counseling, and evaluation methods, this activity is expected to improve skills, product innovation, and the local economy in Gunung Endut Village. This research shows that there is a great opportunity for the diversification of cassava products in the village, with a focus on increasing added value and economic development of the local community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli ulang dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Kabupaten Bogor. Minat beli ulang merupakan faktor strategis bagi perusahaan karena berkaitan langsung dengan peningkatan penjualan, loyalitas pelanggan, dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat beli ulang menjadi penting bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen PT. Ciomas Adisatwa sebanyak 1.100 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, dan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Selain itu, harga, kualitas produk, dan kepuasan konsumen juga berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen mampu memediasi pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli ulang secara positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kesesuaian harga dan kualitas produk yang baik akan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen, yang selanjutnya mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian ulang. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas produk dan penetapan harga yang sesuai, disertai upaya peningkatan kepuasan konsumen, merupakan strategi penting bagi PT. Ciomas Adisatwa dalam meningkatkan minat beli ulang konsumen.
