Abstract

Penelitian uni memiliki tujuan utama yaitu untuk mengetahui secara parsial maupun simultan pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi, dan gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru TK Pada Gugus V Kecamatan Pabean Cantikan, serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja guru TK Pada Gugus V Kecamatan Pabean Cantikan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel bebas yaitu Motivasi (X1), Kompetensi (X2), dan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X3), serta satu variabel terikat yaitu Kinerja Guru (Y). Dari hasil penelitian diketahui terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dengan kinerja guru  di TK Pada Gugus V Kecamatan Pabean Cantikan.          Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dengan kinerja guru  TK pada Gugus V Kecamatan Pabean Cantikan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan Nilai thitung dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 2.680 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.012. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi dengan kinerja guru TK pada Gugus V Kecamatan Pabean Cantikan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan Nilai thitung untuk variabel Kompetensi (X2) dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 2.629 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.013. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja guru TK pada Gugus V Kecamatan Pabean Cantikan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan  (X3) dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 3.331 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.002. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi, kompetensi, dan gaya kepemimpinanan secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru TK pada Gugus V Kecamatan Pabean Cantikan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 16.180 dan Ftabel sebesar 3.32. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja guru TK pada Gugus V Kecamatan Pabean Cantikan.

Abstract

The industrial sector is experiencing competitive pressure as a function of the desire to better manage its resources, especially their human resources. Therefore, the corporation must create the most of its efforts to improve these human resources if it is to attain high levels of employee performance and productivity. The targets or goals for PT. Sarana Warna Megah are not even reached because of several their employee problems. The objective of this research is to indicate and examine the potential simultaneous, partial, and dominating impacts that work discipline, motivation, and occupational safety and health variables may have on employee performance and productivity at PT. Sarana Warna Megah Surabaya. 60 respondents composed the sample for this research. Probability sampling was used to conduct out the sampling process. Multiple linear regression analysis is the analysis method employed, and the f-test (simultaneous), t-test (partial), and dominant are utilized for hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that employee performance and productivity are significantly influenced by work discipline, motivation, and occupational safety and health. The findings indicate that factors such as work discipline, motivation, and occupational safety and health have a partial impact on employee performance and productivity. Occupational discipline and motivation are other factors that affect employee performance and productivity, but occupational safety and health are the ones that have the biggest impact.

Abstract

Managing human resources well is important for an organisation to be able to compete with other more advanced organisations, however, in managing human resources is different from other sources, it requires an effort to establish a harmonious relationship between workers and the organisation. Therefore, the research aims to determine and examine the variables of leadership style, motivation and work discipline that have a simultaneous, partial, and dominant effect on employee performance at PT Mega Daya Motor Surabaya (Mazda, East Java branch). The approach used is a quantitative approach. The data collection used was interviews, questionnaires, and observation. In addition, the sampling technique in this research used probability sampling technique with 60 respondents, employees of PT Mega Daya Motor Surabaya. The results of testing the model simultaneously obtained the value of F count 30.909> F table 2.77. Moreover, the resulting significant value is 0.000 which is < α = 5% = 0.05, so it can be concluded Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) PT Mega Daya Motor Surabaya (Mazda, East Java Branch).

Abstract

The process of career development enables employees to identify their career goals within the context of human resource management strategies. Furthermore, the role of the manager is an important aspect to consider. The objective of this study is to ascertain the role of managers at PT XYZ in the career development of its employees. The research method employed was that of qualitative research using a case study model. This approach entails an in-depth and detailed investigation of a specific subject within a defined context, involving a single research subject, document, or event. The findings of this study indicate that PT XYZ's resource management has facilitated the career development of its employees through the implementation of continuous training programs, accompanied by a systematic evaluation process to ensure the efficacy of these programs in aligning with the needs of employee career development. Additionally, the role of the manager in the context of human resource management at PT XYZ has been identified as a crucial factor in this process. Furthermore, the organization has demonstrated its commitment to employee career advancement through the implementation of a promotion structure, which has been duly approved by the board of directors.

Abstract

Purpose: As climate change continues to pose unprecedented challenges to organizational sustainability, the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) is undergoing a critical transformation. Methodology/approach: This study investigates the integration of sustainable HRM practices particularly green human capital development as a strategic response to environmental uncertainty. Employing a mixed-methods approach, this research combines a systematic literature review with a survey of HR professionals across sectors vulnerable to climate-related disruptions. Results/findings: Findings reveal that organizations adopting green HRM frameworks such as environmentally aligned recruitment, green training, eco-driven performance management, and sustainability-based leadership development are more likely to exhibit adaptive capacities and long-term resilience. Conclusions: Furthermore, the study identifies key enablers and barriers in embedding green human capital practices into existing HR systems. Limitations: The results underscore the need for HRM to evolve beyond administrative functions and actively contribute to ecological stewardship and strategic resilience. Contribution: This research contributes to the growing discourse on sustainable organizational practices by positioning HRM as a pivotal agent in aligning human capital strategies with climate action imperatives.

Abstract

Research in the KPH Malang reforestation park contract area aims to determine the level of dependence of farmers on forest resources and the role of Perum Perhutani in increasing farmers' income with the Agroforestry Tumpangsari system forestry program. This research requires empirical data that explains the effect of implementing intensification on productivity, income levels and efficiency of farmers participating in social forestry programs. The research results show that the influencing variables are capital, production results, and the number of program participants. Apart from that, there is a difference between the income of program participant farmers and non-program participant farmers. The government's efforts to conserve forests and carry out reforestation can be carried out well with cooperation between Perhutani and program participant farmers.
