Abstract

The urgent need for the creation of cutting-edge learning media in the context of volleyball learning served as the driving force behind this study. The main objective was to develop and validate the E-Module as an innovative learning tool specifically focused on skill development in volleyball. The research method applied was the development method with the ADDIE approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data collection was done through questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis used quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that E-Module as an innovative learning tool in volleyball can be developed successfully. This finding highlighted the important role of experts in the development of e-modules and opened up new insights into the potential of technology in supporting the learning of sport practices, especially in the context of volleyball. While the results of this study showed a positive impact, there are limitations in the context and sample of the study. Therefore, further research is needed to explore the impact of student motivation on the use of the E-Module in volleyball learning as well as generalise these findings to other sport learning contexts. This E-Module can not only be a reference for further research in the field of sports learning media development, especially volleyball, but also be recognised as an excellent product of E-Module-Based Volleyball Learning. Thus, this research contributes not only to academic knowledge but also to the practice of sports learning, especially volleyball.

Abstract

In athlete coaching, mental factors often receive less attention than physical factors, such as technique, tactics, and strategy. This study explored the use of hypnosis as a mental exercise in coaching volleyball athletes. This study was conducted on 20 PBVSI volleyball athletes in Pidie Regency using an experimental one-group pretest-posttest design and then tested their abilities using the American Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance (AAHPERD) volleyball playing skills test. The collected data were analysed using inferential statistics (specifically the t-test) with SPSS 27 at the 0.05 level of significance. The results showed a significant improvement in volleyball playing skills after hypnosis training, indicating its potential application in athlete coaching. Hypnosis was found to significantly improve concentration, confidence, and emotional control among athletes—key elements that contributed to overall sports performance. However, limitations of this study include the small sample size and focus on one type of sport. Therefore, further research involving larger samples across different sports is recommended for wider generalisability. In addition, long-term studies are needed to assess the sustained effects of hypnosis over time. In conclusion, our preliminary findings underscore the potential benefits of integrating mental training techniques such as hypnosis into athletic training programmes to improve performance outcomes. These results highlight the importance of considering psychological aspects alongside physical aspects in athletic training.

Abstract

Penelitian eksperimental ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemampuan lari gawang atlet lari gawang Pengcab PASI Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Motivasi berprestasi terbagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu tinggi dan rendah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lapangan Atletik Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Metode eksperimen menggunakan desain treatment by level 2x2. Sampel terdiri dari 52 atlet dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok, masing-masing terdiri dari 13 sampel. Teknik analisis data adalah dua-arah analisis varians (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji T-Tukey pada tingkat signifikan α = 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1). Secara keseluruhan, latihan pliometrik lebih baik pengaruhnya dari latihan sirkuit terhadap kemampuan teknik lari gawang pada kelompok atlet, (2) Terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemampuan teknik lari gawang. (3) kelompok motivasi berprestasi tinggi latihan pliometrik lebih baik dari latihan sirkuit terhadap kemampuan teknik lari gawang pada kelompok motivasi berprestasi tinggi, (4) kelompok motivasi berprestasi rendah tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan, latihan sirkuit lebih baik dari latihan pliometrik terhadap kemampuan lari gawang pada kelompok motivasi berprestasi rendah

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to implimentation the discipline in schools to improve student learning achievement during the Covid-19. The research approach is qualitative. The population in this study was the principal, teacher council board and second grade students totaling 99 people. All data sources are research informants (total sample). Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, documentation, observations and questionnaires which were circulated to each respondent who had been recorded as the research sample. The data analysis technique used descriptive method, with the aim of seeing the situation or facts that are currently developing. While data processing used non-parametric statistics by calculating the percentage of respondents' answers to each item and interpreting and tabulating the percentage formula. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that efforts to enforce student discipline can be carried out properly, with cooperation between teachers and parents, so that a student life can be patterned that is full of discipline and obeys school regulations, so that online learning in the Covid 19 era can have a positive impact on student learning development

Abstract

Kepala sekolah dapat menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsinya secara efektif, apabila ia menguasai manajemen dengan baik, sehingga pada akhirnya dapat mencapai produk pendidikan yang bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan fenomena-fenomena tentang: Kemampuan konseptual, kemampuan teknis dan kemampuan hubungan manusiawi yang dimiliki oleh kepala sekolah, dengan metode deskriptif. Sedangkan untuk memperoleh data kualitatif ditempuh dengan tehnik wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi terhadap subjek penelitian yakni Kepala Dinas , Pengawas TK/SD dan para Kepala sekolah Dasar di Wilayah Kecamatan Kota Sigli. Pengolahan atau analisis data dengan tahapan reduksi data, display data, mengambil kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan konseptual kepala sekolah sudah baik, hal ini ditandai dengan kemampuan Kepala sekolah dalam menetapkan prioritas, sistem perencanaan, merumuskan program, visi dan misi sekolah. Selanjutnya kemampuan teknis kepala sekolah dasar juga sudah memadai karena mereka telah mampu mengimplementasikan berbagai program ke kondisi yang real. demikian pula kemampuan hubungan manusiawi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sudah terlihat ke arah yang semakin baik, karena kenyataan di lapangan membuktikan para kepala sekolah dasar mampu bekerja sama, mengindentifikasi perbedaan karakteristik serta telah memotivasi para guru dan staf sekolah agar bersungguh-sungguh dalam bekerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah pengembangan menyempurnakan produk yang telah ada, dengan tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan produk prototype treadmill bicycle statis terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani anak berkebutuhan khusus yang efesien. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UPT SLB E Negeri Pembina Medan, Adapun yang menjadi sampelnya adalah 10 orang anak berkebutuhan khusus (Tuinagrahita), adapun waktu penelitian ini dilakukan pada rentang antara bulan Agustus – September 2019. Selama waktu yang ditentukan sesuai prosedur penggunaan alat. Ada beberapa percobaan alat dengan metode pretest dan posttest. Hasil perhitungan data pengembangan prototipe treadmill sepeda bekas dalam menciptakan kebugaran jasmani anak berkebutuhan khusus diperoleh thitung = 11,58. Dari daftar distribusi t dengan menggunakan 1=1/2 a=0,95 dengan dk n-1= 9 diperoleh harga t(0,95)= 1,83. Dalam kriteria pengujian hipotesis dinyatakan bahwa pada thitung ˃ttabel dimana 11,58˃1,83 dengan a=0,05 H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan pengembangan prototipe sepeda bekas dalam menciptakan kebugaran jasmani anak berkebutuhan khusus diperoleh.
