Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan Kelompok Tani Desa Koto Sentajo dalam memproduksi pupuk kompos, yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas tanah dan hasil pertanian. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan demonstrasi langsung, dengan fokus pada penerapan teknologi M21 dan EM4 dalam pembuatan pupuk. Partisipasi masyarakat sangat tinggi, menunjukkan antusiasme yang besar terhadap kegiatan ini. Mahasiswa terlibat aktif dalam proses pelatihan, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian melalui pemanfaatan pupuk organik yang ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is conducted by discussing in a legal perspective the discourse that will be carried out by increasing the term of office of the president. Although this did not happen, if this discourse continues to be developed in the future it will have a negative effect on leadership in Indonesia. This can be seen from the legal facts that occurred during the New Order era, the President led 32 years so that it had a bad influence on the government. This research utilizes a normative legal approach to clarify the research conducted. All sources are adjusted to secondary sources that have been published through various sources. The conclusions in this study are, first, the extension of the presidential term in the view of the law is not allowed because it will violate the provisions of the state constitution that have been strengthened in the 1945 Constitution. For this reason, from a legal perspective, this extension means that there is a contradiction in the constitution and violates the Indonesian constitution. Secondly, if we make a comparison with the United States, then there the President's term of office is limited to 2 periods, with 1 period of only 4 years. The lesson from many countries is that if a ruler is in power for too long, the enthusiasm to run the government is exhausted, but the lust for power remains great. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan membahas secara perspektif hukum mengenai wacana yang akan dilakukan dengan menambah masa jabatan dari presiden. Walaupun hal ini tidak terjadi, apabila wacana ini terus dikembangkan kedepannya akan berpengaruh buruk pada kepemimpinan di Indonesia. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari fakta hukum yang terjadi pada masa orde baru, presiden memimpin 32 tahun sehingga membawa pengaruh buruk dalam pemerintahan. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan hukum normatif untuk memperjelas penelitian yang dilakukan. Semua sumber disesuaikan dengan sumber sekunder yang sudah dipublikasikan melalui berbagai sumber. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah pertama, perpanjangan masa jabatan presiden tidak diperbolehkan karena akan melanggar ketentuan konstitusi negara. Kedua, jika kita membuat suatu perbandingan dengan Amerika Serikat, maka di sana masa jabatan presiden dibatasi 2 periode, dengan 1 periode hanya 4 tahun saja, Jika seorang penguasa terlalu lama berkuasa, semangat untuk menjalankan pemerintahan sudah habis, tapi nafsu untuk berkuasa tetap besar.

Abstract

Background. The holding of simultaneous elections on April 17 2019 is a new history in the general election process in Indonesia. This is an implication of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 14/PUU/2013 in the case of reviewing Law Number 42 of 2008 concerning the General Election of the President and Vice President. Even though the simultaneous elections have been judged to be better than the previous elections, it does not mean that they do not have deficiencies in their implementation. Purpose. The most shocking problem was the large number of fatalities by election organizers which were considered to be the impact of the 2019 simultaneous election and other technical problems. Method. Looking at the various sides that emerged from the 2019 elections, the Association for Elections and Democracy (Perludem) conducted a judicial review of the 1945 Constitution to the Constitutional Court as outlined in the Constitutional Court Decision Number 55/PUU-XVII/2019. Results. In his argument, the applicant conveyed a number of things related to the analysis that had been carried out in the implementation of the simultaneous elections which were held in 2019 yesterday. In the results of this decision, the Constitutional Court reject the applicant's application in its entirety because it is considered that the application has no legal grounds. Conclusion. However, the Constitutional Court provided options related to simultaneous election models that can be selected and considered constitutional based on the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan utama dalam pemilu adalah terkait dengan daftar pemilih tetap yang tidak akurat, yang dapat mengakibatkan ketidaksetaraan dalam hak pilih warga. Logistik yang tidak akurat, baik dari segi jenis maupun jumlah, dapat menyebabkan hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pemilu dan merugikan proses demokrasi. Distribusi logistik yang terlambat dan salah sasaran menjadi hambatan serius yang dapat mengganggu kelancaran pemungutan suara dan penghitungan hasil. Permasalahan teknis lainnya melibatkan akurasi sistem informasi, kecukupan anggaran, prosedur pencairan anggaran, dan ketidakmampuan badan ad hoc dalam mengelola proses pemilu secara efektif. Di samping permasalahan teknis, terdapat masalah non-teknis seperti partisipasi pemilih yang rendah, politik uang, intimidasi, kekerasan, kriminalisasi penyelenggara pemilu, dan rendahnya kepercayaan publik, yang semuanya memerlukan perhatian serius untuk menjaga integritas pemilu. Untuk mengantisifasi dan penanganan konflik tersebut perlu dijelaskan oleh akademisi dalam peningkatan pemahaman pencegahan sengketa proses Pemilu di Bawaslu Kabupaten Pelalawan. Academics' Participation in Dispute Prevention in the General Election Process in Pelalawan Regency Abstract: One of the main problems in elections is inaccurate permanent voter lists, which can lead to inequality in citizens' voting rights. Inaccurate logistics, in terms of type and quantity, can cause election obstacles and harm the democratic process. Late and misdirected logistics distribution is a serious obstacle that can disrupt the smooth conduct of voting and counting results. Other technical issues involve the accuracy of information systems, budget adequacy, budget disbursement procedures, and the inability of ad hoc bodies to manage the electoral process effectively. In addition to technical issues, there are non-technical problems such as low voter turnout, money politics, intimidation, violence, criminalization of election officials, and low public trust, all of which require serious attention to maintain the integrity of elections. To anticipate and handle these conflicts, academics must increase their understanding of preventing election process disputes in the Pelalawan Regency.

Abstract

Abstract

The diversity of religions and beliefs in Indonesia has led to the occurrence of marriagesbetween followers of different religions and beliefs, commonly referred to as interfaithmarriages. Interfaith marriages should not occur based on Article 2 paragraph (1) inconjunction with Article 8 sub f of the Marriage Law and the Supreme Court Circular LetterNumber 2 of 2023. This study discusses the Position of the District Court Decision Number423/Pdt.P/2023/PN Jkt.Utr in adjudicating interfaith marriage applications from theperspective of the Supreme Court Circular Letter Number 2 of 2023 and the Synchronizationof the District Court Decision Number 423/Pdt.P/2023/PN Jkt.Utr with the Supreme CourtCircular Letter Number 2 of 2023.This research employs a normative legal research method by examining the core issuesthrough a legislative and regulatory research approach related to legal issues. The data sourcesconsist of secondary data, which includes primary legal materials, secondary legal materials,and tertiary legal materials. The data collection method was conducted through literature study,followed by normative qualitative data analysis methods.Based on the research results and discussion, the Position of the District Court DecisionNumber 423/Pdt.P/2023/PN Jkt.Utr contradicts the Guidelines in the Supreme Court CircularLetter Number 2 of 2023. The District Court Decision Number 423/Pdt.P/2023/PN Jkt.Utr andthe Supreme Court Circular Letter Number 2 of 2023, based on the theory of the legislativehierarchy, do not synchronize. The Supreme Court Circular Letter No. 2 of 2023 contains policyregulations and guidelines for judges in adjudicating interfaith marriage applications. However,the District Court Decision Number 423/Pdt.P/2023/PN Jkt.Utr, in approving the interfaithmarriage case, only refers to Article 35 Letter a of Law Number 23 of 2006 concerningPopulation Administration. Judges should be more cautious in deciding on interfaith marriageapplications and also refer to the Marriage Law, Supreme Court Circular Letter Number 2 of2023, and other related regulations regarding the regulation of interfaith marriages so that legalcertainty in a court decision is properly implemented.Keywords: Court Decision, Interfaith, Circular Letter

Abstract

Social welfare development is an embodiment of efforts to achieve the nation's goalsmandated in the 1945 Republic of Indonesia Constitution. The emergence of the PMKS problem isstill a complex problem in every region in Indonesia. These social welfare problems show that thereare citizens whose rights to their basic needs have not been fulfilled properly because they have notreceived services from the state. Efforts to overcome PMKS are a priority that need to beimplemented in every development program implementation. In this regard, the local government ofLimapuluh Kota Regency has stipulated Limapuluh Kota Regent Regulation Number 37 of 2017concerning Guidelines for Implementing Handling of People with Social Welfare Problems(PMKS). In this writing the author focuses on the implementation of the Fifty Cities RegentRegulation Number 37 of 2017. The purpose of writing this thesis is; First, to find out how toimplement of the Fifty Cities Regent Regulation Number 37 of 2017 in Bukik Barisan District,Second, to find out the obstacles in implementing of the Fifty Cities Regent Regulation Number 37of 2017 in Bukik Barisan District, Third, to find out efforts In Overcoming Obstacles inImplementing of the Fifty Cities Regent Regulation Number 37 of 2017 in Bukik Barisan District.Based on the problems posed, the type of legal research used by researchers is empirical juridicalresearch or sociological legal research. The method used in this research is a survey methodbecause in this research the author went directly to the research location. The nature of thisresearch is descriptive, namely research that prioritizes observation of symptoms, events andcurrent events.From the results of research on the problem, there are three main things that can beconcluded. First, the implementation of handling PMKS in Bukik Barisan District is not going well.Second, obstacles in implementing PMKS handling are the lack of budget for carrying out PMKShandling programs, inaccurate validation of PMKS data, and errors in handling PMKS. Third,efforts to overcome obstacles to the implementation of handling PMKS, namely reviewing thedetermination of the Social Service budget, emphasizing the Social Service in Data Validation, andimplementing preventive efforts for several PMKS categories. The author's suggestions, First,Recommend that the Regent and DPRD in determining the Social Service budget be adjusted tocurrent conditions. Second, Suggest that the Regional Government and Social Service be moreactive and thorough in validating data and be more selective in selecting humanresources/apparatus in the Social Service. Third, recommend that every government agencyauthorized to administer social welfare coordinate with each other and work together as well aspossible in handling PMKS.Keywords: Implementation - Treatment - Persons - Problems - Welfare - Social

Abstract

A legally aware village is a form of orderly and obedient society from the lowest level, so that it will further increase compliance with applicable laws and regulations. It is considered more appropriate for villages to empower the community so that a village will be aware of the law. This empowerment was carried out in Batu Belah village, Naumbai village and Ranah Baru village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency. The aim of this empowerment is to increase legal awareness and improve the economy of the community in the village so that the village can be more advanced than before and more prosperous. This activity is carried out through legal outreach, training and assistance which includes techniques for drafting village regulations, and legal assistance. The method used is a participatory approach, where the community is actively involved in every stage of the activity. The results of this service show an increase in community knowledge about the village's readiness to be aware of the law. This effort not only aims to create order and security, but also to improve the local economy. With collaboration between the government, community and the private sector, it is hoped that Batu Belah Village, Naumbai Village and Ranah Baru Village can become models for other villages in integrating legal awareness with sustainable economic development, so that community welfare can be realized as a whole.

Abstract

State Civil Service Employees (or abbreviated as ASN Employees) are Civil Servants and Government Employees with a Work Agreement who are appointed by Government Officials or entrusted with other State duties and are paid based on statutory regulations. People with disabilities basically have the same opportunities as other normal people, especially in serving the country, one of which is becoming a Civil Servant, because every citizen has an equal opportunity to become an ASN by going through several requirements. As stated in Article 56 of Law Number 5 of 2014 on State Civil Apparatus, the requirements referred to in this article are candidates for Civil Servants who are appointed as Civil Servants, and for this there are several requirements such as having to graduate first in Education. , must be physically and mentally healthy, but physical and spiritual health will be adjusted for people with disabilities, then this will be adjusted to work needs. In this article, the requirements for becoming a Civil Servant and for implementing and maximizing the performance of workers with disabilities who will work as Civil Servants in the relevant agency are outlined. This research will examine the main problem according to the scope and identification of the problem through a normative juridical approach. Based on normative research methods, the data source used in this research is a secondary data source consisting of 3 legal materials, namely: primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. Data collected from literature study. Legal Analysis of Decision Number 22/G/2021/PT.TUN JKT in the Case of Respectfully Dismissing ASN with Mental Disabilities According to State Administrative Law because this decision is an important precedent for the protection and fulfillment of the rights of mental disabilities in Indonesia because it requires consideration of legal certainty and legal protection.

Abstract

Isu harta gono gini sangat banyak diperbincangkan, terutama terkait pembagian harta gono gini. Banyak pihak tidak setuju dengan keputusan pengadilan. Aturan dari Mahkamah Agung menyatakan bahwa pihak suami dan istri sama dengan 50%. Bagaimana hakim di tingkat Pengadilan Agama mengimplementasikan aturan Mahkamah Agung dalam mengadili. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Hakim. Dengan mengabaikan aturan 50% bagi masing-masing pihak, Dalam putusan yang terjadi di Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Timur dengan nomor perkara 2531/Pdt.G/2022/PAJT, Hakim memutuskan bahwa 70% harta gono gini diperoleh pihak istri, sedangkan suami memperoleh 30%. Hal ini karena dalam pertimbangan Hakim suami tidak bekerja selama perkawinan, dan nafkah selama ini tidak diberikan oleh suami kepada istri, sehingga Hakim berpendapat bahwa 70% dari harta tersebut harus diberikan kepada pihak istri. Adapun Nasihat yang dapat diberikan hendaknya lebih jelas bagaimana pembagian Harta Gono Gini agar tidak menimbulkan multitafsir bagi Hakim yang menangani perkara tersebut.
