The competitor that must be faced by the Mie Sedaap Company is that the Noodles should move aggressively to increase consumer awareness in order to increase customer growth. For this reason, this research focuses on the issue of how advertising can shape brand awareness and repurchase interest. To answer the problems that have been formulated, it is necessary to obtain data relating to the research variables. Data on advertising, brand awareness, and repurchase interest were collected from 30 respondents using a questionnaire. The collected data is then analyzed using Simple Linear Regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, then In accordance with the results obtained in this study from the descriptive statistics seen from the value of F = 19,197 (p = 0,000), while advertising and interest in constant repurchase (a) obtained 0.837 results, regression coefficient (b) obtained 0.866 results , prediction of the relationship between the effect of advertising on the repurchase interest. This can be seen from the value of F = 111,807 (p = 0,000). The results of this study can be seen that respondents strongly respond positively to sadaap noodle products, and advertising is indeed very influential on the formation of brand awareness and interest in repurchasing delicious noodle products. Penelitian ini pertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri tiga Jombang. Metode dekriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi adalah guru MAN tiga Jombang dengan sampel berjumlah seratus guru yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan melakukan uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi R Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, serta komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MAN tiga Jombang.

Matakuliah manajemen koperasi merupakan matakuliah wajib pada program studi pendidikan ekonomi di STKIP PGRI Jombang. Matakuliah ini merupakan matakuliah non eksakta. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Model pembelajaran PBL dan TGT dapat memunculkan kerjasama yang dikemas dalam bentuk permainan edukasi yang menarik sehingga antar siswa dapat bekerja sama dan hasil belajar peserta didik bias meningkat. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang diterapkan melalui 2 siklus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas 2018 B. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan perpaduan model pembelajaran problem based learning dan team games tournament. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya penerapan perpaduan model pembelajaran problem based learning dan team games tournament dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

This research was motivated by the impact that the establishment of Bale Tani agrotourism had on the economic conditions of the surrounding community. This research aims to examine the increase in people's income as employees and traders in Bale Tani Agrotourism and examine the economic level of the community before and after the existence of Bale Tani Agrotourism in Banjaragung Village, Bareng District. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection in this research used simple interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study was 54 employees and 13 traders who worked at Balai Tani Agrotourism. Researchers used saturated samples in selecting samples so that the sample size was 67 people. The data analysis techniques used in this research were descriptive tests, simple linear regression tests and partial t tests. The results obtained are that Bale Tani Agrotourism has a positive and significant effect on improving the community's economy. This means that the existence of Bale Tani Agrotourism in Banjaragung Village really helps improve the economy of the surrounding community

Maintaining an enterprise's success requires increasing the entrepreneur's spirit. The enhanced entrepreneurial spirit, combined with improved product innovation, will benefit IKM's operations in the Mojokerto district's Bangsal Village. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the entrepreneurial spirit and product innovation on the success of the Rambak Crackers IKM Business in Bangsal Village, Mojokerto Regency. This study takes a quantitative method. A saturated sample of 73 owners Rambak Crackers IKM Business in Bangsal Village was used for sampling. Methods of data collection include observations, interviews, questions, and documentation.Double regression analysis was employed in this study, which included descriptive statistical analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, double linear regression analyses, hypothesis tests, and determination coefficients. The results of the study show that there is an influence of an entrepreneurial spirit on the success of the rambak crackers IKM business; there is an influence of product innovation on the success of the rambak crackers IKM business; and there is the influence of the entrepreneurial spirit and product innovation on the success of the rambak cracker IKM business in the village of Bangsal, Mojokerto Regency

This research aims to determine (1) the influence of learning discipline on economics learning achievement among PGRI Peterongan High School students. (2) The Influence of the Learning Environment on Economics Learning Achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School Students. (3) The Effect of Teacher Teaching Variations on Economics Learning Achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School Students. (4) The Influence of Learning Discipline, Learning Environment and Teacher Teaching Variations on Economics Learning Achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School Students. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all PGRI Peterongan High School students, namely 104 students. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, which used the entire number of students at SMA PGRI Peterongan. The results of the research show that: (1) There is a positive but not significant influence of learning discipline on economics learning achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School students. This is shown by the hypothesis test of the learning discipline variable of 0.865, sig 0.389>0.05. (2) There is a negative and insignificant influence of the learning environment on the economics learning achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School students. This is shown by the hypothesis test for the learning environment variable of -0.094, sig 0.270<0.05. (3) There is an influence on teacher teaching variations on economic learning achievement among PGRI Peterpongan High School students. This is shown by the hypothesis test for the teacher teaching variation variable of 0.009, sig 0.924 <0.05.

This research is motivated by advances in science and technology which results in a very high level of competition between companies. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence capital, labor and production have on increasing income in the home furniture industry at UD Meubel Jati Makmur, Trawasan Village Sumobito District, Jombang Regency. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The population in this study is data on financial statements of capital, labor, production and income in the home industry of UD Meubel Jati Makmur, Trawasan Village, Sumobito District, Jombang Regency. The sample in this study is 36 with time series data. Processing and analysis of data is done using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is no effect of capital on the level of income in the home industry of UD Meubel Jati Makmur, Trawasan Village, Sumobito District, Jombang Regency, (2) there is an influence of labor on the level of income in the home industry of UD Meubel Jati Makmur, Trawasan Village Sumobito District, Jombang Regency, (3) there is no effect of production on income levels in the UD Meubel Jati Makmur home industry, Trawasan Village, Sumobito District, Jombang Regency.

The rapid development of technology has an impact on the pattern of human interaction with technology. So that it provides opportunities for increasing e-commerce in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to explain whether there is an effect of financial literacy, digital literacy and digital marketing on online product purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method with multiple linear regression. The sample used is a saturated sample of 105 Economics Education students at STKIP PGRI Jombang. Methods of data collection using documentation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study are that financial literacy influences online product purchasing decisions; digital literacy influences the decision to purchase online products; digital marketing influences purchasing decisions; financial literacy, digital literacy and digital marketing influence online product purchasing decisions.
