Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of store atmosphere against the re-purchases intention at Taman Indie Resto and to examine indicators of variable store atmosphere (Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout and Interior Display) the dominant influence on the re-purchases intention at Taman Indie Resto Town Malang. This study uses primary data collected from questionnaires, the purchaser (buyer) at Taman Indie Resto. The sampling technique in this research use accidental sampling, as many as 130 people and using  binomial logistic regression analysis. Based on data analysis binomial regression which includes partial test, test simultaneously and the suitability of the model in this study are: test based on partial indicators that affect significantly partially on the re-purchases intention at Taman Indie Resto, with indicators exterior, general interior, store layout and interior display significantly influence the re-purchases intention at Taman Indie Resto. Concurrent test shows that jointly indicators exterior, general interior, store layout and interior displays significantly influence the re-purchases intention at Taman Indie Resto. Indicators of the most dominant influence on the re-purchases intention is the general interior. Test the feasibility of the model shows that the -2 log likelihood with the independent variables indicate that the addition of independent variables in the regression model is better than the absence of independent variables so that the model used is feasible.

Abstract

Stroke refers to a disorder caused by cerebral blood flow interruption that results in neurological impairment. Brain deterioration causes anxiety and eventually results in mortality.  The prevalence of anxiety in stroke (Post-Stroke Anxiety, or PSA) is 10.9%, with most of the cases occured in males and ranged from mild to moderate levels. The anxiety usually appear when daily activities cannot be done. The long-term impacts of post-stroke anxiety influence one's quality of life. Providing natural sounds music, such as music from piano, bird noises, and water bubbling sounds, is an alternative to alleviate the post-stroke anxiety. This study aims at identifying whether nature sounds music might help to reduce anxiety in post-stroke patients. Quasi-experimental design was carried out by implementing a one-group pretest-and post-test design. Post-stroke patients who had been unable to carry out everyday tasks for more than 6 months were purposively selected as research samples. Data were obtained through interviews and observations, as well as using questionnaire (The Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety or HRS-A). Paired T-Test was used in analyze the data. The findings showed that from 17 respondents, 11 of them (64.7%) had moderate anxiety, while the others (35.3%) had severe anxiety. The tests on varied degrees of anxiety showed the p-value of 0.000, indicating that there was difference in anxiety prior and after being given nature sounds music. The post-test mean value (18.53) was lower than that on the pre-test (21.53). To summarize, nature sounds music is good for lowering anxiety in post-stroke patients.

Abstract

Background: the number of elderly people in Indonesia in 2020 reached 9.92%, 67% of this number experienced insomnia and 78.1% of this number were women. Insomnia is characterized by difficulty falling asleep, waking up at night or too early and being sleepy during the day. Insomnia can cause physical, mental, quality of life and memory problems in the elderly. Elderly exercise was chosen because it can overcome insomnia and has a positive impact on physical fitness.Objective: to determine the effect of implementing elderly exercise to improve sleep patterns in elderly people with insomnia. Method: using a qualitative case study design with a case study research approach. Data was obtained through interviews and tests, and the results were presented in the form of a descriptive narrative. The subjects in this study were 2 people aged over 60 years who experienced mild to moderate insomnia for more than 3 weeks, didn’t take sleeping pills and were able to carry out activities independently. Implementation is carried out every two days 3 times, with a duration of 15 minutes per session. Results: after doing elderly exercise 3 times in 6 days for 15 minutes, the pattern Both subjects' sleep improved and their insomnia levels decreased from mild insomnia to no complaints of insomnia. Conclusion: the application of elderly exercise is effective in improving sleep patterns in elderly people who experience insomnia.

Abstract

Background: Dental caries, or tooth decay, is a disease that affects the hard tissues of the teeth due to bacterial activity that causes softening of these tissues, resulting in the formation of a hole in the tooth. Acute pain is characterized by a sudden or slow onset with varying degrees of intensity from mild to severe, with an anticipated or predictable end. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of mouth rinses using clove decoction on reducing pain in dental caries at TPQ Alhikmah Temanggung. Method:qualitative descriptive method by applying case studies. The research subjects in this nursing care were clients with dental caries pain at TPQ Alhikmah Temanggung, totaling 2 patients with a three-day treatment period. Result:The results after being given the action of gargling for 3 days, using clove decoction there was a decrease in the level of pain control in dental caries. Conclusion: Giving clove decoction for mouth rinses has proven effective for acute pain due to dental caries.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Mahasiswa sering menghadapi berbagai tekanan, seperti akademik, sosial, maupun personal hingga berdampak pada kesehatan mental. Perguruan tinggi berperan penting membentuk individu dan mengembangkan masyarakat. Masalah psikologis sering dialami mahasiswa akibat tekanan dari berbagai sumber dan masalah yang dihadapi mahasiswa sangat kompleks. Tujuan: penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kesejahteraan mental mahasiswa dengan mengadaptasi SRQ-20. Metode : penelitian deskriptif kuatitatif, penelitian dilakukan selama 1 bulan, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online pada 71 mahassiwa. Hasilnya: terdapat hubungan sangat kuat dan positif, antar skor SRQ-20 dengan gangguan mental emosional, sebanyak 31% mahassiwa mengalami gangguan mental emosional mengakibatkan kesejahteraan mahasiswa berkurang. Prosentase keluhan di atas 25% dirasakan oleh mahasiswa yaitu ketidakmampuan melakukan hal yang bermanfaat 43,7%, mudah merasa lelah 42,3%, mudah takut 36,6%, sulit mengambil keputusan 35%, merasa tegang, cemas atau khawatir 32,4% dan sering sakit kepala 28,2%. Kesimpulan : Munculnya hambatan psikologis, mengakibatkan terhambatnya kesejahteraan

Abstract

Mahasiswa keperawatan memerlukan adanya efikasi diri agar dapat menghadapi dunia pembelajaran/perkuliahan. Efikasi diri sebagai keyakinan seseorang terhadap kemampuan dalam melakukan kontrol diri terhadap suatu hal yang terjadi pada diri nya atau lingkungan. Mahasiswa sangat perlu percaya pada kemampuan dalam menghadapi masalah agar dapat berhasil atau agar mampu bangkit dan beradaptasi (resiliensi) dalam menghadapi kesulitan yang muncul selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran efikasi diri mahasiswa diploma III keperawatan di Temanggung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling menggunakan aplikasi google form yang disebarkan melalui email dan whatsapp dengan waktu pengisian 3 hari (14-16 Desember 2024). Kriteria inklusi penelitian antara lain mahasiswa keperawatan Diploma III Keperawatan yang aktif dan terdaftar dalam pangkalan data pendidikan tinggi tahun 2024/2025, bersedia menjadi responden dengan mengisi aplikasi. Kriteria ekslusi yaitu responden bukan mahasiswa keperawatan. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 95 responden. Hasil penelitian diperoleh efikasi diri mahasiswa DIII Keperawatan pada tingkat keyakinan (Strength) memiliki rata-rata nilai tertinggi dengan 74,32% diikuti dengan tingkat keluasan (Generality) dan tingkat kesulitan (Magnitude) dengan 72,68% dan 71,92% yang didominasi pada usia 18-19 tahun, jenis kelamin laki-laki dan pada tingkatan studi pertengahan (tingkat 2). Kesimpulan: Mahasiswa diploma III keperawatan sebanyak 95 responden memiliki efikasi diri baik dan bahkan mendekati sangat baik.

Abstract

Strengthening the capacity of mental health cadres is a crucial strategy in community-based health services. This community service program aims to implement a Community-Based Participatory Intervention (CBPI) approach to assist cadres in improving their literacy, skills, and active role in mental health services. Activities were conducted in Ngemplak Hamlet, encompassing problem identification, cadre training, community education, and participatory evaluation. Results demonstrated increased cadre knowledge and community engagement on mental health issues. CBPI has proven to be an effective, participatory, and sustainable approach. The activities were carried out for 7 months from January to July 2025. The CBPI method has proven effective in increasing knowledge, encouraging behavioral change, and strengthening rural community resources in addressing mental health issues. In conclusion, cadre readiness to provide support has increased, the number of people concerned with mental health issues has expanded and become more active, coordination between cadres has begun to develop, and direct interventions by cadres with ODGJ patients have been well-implemented, such as home visits, referrals, and social outreach.
