Abstract

Creative learning media is media made by teachers tailored to the subject matter/subject matter, theme/subtheme so that it really suits the material and the needs of students. Interactive learning media can encourage students to learn independently, resulting in student-centred learning. As a result, the utilisation of technology to create effective learning media is necessary. Virtual technology accurately represents real objects when providing information. Augmented Reality is one example of virtual technology.  Augmented reality is a concept that combines digital data into the virtual world and displays it in real time. Augmented reality uses the use of objects as markers to display 3-dimensional images, videos, audio, text, and visuals, as well as virtual 3-dimensional tools and practicum materials and simulation videos in learning. Since 3-dimensional objects, text, images, video, and audio can be displayed to students in real time, learning media using augmented reality technology with markerbased tracking method can easily improve student understanding. This research method uses quantitative research method based on literature study and DDD-E development method. At the design stage the author uses a structured design method, namely the Unified Modelling Language (UML) which includes Use Case, and activity diagrams, navigation structures and storyboards. This application is designed with Unity 3D software using the Vuforia sdk. So the results of the above design are implemented into an application called Pustaka Nusantara Application which can display 3-dimensional objects to support creative learning media and realise an interactive learning system.

Abstract

This study explores the development of a mobile-based library application equipped with an FAQ chatbot to enhance the efficiency of library management at SMA Negeri 2 Tumijajar. The application is designed to facilitate user access to library services such as book searches, borrowing, and returning, while also providing automated responses to frequently asked questions. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method, encompassing several stages: needs analysis, design, development, testing, and evaluation. Testing results indicate that the application features an intuitive interface, functions effectively across various devices, and is regarded as user-friendly by both library staff and students. Furthermore, the chatbot service has proven to be effective in addressing common inquiries, thereby reducing the workload of library staff. The study concludes that the mobile-based library application with an FAQ chatbot significantly improves the efficiency of information services and library management. Recommendations for future research include optimizing chatbot algorithms and enhancing application compatibility with various devices.

Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil) has an important role in providing public services related to the processing of population documents. In Klaten Regency, people often face problems in taking care of legal identity documents at the Dukcapil, such as long and disorganized queues. The queuing system that is still done manually is considered less efficient and prone to fraud. The community also has difficulty in monitoring the order of the queue, so they have to wait a long time without certainty when they will be served. To overcome these problems, an integrated and computerized online queue information system is needed. This research aims to design and build an online queue information system at the Klaten Regency Dukcapil using the User Centered Design method. This system can provide better, efficient, and transparent services to the community. System development uses the Kotlin programming language and MySQL database. Black box testing is also carried out to find out the errors that exist in the system. Through the online queuing system, people can take queue numbers online and monitor the queue sequence in real time, thus providing convenience and comfort in accessing Dukcapil services. Thus, the quality of public services, especially in the processing of population documents, can be improved.

Abstract

The problem of selecting laptops that match user needs often becomes a challenge for many users, especially for those who are less familiar with technical specifications. To address this problem, this research develops a Natural Language Processing (NLP)-based chatbot application capable of providing automatic laptop recommendations based on user needs. This application implements the TF-IDF algorithm to extract features from user input in natural language, then calculates cosine similarity with laptop specification datasets stored in a MySQL database to generate the most relevant recommendations. The results of black box testing show that the system is capable of providing recommendations with a precision rate of 87.5%, recall of 83.2%, and F1-score of 85.3% in understanding user preferences based on criteria such as price range, weight, and usage type. This research contributes to the development of NLP-based chatbot technology by integrating the TF-IDF approach for more accurate natural language understanding compared to conventional rule-based chatbots, as well as providing interactive solutions that facilitate ordinary users in obtaining laptop recommendations without requiring in-depth technical knowledge.

Abstract

The problem faced by Dina Griya Rias as a wedding organizer service provider is the use of a manual rental system, such as handwritten records, face-to-face communication, and phone calls. This manual process often causes issues like scheduling errors, delayed order confirmations, difficulty monitoring item availability, and limited access to fast and accurate information. Without a digital system, operational efficiency and service quality will remain hindered, reducing customer satisfaction and business competitiveness. This study aims to design and develop a web- and mobile-based rental system for wedding goods and services that can be used by both admins and customers. The system includes real-time item availability monitoring, rental transaction recording, and online booking accessible anytime. Early results show that the system improves rental management efficiency, reduces human error, and provides faster and more convenient services for customers and administrators.
