Abstract

Learning involves the exchange of information and knowledge between educators, disciples, and educational resources. Currently, the transmission of educational content from educators to disciples generally has not used technology as a learning tool, thus making disciples exhibit a lack of enthusiasm and experience disinterest when it comes to grasping educational content. Researchers designed and created an application as an interactive learning tool to learn human organs for elementary school students. The research findings are translated into an application for the introduction of human organs using Augmented reality technology, all button functions on the hull learning application function properly. The accuracy of marker detection is influenced by several parameters including light intensity, marker scanning distance, and marker movement. This learning application's aim is to facilitate the learning application of human organs for elementary school students fun and easy to learn by elementary school students, successfully achieved.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where infants are shorter in height than their peers, caused by poor parenting practices. This can negatively impact a child's health, increasing the risk of illness and even death. The current data collection system for monitoring child growth and development still relies on books, which are consIDered inefficient and prone to data loss due to damage or exposure to water. This research aims to improve data collection services by utilizing website technology for online and real-time data input. The hope is to provIDe convenience for users in inputting child growth and development data without the risk of losing data. In this study, the data collection process was carried out by means of interviews and direct observation of several posyandu and mothers of toddlers. This research produces a website-based application for admin or posyandu officers. With Visual Studio Code tool and MySQL database. In testing using the Black Box Testing method, the features of the application run quite well from several samples that have been tested. So, with this program tracking child growth and development can be done more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Waste is a rather serious issue. One of the main factors is the lack of awareness in society regarding proper waste management and disposal, as well as a lack of concern for environmental cleanliness, which results in an increasing accumulation of waste that can lead to environmental pollution and diseases affecting public health. Therefore, this research was conducted to provide an alternative solution for the community, enabling people to easily manage and dispose of waste properly and instill the habit of waste separation. This was achieved through the design and development of a web and mobile-based waste management application called E-Bin for the residents of Ciwaru village. The research was carried out using the waterfall method, which involved data collection and system design based on existing systems. The application was successfully built and resulted in two systems a web system for administrators and a mobile application that is easily accessible to the community. The application was developed using Android Studio with Java as the programming language, MySQL as the database server, and Visual Studio Code as a supporting tool. It has been tested using black-box testing, demonstrating that the application functions well and is suitable for use.

Abstract

The Yogyakarta Mandala Aerospace Museum is a museum that contains historical collections, most of which are airplanes. This museum was previously located in Jakarta and was inaugurated on April 4, 1969, then moved to Yogyakarta on July 29, 1978. The Yogyakarta Mandala Dirgantara Museum documents all historical events in the growth of the Indonesian Air Force and contains the noble values of the 1945 struggle that can be passed on to the younger generation. At the moment. In designing and creating Augmanted Reality (AR) applications using the Marker Based method, markers as camera triggers to display 3D objects and relevant historical information are the aim of this research. This research is expected to produce an interactive and informative application for museum visitors and increase understanding of the historical collection of the Yogyakarta Mandala Dirgantara Museum..

Abstract

The development of technology is now increasingly advanced, and growing rapidly. This development certainly has an influence on various sectors of human life, one of which is the education sector. The latest rapid technological development is the increasingly frequent use of devices, especially the use of smartphones in everyday life, including in the field of education. This opens up great opportunities in utilising application technology on smartphones to be developed into application-based learning media. One of them is to utilise Augmented Reality technology on android applications in science learning media for elementary school students so that learning becomes more effective and increases students' enthusiasm for learning. For this reason, Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media was developed with the Unity AR application of human organs for elementary school students, as well as seeing the quality of the resulting learning media in terms of validity, attractiveness, and practicality. The results of development research in the form of AR learning media show very good results and are suitable for use as learning media, both in class and independently.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam keseluruhan aspek dikategorikan begitu pesat, bahkan sekarang ini dijumpakan terhadap fenomena Revolusi Industri 4.0, yakni pendayagunaan informasi dan teknologi. Implikasi dari fenomena adanya Revolusi Industri 4.0 dialami dari beragam lintas sektor tak terkecuali Meubel Widoro Kandang Pemalang. Hambatan yang dirasakan oleh Meubel Widoro Kandang Pemalang ialah menurunnya pendapatan karena aktivitas mempromosikan produk furniture masih menggunakan majalah, brosur serta katalog yang memperlihatkan produk yang bentuknya dua dimensi, menyebabkan konsumen kurang tertarik karena tidak dapat mengamati keadaan produk dalam konteks menyeluruh dan membuat konsumen harus pergi ke toko. Akan tetapi melalui dilakukannya pembuatan aplikasi media berpromosi memakai augmented reality yang basisnya android ini diekspektasikan bisa menjadi daya tarik serta pembeda supaya konsumen bisa memiliki minat terhadap produk yang didagangkan. Metode yang dipakai untuk penelitian ini yakni Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang mempunyai 6 tahapan yakni perancangan, konsep, pembuatan, penghimpunan materi, distribusi serta pengujian. Resultan akhir dari penelitian yang didapatkan yakni suatu aplikasi yang mempermudah konsumen dalam melihat furniture dalam bentuk 3D yang lebih realistis dan interaktif, yang memungkinkan mereka untuk melihat furniture dari segala sudut dan mengeksplorasi detail furniture secara lebih dekat. Abstract

This research addresses the inefficiencies of manual garbage data management by developing a dual-platform system: a website-based application for Garongan Asri Garbage Bank staff and a mobile application for customers. Utilizing the waterfall method for systematic development, the project involved stages of analysis, design, coding, testing, support, and maintenance. Key technologies used include the Bootstrap framework, Visual Studio Code, Android Studio, and MySQL database. The resulting website application enables staff to efficiently manage garbage data, while the mobile app allows customers to access their disposal history. The effectiveness of these applications was confirmed through black box testing, demonstrating their functionality and suitability for improving garbage data management and customer service.

Abstract

The study is to develop a web- and Android-based application for motorcycle servicing and maintenance in helping Bendho Motor in sales tracking records as well as reporting. Application helps mechanics drive business and the owner to have effective sales performance checks. First data collection were watched workshop work and the understanding of practice business processes, interviews to workshop owner to know his/her operational difficulties. We did system analysis so as to apply the application in PHP, CSS and further frameworks. Service orders were previously manually registered leading to problems including incorrect data, illegible and lost receipts. The proposed app solves the problems of storing order histories securely and guarantee integrity of transaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap Mayor Teddy Indra Wijaya, ajudan Prabowo Subianto, dengan menggunakan algoritma Logistic Regression. Analisis sentimen diperlukan karena keberadaan tokoh publik seperti Mayor Teddy, yang berasosiasi erat dengan figur politik nasional, dapat memengaruhi persepsi publik secara luas. Pemahaman terhadap sentimen ini penting untuk mengidentifikasi respons positif dan negatif masyarakat, yang kemudian dapat digunakan sebagai indikator persepsi publik terhadap citra politik Prabowo Subianto. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data dari platform media sosial Twitter yang dikumpulkan melalui crawling selama periode Januari 2024 hingga saat laporan ini disusun. Masalah yang ingin diselesaikan adalah bagaimana algoritma Logistic Regression dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk memetakan sentimen publik berdasarkan data teks yang kompleks dan beragam. Proses penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data, preprocessing, pelabelan, pelatihan model, dan evaluasi performa model menggunakan metrik seperti akurasi, precision, recall, dan F1 score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Logistic Regression yang digunakan memiliki akurasi sebesar 73,68%, precision 75%, recall 71%, dan F1 score 0,73. Hasil ini menunjukkan kinerja yang cukup baik dalam memprediksi sentimen masyarakat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan metode analisis sentimen dalam konteks sosial-politik serta memberikan masukan strategis bagi pengelolaan komunikasi publik dan reputasi di era digital.

Abstract

The canteen at University of Technology Yogyakarta (UTY) often experiences overcrowding, particularly during peak hours, leading to long queues and potential errors in order processing. This research aims to design and develop a website-based food ordering system using the Laravel framework to facilitate the ordering process for students, lecturers, and staff, while also assisting canteen owners in efficiently managing orders. The system allows users to select menus, place orders, and complete payments online, significantly reducing the need for in-person queuing. The solution is expected to improve the canteen environment, providing a more organized and comfortable space for the UTY academic community. Functionality testing using Black Box Testing demonstrated that all core features operated as intended without issues. Additionally, usability testing through the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded an average score of 97.58, categorizing the system in the "Excellent" or Grade A range. This high SUS score reflects strong user satisfaction, indicating that the system is both effective and well-received for enhancing food ordering and management processes on campus.
