Abstract

Pelatihan manajemen lembaga pendidikan Islam menjadi suatu inisiatif kunci dalam mengembangkan kapasitas pengelolaan dan kualitas pendidikan di pondok pesantren. Dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kesesuaian dengan nilai-nilai Islam, pelatihan tersebut bertujuan untuk memberdayakan pengelola dan pemangku kepentingan lembaga. Pelatihan melibatkan penguasaan konsep-konsep manajemen, peningkatan keterampilan kepemimpinan Islami, dan integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kebijakan dan praktik manajemen. Peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di lembaga menjadi hasil positif pelatihan. Integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dengan pendekatan pembelajaran modern diharapkan menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang inspiratif dan efektif. Kesimpulan pelatihan ini memberikan gambaran optimis untuk pertumbuhan dan kontribusi positif lembaga pendidikan Islam di pondok pesantren, dengan evaluasi dan pemantauan terus menerus sebagai kunci kesuksesan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore religious education in the digital era and how Islamic principles can be applied to face modern challenges. The research method used is a literature review involving in-depth analysis of relevant sources in the study of religious education and digital technology. Literature review techniques involve searching for articles, books, and online documents related to the topic. Data were analyzed qualitatively by exploring the main findings from the collected literature. The results show that the integration of digital technology in religious education can provide significant benefits in achieving Islamic educational goals. However, there are also challenges such as protecting religious and cultural values in the digital era that need to be addressed. The implications of this research are the need for the development of educational strategies that balance technology with Islamic values.

Abstract

Education is a process by teachers and students when learning occurs in class. At this time, the school began implementing the independent curriculum issued by the Minister of Education, Mr Nadiem Makarim; the educational institutions at ABATA Lombok school were adjusted to the peculiarities, environmental conditions and regional potential. Implementation of Independent Curriculum Management in Improving the Quality of Education at ABATA School education involves the education unit committee and various stakeholders, including parents, organizations, and various centres, under the coordination and supervision of the Mataram City Education Office. which organizes government affairs under its authority. The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative with a case study design. Because this study seeks to analyze how the implementation of the independent curriculum management at ABATA school Lombok that the qualitative approach is a research process that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people or observable behaviour. The Merdeka Curriculum is expected to produce more creative, independent, and skilled students in various fields. Students are expected to prepare for a better and more successful future by developing these skills and abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze the implementation of the UMMI Method Tahfiz Al-Qur'an Learning Management at SDIT ABATA LOMBOK MATARAM, which includes basic aspects, planning, implementation, and supervision using qualitative research methods. In analyzing data, researchers use qualitative analysis techniques with the process of data reduction, data exposure and conclusions. The findings in this study are: First, the aspect that underlies the learning of the Qur'an tahfidz UMMI method is because the Qur'an learning method is holistic and comprehensive with the right brain under the auspices of Nur Amalia. Second, the UMMI method of planning Qur'anic tahfidz learning goes through a deliberation process that involves parties in the planning process. Third, the implementation of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an ummi method in this study was carried out by dividing tahfidz groups based on the level of memorization. Fourth, Supervision of learning the Qur'an tahfidz ummi method carried out by the coordinator and central team, and supervised directly by the Principal by cross-checking again and providing guidance and direction for improvements to be made.

Abstract

Judi dan Pinjaman Online: Praktik perjudian ilegal dan layanan pinjaman online (pinjol) yang tidak terdaftar dapat menimbulkan kerugian finansial yang besar bagi individu dan keluarga. Judi sering kali memicu ketergantungan dan kerusakan sosial, sedangkan pinjaman online yang tidak terkontrol dapat menyebabkan beban utang yang tidak mampu dilunasi, serta menambah angka kemiskinan. Bahaya Miras dan Narkoba: Konsumsi alkohol dan narkoba membawa dampak buruk bagi kesehatan fisik dan mental, serta menambah beban pada sistem kesehatan. Penggunaan yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan kecanduan, gangguan psikis, bahkan kematian. Ini juga berkaitan dengan peningkatan tindak kriminal dan kekerasan dalam masyarakat. Perlindungan Kekayaan Intelektual: Kekayaan intelektual mencakup hak cipta, paten, merek dagang, dan desain industri yang melindungi karya cipta dan inovasi. Perlindungan ini penting untuk mendorong kreativitas dan inovasi, serta memberikan hak kepada pencipta untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari hasil karya mereka. Tanpa perlindungan yang tepat, karya cipta dapat disalahgunakan atau dijiplak, merugikan pencipta dan ekonomi kreatif. Secara keseluruhan, isu-isu ini menunjukkan pentingnya regulasi yang ketat dan edukasi masyarakat untuk mencegah kerugian sosial dan ekonomi, serta mendukung perlindungan hak kekayaan intelektual demi kemajuan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Greening carried out in mata village is one of the important activities that must be carried out conceptually in dealing with the environmental crisis. Based on the PKM in mata village, it is necessary to hold a swot analysis, and determine an activity for this PKM, the author holds a program to preserve nature to maintain nature in the village of beautiful eyes, so this program aims to provide knowledge about the importance of greening and preserving nature to the community. The implementation of this PKM uses a method that consists of several stages of implementation, namely the preparation stage, implementation in the form of a preparation process, activities and training, then evaluation. The result obtained from the PKM discussion is that the service is carried out by conducting a needs analysis in the eye village of taranu district. The delivery of material in the form of learning to the eye village community and given training is carried out directly in an orderly and relaxed manner so that participants can digest information easily and feel comfortable to ask questions about the things presented.
