Abstract

This research highlights how the concepts of Sufism can guide the holistic development of human character and potential. In the modern context, this approach is often associated with “self-improvement” or self-development that aims to achieve a higher quality of life, spiritually, mentally and socially. Qualitative research with a descriptive-analytical approach is used to understand, describe, and analyse the concepts of Sufism related to self-development. Literature study is also used to explore classical Sufism works and their relevance to modern studies. The results show that there are key aspects of the relationship between Sufism and self-development, namely Tazkiyatun Nafs (Purification of the Soul), Muraqabah (Full Awareness of God's Presence), Mujahadah (Effort and Self-Control), Ihsan (Perfection in Doing Good), and Spiritual and Worldly Balance. Each of these key concepts can be used as an effort in optimizing human character and potential holistically. Especially if the implementation of the five key concepts is preceded by Awaluddin Makrifatullah as the main foundation in tasawuf, it will further strengthen efforts to optimise the character and potential of an individual holistically. This is because, awaluddin makrifatullah is the main key for an individual to be able to understand holistically and comprehensively about the meaning of life, including understanding the existence of humans and all His creations, both visible and invisible (ghaib) in this world.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran kontekstual pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti (PAI-BP). Strategi pembelajaran merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang memiliki pengaruh besar dalam mengoptimalkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian lapangan dengan desain kuantitatif berupa eksperimen satu grup. One sample t-test digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data guna mengetahui efektivitas strategi pembelajaran didasarkan pada tahun ajaran sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dengan nilai t 11,600. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar PAI-BP pada materi tentang asmaul husna antara Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 dengan Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Hasil tersebut memberikan informasi bahwa strategi pembelajaran kontekstual efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar yang diperkuat juga dengan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari semula 70,59 menjadi 85,52. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar bagi para pendidik untuk berupaya mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif, sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Objective: Providing comprehensive midwifery care according to midwifery service standards with SOAP documentation. Methodology: The method in taking this case is with a descriptive approach and midwifery management in Continuity of Care on Mrs. H aged 21 years at the Watumalang Wonosobo Health Center from March 9, 2024 to May 3, 2024. Results: The method in taking this case is with a descriptive approach and midwifery management in Continuity of Care on Mrs. H aged 21 years at the Watumalang Wonosobo Health Center from March 9, 2024 to May 3, 2024. Conclusion: Based on the assessment of comprehensive midwifery care, complications were found in pregnancy, namely placenta previa. Midwifery care for pregnant women with placenta previa carried out on Mrs. H aged 21 years has received treatment and management in accordance with midwifery care standards.

Abstract

Utilization of facilities and infrastructure is one indicator to measure the level of good or bad services provided by an institution. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of facilities and infrastructure in the Education and Culture Office of Soppeng Regency. Research is qualitative, therefore, to achieve a research objective, data collection techniques are used, namely observation, interviews, and observation. The informants of this research were 5 employees of the Soppeng Regency Education and Culture Office. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the effectiveness of the use of facilities and infrastructure in the Soppeng Soppeng Regency Education and Culture Office can be seen from the indicators of efficiency, flexibility, satisfaction, and development have been "effective". It can be seen from the dimension of efficiency, namely the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as the use of facilities and infrastructure that reduce waste of time, energy, efficiency and achieve optimal efficiency has been carried out properly so that employees can carry out their duties and responsibilities to achieve goals. From the dimension of flexibility of facilities and infrastructure, it can be seen from the availability and use of facilities and infrastructure that are flexible enough to make it easier for employees to do various types of work to provide benefits for employees in increasing work effectiveness and supporting office work. From the satisfaction dimension, namely the feeling of pleasure felt by employees after using good facilities and infrastructure to obtain satisfactory work results to increase employee performance and morale in office activities. From the development dimension, the implementation of the development of office facilities and infrastructure used by employees’ functions well and is used properly. The development of office facilities and infrastructure is carried out by the procurement of facilities and infrastructure in collaboration with planning and finance for the development of more adequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar pada mata pelajaran informatika/TIK untuk kelas 7 SMP Al-Manshuriyah Pemalang. Implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar tersebut didasarkan pada Permendikbudristek No. 5 Tahun 2022, Permendikbudristek No. 7 Tahun 2022, Permendikbudristek No. 56 Tahun 2022, Keputusan Kepala BSKAP No.008/H/KR/2022 Tahun 2022, dan Keputusan Kepala BSKAP No.009/H/KR/2022 Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang lebih cenderung untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar pada mata pelajaran informatika/TIK siswa kelas 7 SMP Al-Manshuriyah Pemalang dalam bentuk uraian kata-kata. Analisis Data yang digunakan antara lain Reduksi data, Penyajian Data, dan Kesimpulan atau Verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahun ajaran 2022-2023 merupakan tahun di mana pertama kalinya diberikan mata pelajaran Informatika/TIK untuk siswa kelas 7 SMP Al Manshuriyah Pemalang di kurikulum merdeka ini. Pada tahun sebelumnya, mata pelajaran Informatika/TIK digantikan mata pelajaran Prakarya pada kurikulum 2013. Hal ini dikarenakan, dua mata pelajaran tersebut sifatnya pilihan. Sekolah diberikan keleluasaan dalam memberikan salah satu mata pelajaran tersebut. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan antara lain metode ceramah, tanya jawab, kerja kelompok dan kuis singkat, serta praktik.
