Abstract

This study aims to develop a teaching module with a guided inquiry model based on blended learning (GIbBL) that can be applied in the independent curriculum. This kind of research uses the ADDIE development paradigm, which consists of the following steps: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, (3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. Due to time constraints, the teaching module in this study was only develop to the development stage. The feasibility of the teaching modules was assessed through expert validation tests and practicality tests, which involved gathering responses from research subjects. The subjects of this study were physics teachers and students of class XI SMAN 7 Banda Aceh. The data collection technique employed in this study utilized a questionnaire instrument, comprising a material and learning design expert validation questionnaire, as well as a teacher and student response questionnaire. Data analysis involved percentage descriptive analysis. The results of the material expert validation test demonstrated a percentage of 93,25%, while the learning design expert validation test yielded 91,5%, both falling within the "very valid" category. Furthermore, the teacher response test resulted in a percentage of 96,2%, and the student response test amounted to 88%, both categorized as "very good." Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the guided inquiry based on blended learning (GIbBL) teaching module is deemed feasible for application in the learning process within an independent curriculum.

Abstract

Physics learning is inseparable from curriculum updates that always coexist with educational progress. To ensure that students can understand relevant physics concepts/principles/laws and provide them with the skills they need to face problems in the future, it is very important to develop physics learning tools that are aligned with Merdeka's curriculum. The goal of this project is to provide workable Physics Blended Discovery Learning Tools (PBDLT) for the Merdeka curriculum. Research and development using the ADDIE development model—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—is the nature of this kind of study. In this study, PBDLT development was limited to the development stage with research subjects, i.e., 30 students of class VIII-8 of SMPN 2 Banda Aceh in physics subject and 3 science teachers. Expert validation questionnaires (material and learning design specialists) and practicality tests were used to gauge the viability of PBDLT. Following data collection, descriptive quantitative methods with percentage analysis were used to examine the data. The learning design expert validation test yielded 91.5% with a very valid category and a rate of 93.25% for the material expert validation exam. Furthermore, the student response exam yielded 93% with a very good category while the instructor response test yielded 92.7%. The Physics Blended Discovery Learning Tools (PBDLT) developed by the researchers are viable for use in large-scale trials in the learning process within the Merdeka curriculum, according to the research's findings.

Abstract

The Traditional metal forming in fabricating rencong as souvenir requires high demands of energy, time, and accuracy skills from the blacksmith, but the quality that has been obtained is quite low, which includes colors diversity, and non-uniformity of brightness. The raw materials of brass metal are importantly needed for manufacturers, so that the cost of productions is relatively expensive. This study aims to improve the technology for fabricating rencong souvenir, which is expected to increase the production efficiency as well as conserving and improving the cultural and economic sectors. The simple casting techniques were conducted to be taught to the craftsmen from designing, mold and field training. This technology was able to be adopted very well by the craftsmen, while the rencong blades were produced in large scale by utilizing the brass metal waste. The diversity of sizes and shapes were obtained in small size and shapes blades, and the uniformity of color brightness was produced, so that the quality of souvenirs increases. Thus, the application of this technology can increase the income of craftsmen and the quality of souvenirs.

Abstract

Quovadis Toraja dalam penciptaan karya ini menguraikan tentang penyajian gerak hewan Babi yang digambarkan berupa sifat babi yang rakus dalam memakan apapun itu dan juga menggambarkan secara singkat bentuk fisik dari hewan Babi tersebut. Menggambarkan secara singkat tentang kegelisahan yang akan dialami sekarang dan nanti kedepannya dengan menampilkan beberapa gerakan-gerakan bingung dan mencari cari dimana dan bagaimana sebenarnya kebenaran itu.Penggambaran secara imajiner ini dapat membuat posisi sebenarnya dimana penari ini berada dan sedang berada didalam titik gelisah dan dilema. penggambaran klimaks dari film tari ini dimana adegan ini terdapat konflik batin yang dihadirkan antara hati dan realita bertolak belakang. Disisi ini konflik kepercayaan yang tidak diyakini mendatangkan dampak yang kurang baik sehingga menimbulkan rasa resah dan dilema secara berkepanjangan dan tidak memperoleh kesembuhan atas apa yang diinginkan.Metode yang digunakan pada penciptaan ini adalah Roland Barthes Roland (1985) berpendapat bahwa di dalam teks setidak-tidaknya beroperasi lima kode pokok (cing codes) yang di dalamnya terdapat penanda tekstual (baca: leksia) yang dapat dikelompokkan. Setiap atau tiap-tiap leksia dapat dimasukkan ke dalam salah satu dari lima kode ini. Kode sebagai suatu sistem makna luar yang lengkap sebagai acuan dari setiap tanda, menurut Barthes terdiri atas lima jenis kode, yaitu kode hermeneutik (kode teka-teki), kode semik (makna konotatif), kode simbolik, kode proaretik (logika tindakan), kode gnomik (kode kultural).Proses penciptaan karya ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan film tari yang dapat menggambarkan kegelisahan dari karya Quovadis ini. Dengan konsep film tari ini dapat memudahkan para pembuat film dan koreografer dalam berkarya lebih aktif dan dikomunikasikan dengan berbagai media baru sehingga mampu menciptakan berbagai bentuk ekspresi lain.

Abstract

Hedonisme merupakan sebuah pandangan hidup yang menyatakan kesenangan untuk menikmati segalanya adalah tujuan hidup manusia. Kehidupan seperti itu bukan hanya ditemukan pada remaja, pelajar, dan anak-anak muda atau mahasiswa, tampaknya sudah menyeluruh keberbagai kalangan masyarakat. Sementara zuhud adalah sebuah sikap hidup yang lebih memilih sesuatu yang baik dari yang tidak baik atau memilih yang lebih baik dari yang baik. Sesuatu yang baik itu ialah sesuatu yang bernilai ibadah kepada Allah, bukan sekadar duniawi. Salah seorang tokoh sufi masa awal yang merumuskan konsep zuhud secara komprehensif adalah Abu Talib al-Makki. Tulisan akan mencoba mengekspose konsep zuhud Abu Talib al-Maki dan kontribusinya untuk mengatasi problem sikap hedon yang dihadapi manusia modern saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer terutama karya Abu Talib al-Makki yang berjudul Qut al-Qulub fi Mu’amalat al-Mahbub dan berbagai data sekunder yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Data dalam penelitian ini akan dianalisis menggunakan metode deduktif analisis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep zuhud menurut al-Makki adalah berpaling dari segala sesuatu yang bersifat duniawi demi segala sesuatu yang bersifat ukhrawi. Sikap zuhud tidak berarti menolak samasekali keduniaan, tetapi memperlakukan dunia sebagaimana mestinya yaitu bahwa dunia itu bukan dicari untuk dirinya sendiri, tetapi digapai karena tujuan yang bersifat ukhrawi.  Sikap yang menghindarkan diri dari segala sesuatu yang bersifat duniawi akan sangat berperan penting dalam membendung sikap dan gaya hidup hedon yang hanya mementingkan segala sesuatu yang bersifat duniawi.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are traditional educational institutions that prioritize a religion-based curriculum. The Darul Hikmah Orphans Islamic Boarding School, located in Cot Yang Village, Kuta Barou District, Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province, faces the challenge of low levels of entrepreneurial skills in the field of welding and atomizing painting due to the absence of this material in their curriculum. To overcome this, atomizing welding and painting training was carried out at Islamic boarding schools, which aimed to improve students' hard skills in this field. This training is also planned to develop business units, including the establishment of atomizing welding and painting workshops. This atomizing welding and painting entrepreneurship training program is measured by several parameters, with the output being the basic welding technical skills obtained by the students. It is hoped that this program will produce entrepreneurs in atomizing welding and painting workshops that will benefit the environment of the Darul Hikmah Cot Yang Orphan Islamic Boarding School. The training implementation stages include welding and painting theory, occupational health and safety (K3), as well as practice and assistance in basic welding and painting, with the final product being a table. The training material was adopted from teaching welding and painting practices at Syiah Kuala Darussalam University-Aceh. The result of this training is an increase in participants' knowledge in welding and painting, as well as their ability to apply these processes by prioritizing K3 (Occupational Safety and Health).

Abstract

The implementation of the independent curriculum in the education system requires teachers to develop teaching modules while conducting instructional activities in the right direction. This research aims to develop a problem-based learning teaching module based on blended learning that is suitable for implementation within the context of the independent curriculum. The type of this research is Research and Development using the ADDIE development model, which stands for analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In this research, the implementation is limited to the development stage only. The suitability of the teaching module is measured through the validation results of the teaching module, as well as the responses from teachers and students. The subjects of this research are physics teachers and 11th-grade students at SMA Methodist Banda Aceh. Data collection techniques involve the validation questionnaire for the teaching module by experts and practitioners, as well as questionnaires to gather responses from teachers and students. The research data is then analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods with percentage techniques. The overall validation results of the teaching module by content experts indicate a score of 99.7%, construction experts at 91.5%, and practitioners at 90%, all falling under the category of highly valid. Additionally, the results from the teacher response questionnaire show a score of 90%, and the student response questionnaire indicates a score of 86%, both falling into the category of very good. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the development of a problem-based learning teaching module based on blended learning is suitable for implementation within the framework of the independent curriculum.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the development of 4C skills (Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, and Critical Thinking) through psychomotor assessment techniques in three visionary schools, namely SMPN 1 Gresik, SMPN 2 Mojokerto, and SMPN 4 Jombang. This research used a descriptive qualitative method. The research instruments consisted of interview sheets and observation guidelines. The research indicator refers to activities how as observation, practice, project, and produce products. The technique of data collection was through the interview and learning observation. Triangulation of research data used the source and technique. The research used technique analysis in data reduction, data categorization, data presentation, and data conclusion. The result showed that the development of 4C skills (Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, and Critical Thinking) done by teachers consisted of observation with 11 activities, practice with 17 activities, product with 25 activities, and project with 13 activities) where each indicator was done in 6 stages of activities, namely stimulus, planning, action, evaluation, monitoring, and follow-up activities. Besides, the technique of psychomotor assessment used in learning inside and outside class was rubric, anecdote, and checklist.

Abstract

In the making of emprit ginger extract tempe beverage requires the addition of a stabilizer to increase the stability and viscosity of the product and each stabilizer has a different effect from one another. This study aims to determine the characteristics of gum arabic stabilizer, Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) and soy lecithin in emprit ginger extract tempe beverage used 0%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.7%, and 0.9% of each stabilizer. The observations were physical properties such as stability and viscosity and chemical analysis includes protein content, and pH value. This study used completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors (F1 is the type of stabilizer and F2 is the concentration of the stabilizer) and carried out with 3 replications. The obtained data was analyzed with ANOVA followed by Duncan's test. Decision system analysis was performed using the MADM-SAW method to obtain the best type and concentration of stabilizer. CMC was found out in the first rank of used stabilizers in 0.5% concentration with stability in 21%, viscosity was 2.17 poise, an ash content was 0.26%, protein content was 12.77%, and pH value was 6.2.

Abstract

The tempe industry is one of the most numerous industries in Indonesia, so there is a high opportunity for making tempeh juice in the tempe industry. The application of tempeh in the manufacture of tempeh essence drink with emprit ginger extract is expected to provide benefits to the tempe industry in Indonesia. Tempe juice drink is one of the processed food products made from tempeh. Tempe juice drink is added with emprit ginger extract to remove the unpleasant aroma from tempeh and give flavor to the tempeh juice drink. On manufacture Tempe juice drink Emprit ginger extract need addition material CMC stabilizer for increase stability and viscosity product . Study This aim To determine the economic feasibility, an economic analysis was carried out regarding the feasibility of applying tempeh juice in the tempe industry. The research begins with making assumptions and analyzing the parameters, components and cost structure, the need for investment funds and working capital. This parameter calculates projected production, revenue and cash flow. Determination of the economic feasibility of the Tempe juice drink with Emprit ginger extract with the Net Present Value (NPV), Incremental Rate of Return (IRR), Net B/C and Pay Back Period (PBP). The assumption of drinking tempeh juice with emprit ginger extract in a year is 45600 bottles at a price of IDR 10,000.00 / bottle . The proportion of capital comes from 60% own capital and 40% credit. The average operational cost per year is IDR 278.606.467.00, variable costs Rp 233.606.467.00, and a flat fee of Rp 45.000.000.00 . Average income per year Rp 319.200,000.00 while spending Rp 304.017.802.00.  The profit earned is Rp 151.982.198. Sales profit 2 8.33 % with 15% tax per year. This business BEP occurs in sales with an average value of Rp. 151.982.198 or 33,33 % of production capacity per year. The results showed that the NPV was Rp 156.180.415, IRR is 53 %, and Net B/C is 1.82 times. Based on existing criteria or assumptions, this business is feasible to run with PBP for two years, or the capital invested in this business can be returned before the project ends (3 many years).
