Abstract

Penelitian ini dilihat dari peran Director of Photography pada video profil nagari kumanis. Peran director of photography dalam sebuah video sangat mendominasi dalam hal visualisasi. Namun teknik framing yang di lakukan oleh Director of Photography video profil belum menghasilkan video yang menarik. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa peran director of photography: (1) merancang story board, melakukan diskusi dengan assistant cameraman mengenai pembagian tugas tentang tipe-tipe shot. (2) mempersiapkan alat produksi yang dibutuhkan untuk pengambilan gambar. Teknik pengambilan gambar yang digunakan oleh director of photography adalah till down dan pan right pan left. Posisi kamera yang statis, untuk objek yang dinamis menggunakan hand held atau genggaman tangan. Jenis shot yang digunakan oleh director of photography adalah long shot, medium close up, close up dan big close up untuk memperjelas detail objek yang direkam. Kendala yang dihadapi director of photography adalah: (1) keterbatasan alat yang digunakan saat produksi, (2) Kurangnya pengetahuan assistant cameraman tentang teknik pengambilan gambar dan jenis-jenis shot serta komposisi dari setiap shot.

Abstract

Pokok Permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana strategi komunikasi Da?i dalam berdakwah di masjid Miftahul Jannah Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi  yang digunakan Da?i dalam berdakwah di masjid Miftahul Jannah Kenagarian Koto padang kecamatan koto baru kabupaten dharmasraya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan latar masjid Miftahul Jannah kenagarian Koto Padang kecamatan Koto Baru kabupaten Dharmasraya. pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara secara mendalam dan semi terstruktur untuk mendapatkan hasil serta informasi lengkap sesuai yang di butuhkan oleh peneliti. teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles dan Hubberman Dalam menjamin keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi atau secara sederhana dikenal dengan metode cross check.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan (1) bahwa Da?i dalam berdakwah di masjid Miftahul Jannah yaitu dengan perkataan yang mudah dimengerti dan dapat dipahami oleh mad?u. (2) bahwa strategi Da?i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan bahasa yang sopan dan santun serta memilih kata yang membuat hati senang. (3) bahwa Da?i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan perkataan yang lemah lembut, tidak emosional serta tidak menggunakan intonasi suara yang keras. (4) strategi qawlan maysura yang digunakan Da?i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan perkataan yang sederhana dan bahasa yang ringan. (5) strategi komunikasi ma?rufan yang digunakan Da?i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan materi ceramah yang bermanfaat serta perkataan yang dapat menyejukan hati dan mencerahkan pemikiran. (6) strategi komunikasi qawlan saddidan yang digunakan Da?i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan perkataan yang benar dan perkataan yang lurus serta perkataan yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

Abstract

The main issue in this research is the implementation of life skill development for students at the Islamic boarding school in an effort to improve the quality of education, as well as the skills, talents, and interests of students, not only to fulfill religious needs but also to equip them with life skills needed in today’s competitive world. This research aims to understand the objectives of empowering students through life skill development and how these life skills are applied to students to prepare them for their future lives. The type of research used is field research, aimed at obtaining data on the issues being investigated. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data management is conducted in a descriptive qualitative manner, followed by classification of specific aspects of the problem and presenting them in effective sentences. There is a lack of understanding and skills among students, especially those who are new or have not participated in life skill programs. In response, Nurul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School in Batipuah Ateh strives to provide facilities, motivation, guidance, and support to improve the quality of educators and students, helping them provide the best for the students and the community based on the foundation of life skill programs. The boarding school continuously prepares students and other members of the community to be ready for the demands of the global era by providing training, strengthening human resources, guidance, motivation, and awareness stages. The improvement in various fields undertaken by students, such as Qur'an family studies, computer training, tahfizh, qiratulkutub, and other activities, is aimed at enhancing achievements at various levels and improving the well-being of both individuals and the community, with a positive impact on the school and the wider society.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the employee empowerment model carried out by CV. Kempan Sumatra Resource for company employees. The aim is to find out and analyze the forms, stages and constraints in the empowerment model for company employees at CV. Kempan Sumatra Resources. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study found that there were two forms of training carried out, namely training provided by related agencies and training outside the region. The stages carried out by the CV. Kempan Sumatra Resource went through several stages such as preparing materials, media, resource persons and program implementation. Constraints found by the CV. Kempan Sumatra Resource in implementing the empowerment model for employees, namely in the form of limited human resources, non-strategic locations and facilities to support empowerment.

Abstract

The main issue addressed in this thesis is how the Sulit Air Sepakat (SAS) Organization contributes to Nagari Sulit Air in Solok Regency. The objective of this discussion is to understand the contributions of the SAS Organization to Nagari Sulit Air and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors for the SAS Organization in assisting Nagari Sulit Air. The research type employed is qualitative research, which is descriptive in nature, aimed at obtaining data related to the researched issue. Data collection techniques utilized include interviews, observations, document analysis, and qualitative data analysis. Based on the research findings, it is revealed that the contribution of the Sulit Air Sepakat (SAS) Organization to Nagari Sulit Air plays a vital role in the development of the community, encompassing fields such as education, infrastructure, and religious matters. Initiatives like providing scholarships to local children within and outside Nagari Sulit Air, constructing places of worship, road development, and more, have significantly impacted the community. However, these efforts have faced challenges due to the contagious COVID-19 pandemic, which has hindered the local economy in recent years, affecting SAS's funding and causing disruptions in educational initiatives. Furthermore, the tourism sector in Sulit Air has not progressed due to inadequate management. The journey of the SAS Organization has encountered hurdles such as insufficient funding and difficulties in coordinating member schedules, which has impeded its smooth operation.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the process of intercultural communication that occurs in foreign students at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar between students from Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia and Minangkabau students while at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. This study looks at the point of view of verbal and non-verbal communication as well as various supporting and inhibiting factors in the daily life of foreign students at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar by using field research (Field Research) which is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained are that at least foreign students have cultural similarities because they are still in the same clump, namely the Malay family in Southeast Asia, the greetings done by Thais and Cambodians tend to wait for greetings from other people, while Malaysians and Indonesians - Minangkabau tend to be friendly and polite. precede the conversation when communicating and greeting. Meanwhile, Minangkabau students use a pattern of adjustment by blurring cultural identity, reducing stereotypes and high openness. The supporting factors for this research are positive values, such as being a student who is tolerant and harmonious with each other, while the inhibiting factor is language.

Abstract

The main focus of this research is to explore the methods of teaching Sufism in enhancing the preaching skills of the students and to identify the supporting and hindering factors for teachers in improving the students' preaching skills at Tarbiyah Islamiyah Nurul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School, Batipuah Ateh. The aim of this research is to describe the methods of teaching Sufism to enhance the students' preaching abilities and to identify the supporting and hindering factors for teachers in enhancing the students' preaching skills at Tarbiyah Islamiyah Nurul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School, Batipuah Ateh. The theory used in this research is the Living Qur'an. The research method employed is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, conducted naturally according to the conditions observed in the field. The data collection techniques used by the researcher include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that there are three methods of teaching Sufism to enhance the students' preaching skills at Tarbiyah Islamiyah Nurul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School, Batipuah Ateh: instilling attitudes of sincerity, patience, and trust in God. The research also reveals several supporting and hindering factors for teachers in improving the students' preaching skills. The supporting factors include mastery of the material, appropriate teaching methods, a supportive environment, and evaluation and feedback. The hindering factors include the students' lack of self-confidence and limited time.
