Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the ability of prospective counselor in writing a research proposal through Problem Based Learning method/ Inquiry (PBL/I) and in particular its purpose is to (1) determine the increased activity of the prospective counselor in writing a research proposal with PBL/I method, and (2) the increase in the ability of prospective counselors in writing a research proposal. This study uses classroom action research with the research subjects were VII semester student majoring BK IAIN Batusangkar. The results of the study in the first cycle showed an increase in activity and the ability of prospective counselors in writing a research proposal. This increase is very varied in accordance with the capability and experience of the students. The results of the second cycle study showed mastery of each indicator, but the indicators are controlled and enhanced by the prospective counselor in the research proposal is; select and formulate the title of the actual and straightforward, choosing and using the concept/ theory/ reference that is current and relevant to support the research problem, enter the empirical facts in the background of the problem, restrict and define problems, formulate objectives in line with the formulation of research problems, formulating usability research, select and use the theory / concept of the actual, choose the appropriate method to the problem and research objectives, and the ability to follow the format of the research proposal.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the subject of study and reason as well as research-based counseling service management. Counseling services based on research carried out to improve the quality of learning through counseling. The discussion of this article are (1) the background of the counseling service based research, (2) understanding the tasks and activities of counseling teacher or counselor, (3) reason for the existence of counseling in education, (4) the differences and similarities counseling services with research PTK-BK, (5) the motivations and goals of research-based counseling services, and (6) management of research-based counseling services. Among the benefits of this article is to (1) raise awareness counseling teacher or counselor about the importance of developing a counseling service that is integrated with the research, (2) develop a research culture for counseling teacher/ counselor, (3) encourage educational institutions both school/ madrasah/ pesantren for developing research-based counseling services, (4) encourage universities that provide education academic and professional counseling to develop research activities and community service through mentoring research-based counseling services. Keywords: counseling services, research, quality of learning, PTK-BK.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether group counseling was effective in increasing student empathy. The type of research used was pre-experiment with type one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all students of class X.1 of SMAN 1 Padang Ganting who were registered in the 2017/2018 school year, the sampling technique used to determine the sample was purposive sampling technique that is with certain considerations, consideration of researchers is students who are identified lacking empathy and not empathy with a sample size of 10 people. The results showed that group counseling had a significant effect on increasing student empathy. This is evidenced by the increase in the posttest score after being given treatment through group counseling. This means that t0 ttt so that Ha which states group counseling is effective in increasing student empathy is significantly accepted, and H0 which states that group counseling is not effective in increasing student empathy is rejected.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan program BK komprehensif berbasis karakter cerdas melalui bimbingan teman sebaya di IAIN Batusangkar. Secara khusus tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan karakter cerdas mahasiswa melalui bimbingan teman sebaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tindakan kemitraan. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa prodi BK yang sudah mengambil mata kuliah teknik labor konseling dan mahasiswa prodi lainnya yang mempunyai dedikasi, minat, dan komitmen untuk memberikan bantuan terhadap sesama dalam pengembangan kehidupan efektif sehari-hari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui proses pengkajian berdaur (cyclical) yang terdiri atas beberapa siklus. Hasil penelitian ini adalah program BK komprehensif berbasis karakter cerdas yang terdiri atas tiga komponen layanan BK, yaitu; layanan dasar bimbingan berbasis karakter cerdas, layanan responsif untuk mengatasi hambatan dan masalah perkembangan karakter cerdas, dan layanan perencanaan dan pengembangan individual untuk mencapai kematangan perkembangan karakter cerdas mahasiswa.Selanjutnya bimbingan teman sebaya efektif untuk mengembangkan karakter cerdas mahasiswa dalam belajar dan dalam membina hubungan sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the personality of “asmaul-husna” -based counselor. Counselors who have competence good personality, friendly, and empathetic santun certainly be role models for clients. Personality counselor is supporting the process and results of counseling and assisting clients in exploring, developing, and in facilitating its development. The approach used in this study is the study documentation of the analysis of references and discuss research results and study counselor personality of “asmaul-husna” as a personality basis counselor. Among the values of “asmaul-husna” can be realized in treatment counselor when dealing with clients, namely: has the properties (1) to love, (2) compassionate, (3) rule / leader, (4) has sanctity, (5) giving welfare, ( 6) security provider, (7) custodian, (8) 'manly', (9) 'strong', (10) is able to create / initiative, (11) was able to achieve balance, (12) the opening of grace, (13) clement / forgiving, (14) had committed, (15) the giver of gifts, (16) ar-Razzaq, (17) the opening of grace, (18) has a knowledge / own knowledge, (19) which paved, (20) which glorify, and (22) who listen.Key words: personalities counselor, ‘asmaul-husna, counseling and counselor profession.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the conditions PTSD junior high school students in the district of Tanah Datar. Exploration approach is done to identify the level / level and intensity of PTSD experienced by students that will be used for program development counseling services for junior high school. The data collection is done in junior high school students in Tanah Datar who experience PTSD and drawn at random. The results showed that a general overview of PTSD junior high school students in Tanah Datar cumulatively is the rate / level of PTSD experienced by students in middle category as much as 6%, lower as much as 9.6%, and is very low as much as 84.3%. Furthermore, no student who experienced PTSD at high and very high categories. However, as a specific for each condition and events that never experienced by students, there is still a small portion of students who experience PTSD at high and very high categories. To facilitate the development of students optimally formulated counseling services program includes four service components namely; basic services, responsive service, individual planning services, and support services system.

Abstract

Pokok Permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana strategi komunikasi Da?i dalam berdakwah di masjid Miftahul Jannah Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi  yang digunakan Da?i dalam berdakwah di masjid Miftahul Jannah Kenagarian Koto padang kecamatan koto baru kabupaten dharmasraya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan latar masjid Miftahul Jannah kenagarian Koto Padang kecamatan Koto Baru kabupaten Dharmasraya. pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara secara mendalam dan semi terstruktur untuk mendapatkan hasil serta informasi lengkap sesuai yang di butuhkan oleh peneliti. teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles dan Hubberman Dalam menjamin keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi atau secara sederhana dikenal dengan metode cross check.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan (1) bahwa Da?i dalam berdakwah di masjid Miftahul Jannah yaitu dengan perkataan yang mudah dimengerti dan dapat dipahami oleh mad?u. (2) bahwa strategi Da?i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan bahasa yang sopan dan santun serta memilih kata yang membuat hati senang. (3) bahwa Da?i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan perkataan yang lemah lembut, tidak emosional serta tidak menggunakan intonasi suara yang keras. (4) strategi qawlan maysura yang digunakan Da?i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan perkataan yang sederhana dan bahasa yang ringan. (5) strategi komunikasi ma?rufan yang digunakan Da?i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan materi ceramah yang bermanfaat serta perkataan yang dapat menyejukan hati dan mencerahkan pemikiran. (6) strategi komunikasi qawlan saddidan yang digunakan Da?i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan perkataan yang benar dan perkataan yang lurus serta perkataan yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

Abstract

Abstract The background of this research is that most of the students at SMA Negeri 1 Lintau postpone their academic assignments even though the counselor has made many efforts in counseling, but the results are not significant. Therefore, a new technique is needed to overcome this problem. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of group counseling services with psychodrama techniques to reduce academic procrastination of students at SMA Negeri 1 Lintau in academics. The design of this study was a quasi-experimental with one group pretest and posttest design. The population in this study were students of class XI SMA N 1 Lintau in the 2020/2021 academic year. Samples were selected by simple random sampling. The sample is class XI IPS 4. Then, 20 students are devided into 2. groups; 10 students as the experimental class and 10 students as the control class. The instrument used to obtain the data is a procrastination questionnaire. Independent sample T-test and N-Gain analysis were used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that students' academic procrastination decreased after applying psychodrama techniques, but this approach was not effective in reducing students' academic procrastination significantly based on the N-Gain analysis. In conclusion, psychodrama techniques are effective in reducing students' academic delays. The results showed that students' academic procrastination was reduced after applying the psychodrama approach, but this approach was not effective in reducing students' academic procrastination significantly based on the N-benefit analysis. In conclusion, psychodrama techniques are effective in reducing academic procrastination. The results showed that students' academic procrastination decreased after applying psychodrama techniques, but this approach was not effective in reducing students' academic procrastination significantly based on the N-Gain analysis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan teknik baru untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik psychodrama untuk mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lintau di bidang akademik. Desain penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan one group pretest and posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA N 1 Lintau tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Sampel dipilih secara simple random sampling. Sampelnya adalah kelas XI IPS 4. Kemudian, 20 siswa dibagi menjadi 2. kelompok; 10 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 10 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data adalah angket penundaan. Uji-T sampel independen dan analisis N-Gain digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prokrastinasi akademik siswa menurun setelah menerapkan teknik psychodrama, namun pendekatan ini tidak efektif dalam mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik siswa secara signifikan berdasarkan analisis N-Gain. Kesimpulannya, teknik psikodharma efektif dalam mengurangi keterlambatan akademik siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prokrastinasi akademik siswa berkurang setelah menerapkan pendekatan psikodharma, namun pendekatan ini tidak efektif dalam mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik siswa secara signifikan berdasarkan analisis N-benefit. Kesimpulannya, teknik psychodrama efektif dalam mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prokrastinasi akademik siswa menurun setelah menerapkan teknik psychodrama, namun pendekatan ini tidak efektif dalam mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik siswa secara signifikan berdasarkan analisis N-Gain.
