Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berdasarkan bahwa Maulana Muhammad Zakariyya Al-Kandahlawi adalah seorang ahli hadits, akan tetapi ia menafsirkan ayat-ayat tentang zakat dalam buku Fadhilah Sedekah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskrifsikan tentang: Penafsiran pentingnya, keutamaan, ancaman bagi yang tidak menunaikan zakat oleh Maulana Muhammad Zakariyya Al-kandahlawi. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada aplikasi metode penafsiran Al-Quran.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penafsiran Maulana Muhammad Zakariyya Al-Kandahlawi sebagai berikut: 1) Zakat memiliki dua kedudukan penting yaitu: Pertama pentingnya Zakat bagi Muzakki ialah muzakki bisa menjadi tuan terhadap hartanya, zakat membersihkan harta, jiwanya dan sifat kikir, melatih diri untuk selalu bersyukur, tidak mencintai dunia, dan mengutamakan kekayaan batin. Kedua pentingnya zakat bagi mustahiq ialah memperbaiki ekonomi umat. 2) Keutamaan bagi muzakki yaitu: membersihkan dosa, mengangkat derajat, menjadi orang ikhlas, dan menyuburkan akhlak tepuji. 3) Acaman diberikan kepada orang yang tidak menunaikan zakat ada 2 yaitu. Ancaman di dunia ada 2 yaitu: hukuman yang sifatnya langsung datang dari Allah Swt dan hukuman yang sifatnya dititipkan Allah Swt lewat para penguasa muslim yang taat. Ancaman atau hukuman di akhirat yaitu disetrika dengan harta yang tidak dizakatkan dan ular berbisa akan melilit lehernya

Abstract

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja adalah kegiatan memastikan lingkungan kerja yang aman, pencegahan penyakit fisik dan mental, serta pemberian dukungan yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, baik dari instansi pemerintah maupun perusahaan tempat para pekerja beroperasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurang potensi dari kecelakaan pada saat pengorasian mesin bubut dan mesin gerinda yang ada di tempat pekerja dan juga membantu perusahaan dan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan K3 di industri dan menjaga karyawan serta lingkungan kerja tetap aman dan sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of using the Duolingo application on students' mastery of English in the English Education Study Program at one of the universities in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used in this study, using data collection methods through a Likert scale-based questionnaire adopted from scientific articles. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique, using the criteria of students who have used the Duolingo application for at least one month. The questionnaire consisted of closed-ended statements that measured the intensity of Duolingo application usage and students' English mastery level, including vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and grammar skills. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the relationship between the independent variable (intensity of Duolingo usage) and the dependent variable (English language acquisition). The results showed that using the Duolingo application significantly influences students' mastery of English. Duolingo allows students to learn independently outside of class in a more fun and interactive way and improve their English skills effectively. This finding indicates that Duolingo can be used as an effective supplementary learning medium in the context of English language education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of strategic management for Islamic educational institutions to be adaptable and competitive. The unique educational model is studied as a case study of Sekolah Cendekia BAZNAS (SCB). The primary focus of this research is to analyze the implementation of strategic management at SCB, identifying the strengths, weaknesses, and challenges faced in implementing an educational strategy that integrates Islamic values, nationalism, and technology. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research collected data through interviews, observations, and document analysis, which were then analyzed using a SWOT framework to map the institution's strategic position. Key findings indicate that SCB's strengths lie in its clear vision, the integration of zakat and nationalism values into the curriculum, and IT-based learning innovations. However, the institution also faces significant weaknesses, such as limited qualified human resources (HR), inadequate technological infrastructure, minimal external collaboration, and suboptimal brand awareness. In conclusion, although SCB has successfully laid a strong foundation for strategic management, increasing its effectiveness and competitiveness requires serious attention to sustainable HR development, strengthening its infrastructure, expanding its collaborative network, and developing a more effective marketing strategy. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya manajemen strategik bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk dapat beradaptasi dan berdaya saing, dengan studi kasus pada Sekolah Cendekia BAZNAS (SCB) sebagai model pendidikan yang unik. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen strategik di SCB, mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menjalankan strategi pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam, kebangsaan, dan teknologi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, langkah penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan kerangka SWOT untuk memetakan posisi strategis lembaga. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan SCB terletak pada visi yang jelas, integrasi nilai zakat dan kebangsaan dalam kurikulum, serta inovasi pembelajaran berbasis IT. Namun, lembaga ini juga menghadapi kelemahan signifikan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas, infrastruktur teknologi yang belum memadai, minimnya kolaborasi eksternal, dan brand awareness yang kurang optimal. Kesimpulannya, meskipun SCB telah berhasil meletakkan fondasi manajemen strategik yang kuat, peningkatan efektivitas dan daya saingnya menuntut perhatian serius pada pengembangan SDM secara berkelanjutan, penguatan infrastruktur, perluasan jejaring kolaborasi, serta strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools (SMK) aim to produce workers with the technical (hard skills) and non-technical (soft skills) abilities needed to succeed in the era of globalization. Graduates are expected to thrive and compete in the global job market. This study aims to: (1) determine the level of learning achievement in SMAW welding among 12th-grade students at SMKN 2 Kota Serang, (2) analyze the factors influencing SMAW welding competency achievement. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a phenomenological type and data collection techniques including document analysis, observation, and interviews. The data sources in this study were the Head of the Study Program, productive teachers, and 12 students from classes XII TPL 1 and TPL 2. The results of the study indicate that students' competency achievement, particularly in terms of theoretical mastery, is still relatively low. Conversely, students' practical skills showed better results, especially in steel plate welding activities. However, in underhand welding positions according to the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), both theoretical understanding and practical skills still need to be improved. In terms of visual inspection of welding results, most students have understood the basic theory and are able to identify several types of welding defects, although their understanding of international standards such as ISO 5817 is not yet optimal. Factors influencing competency achievement include the quality of teaching methods, student motivation and discipline, and the availability of practical facilities, particularly limited equipment. Overall, students' competency achievement in SMAW welding is not yet fully optimal and still requires improvement, both in cognitive and psychomotor aspects.
