Abstract

Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, yang terletak di Provinsi Riau, Indonesia, memiliki ekonomi yang didominasi oleh sektor pertanian dan perkebunan, terutama kelapa sawit dan karet. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah serta daya saing sektor-sektor utama yang ada di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Berdasarkan data Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), kontribusi sektor-sektor utama terhadap ekonomi daerah, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi daya saing, diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas tentang potensi dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh daerah ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sektor pertanian, terutama kelapa sawit, menjadi sektor unggulan, tantangan berupa ketergantungan pada komoditas tunggal dan keterbatasan infrastruktur perlu diatasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Indragiri Hulu Regency, located in Riau Province, Indonesia, has an economy dominated by the agricultural and plantation sectors, especially oil palm and rubber. This paper aims to analyze the regional economic growth and competitiveness of the main sectors in Indragiri Hulu Regency. Based on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) data, the contribution of the main sectors to the regional economy, as well as the factors that influence competitiveness, are expected to provide a clearer picture of the potential and challenges faced by this region. The results of the analysis show that although the agricultural sector, especially oil palm, is a leading sector, challenges in the form of dependence on a single commodity and limited infrastructure need to be overcome to increase competitiveness and achieve sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze members' perceptions of the performance of the management of the Lancang Kuning University Lecturers and Employees Cooperative. The study used a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach to 50 active cooperative members. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results showed that members' perceptions of the performance of cooperative management were classified as high to very high, with the highest average values for the service quality indicator (4.48) and management integrity (4.46). The results of the regression analysis showed an R² value of 0.500, which means that management performance has a 50% influence on member perceptions. Service, transparency, and leadership factors are the main aspects that shape positive member perceptions. This study concluded that improving management performance through professional service, financial transparency, and effective communication will strengthen members' trust and loyalty to the cooperative. Keywords: member perception, management performance, cooperatives, service, transparency Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi anggota terhadap kinerja pengurus Koperasi Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas Lancang Kuning. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei terhadap 50 anggota koperasi aktif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif serta regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi anggota terhadap kinerja pengurus koperasi tergolong tinggi hingga sangat tinggi, dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi pada indikator kualitas pelayanan (4,48) dan integritas pengurus (4,46). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan nilai R² sebesar 0,500, yang berarti kinerja pengurus berpengaruh sebesar 50% terhadap persepsi anggota. Faktor pelayanan, transparansi, dan kepemimpinan menjadi aspek utama yang membentuk persepsi positif anggota. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pengurus melalui pelayanan profesional, transparansi keuangan, dan komunikasi efektif akan memperkuat kepercayaan serta loyalitas anggota terhadap koperasi. Kata kunci: persepsi anggota, kinerja pengurus, koperasi, pelayanan, transparansi
