Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memberikan penyuluhan tentang cara mengolah sampah organik menjadi pupuk tanaman kepada warga Griya Rahmani 3 RT011/RW03 Kelurahan Tritajaya Kecamatan Sukmajaya Kota Depok. Metode pendampingan dilakukan dengan edukasi secara online yang dikemas dalam acara webinar, mengingat kondisi pandemic covid-19 untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pengolahan sampah organik menjadi nilai yang lebih berguna berupa pupuk tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran kepada masyarakat khususnya warga Griya Rahmani 3 terhadap pemanfaatan limbah keluarga organik untuk diolah menjadi bahan yang lebih bermanfaat untuk kesuburan tanaman meningkat. Hal ini ditandai dengan Animo warga cukup tinggi, dimana terdapat 136 peserta yang hadir dalam acara webinar tersebut. Pupuk hasil pengolahan tersebut kemudian dikembalikan lagi ke warga, sebagai campuran media tanaman, pupuk pohon buah-buahan, maupun pupuk pohon penghijauan di lingkungan warga Griya Rahmani 3. Penyuluhan ini berimpiklasi terhadap kepedulian dan kesadaran bersama terhadap sampah lingkungan, dimana warga sudah mulai memilah sampah organik dan non organik untuk diolah menjadi nilai yang lebih beranfaat bagi lingkungan.

Abstract

Paper ini menyajikan algoritma pembangkit pulsa kendali untuk mengatur kinerja saklar inverter sebagai driver motor induksi 3 fasa dengan metode Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) melalui simulasi pemodelan menggunakan tools matlab Simulink. Deretan pulsa penyalaan dihasilkan melalui kalkulasi beberapa persamaan matematik yaitu perhitungan sinyal referensi, transformasi tegangan 3 fasa abc ke system dua dimensi dq, sudud sector , pola waktu penyalaan saklar inverter, dan pembanding sinyal pembawa segitiga dengan sinyal modulator. Kinerja saklar inverter membentuk 8 kombinasi keadaan dan diilustrasikan memiliki 6 buah sector yang terpisah 60 derajat antar sector. Inverter dua level yang dibangun menggunakan 3 buah pasang saklar semikonduktor MOSFET. Disain simulasi diharapkan dapat dijadikan bahan acuan para peneliti untuk di implementasikan menjadi peralatan pengendalian mesin . Pemodelan ini juga digunakan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kendali penyalaan saklar inverter , pengaruh indeks modulasi terhadap kinerja saklar, dan pola waktu penyalaan pulsa tiap tiap pasangan saklar inverter. Hasil simulasi menjelaskan bentuk gelombang pulsa penyalaan yang dibangun menghasilkan deretan pulsa terkendali yang dapat menjalankan performa saklar inverter tiga fasa

Abstract

The power conversion from direct current voltage (dc) to alternating current voltage (ac) is called an inverters generally produces a voltage or current waveform that has not approached the sinusoid or in other words, the wave still has ripple or distortion waveform with hight Total Harmonic Distortion (THD )value. One of the factors that influence the resulting inverter waveform is the inverter switchs triggering system. The PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) pulse generation method is a proposed way to solve this problem. To produce a three-phase voltage system, it takes 3 identical power converter circuits but has a different ignition system of 1200 phases for each inverter circuit. The simulation results show that the inverter with an input voltage of 24 V produces three voltage waves of 230/340 V with a Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) content value of 3.565%.

Abstract

The need for lighting to monitor the development of hydroponic vegetable crops at night in the Drangrang farmer group has so far used an electricity source from the Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). Thus, it requires costs to pay for electricity usage every month. This is felt to be quite a burden for farmers because profits are reduced due to additional expenses. The aim of this community service activity is to build a lighting system for pak choy vegetable plants using solar energy for the drangrang farmer group, residents of RT10/RW03, Tirtajaya sub-district, Sukmajaya sub-district, Depok. The method used is to create a solar power plant with a capacity of 200 Wp with a load of incandescent lamps for the lighting needs of vegetable plants at night. The result is that the hydroponic vegetable growing area can be illuminated with 6x@50 W lamps, so that monitoring of the plants can be carried out at any time, both day and night.

Abstract

Aktifitas pengabdian masyarakat (Abdimas) ini bermaksud untuk mengedukasi pengetahuan tentang trik dan tips bertani di lahan perkotaan yang baik kepada kelompok masyarakat tani Drangrang di wilayah RT10/RW03 tirtajaya sukmajaya kota depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi dan wawancara terkait pengolahan lahan wilayah sempit untuk diberdayakan menjadi nilai yang lebih bermanfaat bagi warga dan lingkungan. Tiga orang narasumber memaparkan tentang masalah ketahanan pangan, kiat kiat bertanam tanaman herbal atau obat, dan budidaya lebah madu trigona untuk kesehatan. Hasil yang diperoleh masyarakat khususnya kelompok tani Drangrang sangat antusias dan semangat hingga muncul banyak tanya jawab pada sesi diskusi. Kegiatan ini perlu diteruskan pada event event selanjutnya agar kemandirian pangan dan kesehatan lingkungan dapat terwujud.

Abstract

High DC voltage sources are required in a variety of applications including nuclear measurements, medical equipment (X-rays), corona testers, dielectric strength testing, pulse voltage generation and high voltage electrical resistance testing. Various methods have been developed to produce high DC voltage, including DC-DC converters, boost converters, flyback transformers and Crocroft - Walton. This paper describes a high DC voltage generator using the Crocroft-Walton (CW) rectifier method. This method is based on the principle of converting a low voltage AC wave to a high DC voltage (converter), the level of which is many times the input voltage. The aim of this research is to develop a design for a 12 V DC voltage multiplier to a high DC voltage without a voltage step-up transformer using the CW method using Matlab Simulink tools. The switching control strategy uses two high frequency and low frequency components in the converter circuit. The simulation results show that the input voltage value was successfully doubled to approximately six times, with the highest output voltage value being 4973 V at a pulse width (duty cycle) setting of 0.99 on the converter circuit switch.

Abstract

This article explains the design of an AC to AC converter with different frequencies and voltages depending on the input. Most electrical equipment circulating in society, such as lighting, water pumps, heaters, cooling machines, are powered by an alternating voltage source with a fixed source voltage and frequency. However, this is not the case with certain types of electric motors in several industries that require a voltage source and changing frequency to regulate their rotational speed. A cycloconverter is an AC to AC converter with frequency settings as well as voltage settings on the output side. This cycloconverter is capable of providing an output frequency n times the source frequency () or () where n is the desired frequency. This research was carried out by building a modeling simulation of a Mid Point type single-phase bridge cycloconverter (middle point) using the Matlab Simulink tool. The simulation results show that the cycloconverter output frequency can be adjusted by setting the switch trigger signal on the positive converter and negative converter with the same wave shape or pattern in the positive cycle and in the negative cycle for each nth divider. At low frequencies the THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) value of the cycloconverter midpoint is greater because of the shape factor on the output side.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan disain pengerak motor induksi satu fasa menggunakan matrik konvertor melalui simulasi pemodelan. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui watak dan karakteristik tegangan keluaran, kecepatan motor, torsi ,dan indeks Total harmonic Distortion (THD) terhadap perubahan beban. Metode yang digunakan yakni mendisain rancangan elektronik ke dalam model matlab Simulink kemudian disimulasikan dan dianalisis parameter parameter gelombang keluaran yang diuji. . Hasil simulasi menunjukkan tegangan keluaran hampir berbentuk sinusoida namun masih memiliki kandungan total harmonisa yang cukup tinggi sebesar 103,52%. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh jenis pulsa pengendali penyalaan gerbang matrik konvertor. Sedangkan perubahan empat kondisi torsi beban (1/4T, 1/2T,3/4T,T), semakin besar torsi beban maka kecepatan motor turun secara linier

Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of the influence of changes in excitation capacitors and prime mover speed on the performance of power plants using three-phase induction generators. The objective is to determine the output parameters of voltage, current, active power, reactive power and torque of the induction generator when the generator is rotated by the prime mover at variable speed. The method used is to build a self-excited three-phase induction generator by installing three capacitors in parallel on the stator coil through modeling simulation using the Matlab Simulink tool. The simulation results show that changes in the capacitor and generator drive speed have an effect on the reactive power value produced by the generator.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country located on the equator and has abundant solar energy resources, making it highly potential for developing solar power plants. Currently, national power generation relies heavily on coal and oil, which contributes to global warming, increases carbon emissions in the atmosphere, harms nature, and incurs high development costs. To minimize these negative impacts from conventional power plants, an effective solution is needed, one of which is utilizing solar energy. This research focuses on a photovoltaic electricity generator connected to a stand-alone electrical network, commonly known as a Grid Tie Inverter (GTI). The objective is to supply additional power to a three-phase grid system when the load demand increases. This GTI consists of several key components, including the SunPower SPR-315E-WHT-D 200Wp PV, a Boost Converter circuit, a three-arm three-phase inverter transistor unit, a filter circuit, and a PWM signal generator control system. The method used in this study involves developing a GTI simulation model for a three-wire power system using Matlab Simulink. The simulation results indicate that the output voltage waveform of the three-wire GTI closely resembles a sinusoidal wave, with a Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of 2.47% and an additional power contribution of 250 W to the electrical network.
