Abstract

Rumput laut memiliki potensi yang begitu besar untuk terus dikembangkan.  Pengembangan usaha budidaya rumput laut secara terintegrasi mulai dari hulu (upstream) sampai hilir (downstream) harus menjadi pilar-pilar dalam mengakselerasi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan industrialisasi di bidang perikanan. tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis struktur bisnis rumput laut (Kappaphycus alvarezii) melalui ekonomi sosial dan kelembagaan di Kabupaten Pangkep, menganalisis potensi nilai tambah dan daya saing bisnis rumput laut yang dapat dikembangkan dan menganalisis kelayakan usaha berdasarkan besarnya nilai tambah, distribusi serta mengetahui pelaku usaha dan peranannya di sepanjang rantai nilai bisnis rumput laut. analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kuantitatif terkait dengan added value dan daya saing usaha rumput laut didekati dengan analisis keunggulan komparatif dan kompetitif dengan perhitungan nilai DRCR (Domestic Resources Cost Ratio) dan PCR (Private Cost Ratio). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak positif bagi perekonomian rumah tangga pembudidaya di Kecamatan Segeri dan Labakkang dengan keuntungan bersih masing-masing sebesar Rp 1.882.050/unit dan Rp 3.837.333/unit serta nilai DRCR lebih kecil dari 1 yang berarti bahwa untuk menghasilkan satu satuan nilai tambah diperlukan kurang dari satu satuan biaya faktor domestik yang kesemuanya dinilai dengan harga-harga bayangan. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa rumput laut di Kecamatan Segeri memiliki keunggulan komparatif dan daya saing dibandingkan usaha budidaya rumput laut di Kecamatan Labakkang. Dilihat dari rasio biaya dan penerimaan (R/C ratio), usaha budidaya rumput laut di Kecamatan Segeri dan kecamatan Labakkang masih menguntungkan bagi pembudidaya dan layak untuk dikembangkan.Kata Kunci: daya saing, rumput laut, pendapatan, Kabupaten Pangkep

Abstract

The research method used is simple linear regression analysis through research instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests and heteroscedasticity tests), and hypothesis testing using the t test, as well as correlation tests and determination tests. The results of respondents' responses show that brand image on buying interest has a very good effect. Through the t test, it was obtained that the tcount was 3.426> ttable worth 0.374 with a significance value of 0.002, which is much greater than 0.05. The study shows that the brand image of Bantan brand sardines has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest at PT Sarana Tani Pratama (Y 2.765 + 0.370 X). The t test shows t count = 3.426, t table = 0.374 with a significance of 0.002 which is <0.05 and the coefficient of determination = 0.509, meaning that brand image affects buying interest by 50.9%.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship development among students has an important role in increasing creativity, innovation, and economic independence. The background to the importance of entrepreneurship for students is highlighted as a response to challenges in an increasingly competitive world of work and the increasing need for economic independence. The structured implementation method is described, including tenant recruitment patterns, approaches to selecting prospective participants, as well as the entrepreneurship training methods applied. The results of entrepreneurship development activities include the formation of selected student business groups (tenants), the implementation of entrepreneurship training, and a positive impact on students' mindsets and abilities in generating business. In its implementation, various effective strategies have been implemented to overcome obstacles such as limited resources, differences in background and knowledge, as well as technical and technological obstacles. Entrepreneurship development activities have succeeded in making a significant contribution to shaping the entrepreneurial spirit and economic independence of students. Even though faced with various obstacles, appropriate mitigation efforts have produced positive impacts that can be seen from the formation of student business groups, changes in mindset, and increased students' ability to generate business. The next steps need to focus on strengthening and expanding the program to broaden its positive impact and maintain the sustainability of student entrepreneurial initiatives.

Abstract

Understanding and knowledge about the application of management functions needs to be studied to facilitate the success of seeding activities. This research was carried out for 6 months located at PT. Top De Heus Askra Kendari fry. The aim of this research is to find out how the production process flows in the application of management functions in vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannameii) hatchery activities at PT. Top De Heus Askra fry. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. The data sources used come from primary data and secondary data with the research methods used namely the listening method and skill method, while the techniques used are recording and note-taking techniques, and the analysis tool uses PESTEL analysis. The research results show that the production process flow is interrelated with the management function in vannamei shrimp hatchery activities so that goals can be achieved. At PT. Benur Top De Heus Askra's planning function includes preparation of suggestions and maintenance infrastructure as well as installation and management of the aeration system and the organizing function consists of dividing employee duties and responsibilities, directing, namely carrying out the duties and responsibilities of each employee, and supervision, namely evaluating each activity. The hatchery production process flow activities start from managing the aeration system, preparing brood rearing tanks, receiving broodstock, feeding, spawning broodstock, hatching eggs, preparing larval rearing tanks, stocking naupli, managing water quality, feeding and harvesting.

Abstract

Water quality management means efforts made to maintain water parameters so that they are in a safe condition, the standard of cultivation mediab required. Poor water quality will be the start of disease for shrimp and cn cause stress. Poor water quality can affect growth, metabolic processes and survival. Shrimp become low. The aim of this research is to find out whether the optimal quality management for the survival of vannamei shrimp (litopenaeus vannamei) at the reborn vannamei farm is optimal. The data alalysis method in this research uses quantitative descriptive analiysis techniques.The survival percentage of vaname shirmp from plot A 93,78%, plot B 92,68%, plot C 92,40% and plot D 90,38%. All plot showed a high survival rate from the standard value set by PT. Proteina Central Prima or CP Prima.

Abstract

Service quality management is certainly important in today's increasingly competitive business world. This, of course, is inseparable from the competition of business people in providing services that are guided by meeting customer needs that are able to exceed customer expectations. Customers who meet their needs and feel that the service provided by the service provider exceeds what they expect, then there will be a sense of satisfaction having used the service from the provider. The purpose of this study isto find out the influence of the quality of ornamental corals and how much the service quality affects customer satisfaction in CV. Bali Samudra Anugrah. The type of research used is Quantitative. The data sources used came from Primary Data and Secondary Data with the research methods used, namely questionnaires, literature studies and observations. Hresults of research on the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction in CV. Bali Samudra Anugrah, concluded that there is a significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction. Based on several test results such as simple linear regression analysis, it was found that the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction showed a positive relationship. The results of this research analysis also show that each variable makes a great contribution to customer satisfaction. Abstract

Pomacanthidae is a marine ornamental fish species that has become a favourite for both domestic and global markets. Ornamental fish enthusiasts have now spread across all walks of life. Although the purchasing power of people varies (depending on the class), this is enough to prove that all circles of society are fond of ornamental fish as a business field. The purpose of this study is to analyse the various factors affecting the export of angel pyama angel fish in South Sulawesi and to analyse the various factors affecting the supply of angel pyama fish. The types and sources of data needed in this study consist of Primary Data and Secondary Data. Local price and cost of production of angel pyama and batman fish have a significant positive effect on the amount of production/supply of angel pyama fish and the local price of angel batman fish has a significant negative effect on the amount of angel pyama fish production. The export price of angel pyama fish has a significant negative effect on the amount of export demand for angel pyama fish while the export price of angel batman fish has a significant positive effect on the amount of export demand for angel pyama fish. The exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar has no significant effect on the amount of export demand for angel pyama fish while the export price of angel pyama fish and the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar has a significant effect on the amount of export demand for angel pyama fish.

Abstract

The City of Kediri is one of the leading exporters of commodities. The largest Betta fish producing area is in the Pesantren District, Kediri City. The role of the regional and central government is given as an effort to develop the betta fish business. This study aims to analyze the role of the government in developing the betta fish business in Kediri City with qualitative methods. One of the efforts made by the local government of the city of Kediri is to designate the Ketami village as the Harmoni Betta Village. Meanwhile, the central government has designated Kediri City as an aquaculture village. The government's role is in the form of activities and the provision of infrastructure for betta fish cultivators. Synergy is needed between programs from each agency so that the betta fish business development can run optimally.

Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the flow of material in the handling process and the quality control measures implemented throughout the production stages. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing primary data collected through direct observation, interviews, and secondary data from relevant literature. The findings indicate that the IQF method significantly preserves the quality and freshness of the shrimp, ensuring compliance with international export standards. The study also identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) related to the company's operations, highlighting the importance of maintaining high-quality raw materials and efficient production processes. Recommendations for improving quality control practices and enhancing operational efficiency are provided, emphasizing the need for continuous training and investment in modern technology.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan minat dan keterampilan kewirausahaan mahasiswa melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan digital. Program pelatihan ini mencakup lima tahapan utama: pre-test, rekrutmen peserta, implementasi pelatihan, tindak lanjut, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan sesuai jadwal yang telah disusun, dengan materi yang relevan, interaktif, dan terstruktur, mencakup dasar-dasar kewirausahaan, penggunaan platform digital, strategi pemasaran online, manajemen keuangan, dan pembuatan rencana bisnis. Metode pembelajaran yang beragam seperti ceramah, diskusi, studi kasus, dan latihan praktis digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta. Setelah pelatihan, dukungan tambahan diberikan kepada peserta yang berminat menerapkan keterampilan yang dipelajari. Monitoring dan evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Program ini efektif dalam mengembangkan minat dan keterampilan kewirausahaan mahasiswa, mempersiapkan mereka menjadi wirausahawan sukses di masa depan.
