Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to: (1) Knowing how much influence is generated by the dimension of service quality in this case tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction in PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor (Mitsubishi) Makassar: (2) Knowing the most dominant factors affects the dimension of service quality to customer satisfaction. The method carried out in this study is a descriptive analysis that basically wants to test the truth of a hypothesis that collects data on the ground to predict and explain the relationship or influence of one variable on other variables. Many of the samples studied were 100 samples of respondents who were customers at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor (Mitsubishi). Based on the study concluded that testing doubles the value of F-calculated = 25.443 greater than F-estimated = 2.3113. This shows that variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously positively affect customer satisfaction in PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor (Mitsubishi) Makassar.

Abstract

AbstrakTeknologi Inovasi diversifikasi produk ikan hias karang dengan wadah akurium mini resirkulasi tertutup system modular skala komersial sebagai alternatif mata pencaharian masyarakat nelayan. Tujuan Program ini Peningkatan usaha masyarakat nelayan secara ekonomi yang profitable dan meningkatkan keterampilan softskill dan hardskiil tentang bisnis ikan hias dan pembuatan akuarium untuk lebih mandiri. Metodenya adalah mengikuti semua proses kegiatan pelatihan dan pengenalan tentang bisnis ikan hias skala komersial dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi cara pembuatan aquarium bagi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah dan kelompok nelayan yang menjadi mitra. Hasilnya adalah mampu memahami  tentang kegiatan bisnis ikan hias laut, khususnya pembuatan Teknologi Inovasi diversifikasi produk ikan hias karang dengan wadah akurium mini resirkulasi tertutup system modular skala komersial sebagai alternatif mata pencaharian masyarakat nelayan. Kedua mitra diharapkan dapat bersaing untuk pasar lokal dan selanjutnya ke pasar global atau ekspor. Dengan kegiatan ini terlihat peningkatan ketrampilan pembuatan aquarium skala komersial untuk pasar lokal, dan dapat menjual hasil produksi ikan hias sehingga pendapatan dari Usaha Kecil dan Menengah tersebut lebih meningkat.Kata Kunci : Ikan Hias , Akuarium, Produk, Diversifikasi.AbstractThe Technology Innovation Diversification of Marine Ornamental Fish Products with Akurium Mini Containers Resirkulating Covered Modular System Modular Based Systems As an alternative livelihood of fishermen society. The purpose of this program is increasing the business of economically profitable fishermine society and improving Soft skill and Hard Skiil about the marine ornamental fish business and aquarium making to be more independent. The method is to follow all the process of training activities and the introduction of the commercial scale ornamental fish business continued with demonstrations on how to make aquarium for small and medium enterprises and fishermen groups that are partners. The result is being able to understand the activities of marine ornamental fish businesses, especially the manufacture of innovation technology diversification of coral ornamental fish products with Akurium Mini Containers Closed resirculating modular system modular systems as alternative livelihoods of fishermen society. Both partners are expected to compete for the local market and subsequently to the global or export market. With this activity it appears to increase the skills of making commercial aquarium scale for local markets, and can sell the production of ornamental fish so that the income from small and medium enterprises is increasing.Keywords : Ornamental Fish, Aquarium, Produk, Diversification.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada mitra UKM dan kelompok nelayan agar terjadi peningkatan dalam pendapatan mitra. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Pulau Barrang Lompo Kota Makassar. Adapun metode dan tahapan pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Tahap desk study, tahap memberikan sosialilasi atau pelatihan terkait manajemen bisnis ikan karang hias dan tahap penerapan teknologi ikan hias dan karang hias dan pendampingan kepada mitra selama pemiliharaan karang hias serta tahap Evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini bisa dilihat dari meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam penerapan manajemen bisnis yang baik jika serta tata kelola usaha. meningkatnya pengetahuan tentang teknik pemasaran ikan hias karang yang lebih modern, tertibnya pengadministrasi keuangan usaha mitra, sehingga pembukuan usaha mitra sudah tercatat dengan baik dan benar dan pengetahuan tentang regulasi pemerintah tentang perdagangan  bisnis ikan hias karang.Kata Kunci :  Manajemen Bisnis, Ikan Hias Karang, UKM.Abstract This training activity aims to provide understanding and skills to SME partners and fishing groups so that there is an increase in partner income. This activity was carried out on Barrang Lompo Island, Makassar City. The methods and stages of service used are the desk study stage, the stage of providing socialization or training related to ornamental reef fish business management and the stage of applying ornamental fish and ornamental coral technology and assistance to partners during the selection of ornamental corals and the Evaluation stage. The results of this service activity can be seen from the increased knowledge and skills of partners in implementing good business management as well as business governance. increased knowledge of more modern coral ornamental fish marketing techniques, orderly financial administration of partner businesses, so that the partner's business books have been recorded properly and correctly and knowledge of government regulations regarding trade of coral ornamental fish business.Key Words :  Business Management, Coral Ornamental Fish, SmeS.

Abstract

This research aims (1) to know and analyze the influence of Service Quality Dimensions at Clarion Hotel and Convention Makassar, (2) to know what dimension that mostly influence the service quality of customer. This research is a survey towards Customer of Clarion Hotel and Convention Makassar. Analysis unit in this research is individual. Sample selection is y using Random Sampling method. The observed variable is (1) customer’s satisfaction, (2) realibility, (3) responsibility , (4) assurance, (5) emphaty, and (6) tangible. The obtained data then analyzed by using multiple regression with calculation through computer with SPSS. The results show that (1) the results of statistic test that simultanously reability, responsibility, assurance, emphaty and tangible influence towards the customer satisfaction of Clarion Hotel and Convention Makassar. (2) partially show that service quality in form of responsibility give the most contribution towards the level of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The potential of fishery resources in Indonesia is very abundant especially in South Sulawesi but has not been utilized to the fullest. This is because there is a lack of mastery of technological innovation handling coral ornamental fish, especially the production of marine ornamental fish. The objective of the Regional product development Program is to develop the business activities of a group of fishermen who are more self-reliant economically profitable and social, creating tranquility, comfort in community life and improving skills in a softskill and Hardskill, the number and quality of products increased to market, the product markets can be broadly open to export products, environmental health improvement, The method used is the socialization of PPPUD program. Training on how to capture and handle ornamental fish using Cleopatra nets and clove oil, operationalization and monitoring and evaluation program to ensure the sustainability and development of this PPPUD. The solutions offered in this activity is a more efficient decorative fish business management system and the results of ornamental fish products that are the standard export that will be applied to the East Marine SMES, as well as the implementation of the SME management system.

Abstract

The attractiveness of a tourist area is a driving force for a tourism place, therefore the tourist attraction is the main driver that encourages tourists to visit a tourist spot. The method used in this service is the method of transferring knowledge and skills through a participatory approach. The forms of activities provided to partners are training, counseling and mentoring. The stages of the activity begin with observation, namely interviews with relevant government and stakeholders. The activity continued with the socialization of the PIPK program and holding a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) to find out the conditions that are currently happening at the service location, whether in the form of obstacles, threats, constraints or potentials that exist and are feasible to develop. The next stage is formulating alternative policy programs taken, offering the right solution in overcoming problems from partners. The stages of implementation through training and counseling and providing assistance. The results of this community service activity can be seen in each of the Pokdarwis Bahari partners, namely 1 (one) design of a tourism site plan, Availability of adequate facilities, 1 ( one) tourism management structure, 1 (one) online-based promotional media and for lagoon KUB partners, 1 (one) design of fishery product processing equipment as well as diversification of various processed fishery products that are ready to be marketed.

Abstract

After being hit by the Covid 19 pandemic, Indonesia is still trying to rise from the economic downturn, especially with the many paralysed microbusinesses. Perspective updates have also weakened because of activity restrictions during the pandemic. Before the pandemic, the macro film industry was rapidly growing. Now, it is the turn of the microfilm industry to rise due to new ways of promotion without incurring expensive production costs. The role of sustainable marketing is needed to achieve this target for 2023. The Systematic Literature Review was used as the methodology to analyse the data in this research. The results show that the influencer marketing industry and the influencer agencies depend on social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how social media affects consumers' purchase intentions. 181 respondents were given questionnaires as part of a nonprobability sampling strategy that also included a quantitative methodology in this study. The data analysis approach used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. When using the Likert scale approach of validity, operational variables were measured using SPSS 25.0, a computer measuring tool. The results showed that brand image, social media, electronic word-of-mouth, perceived value, and brand image were all significantly positive predictors of purchase intention. The component in this study that has the most effect on consumers' motivation to purchase is perceived value.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to improve the empowerment of fishing communities in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency through the implementation of a fisherman logbook system (celebesreeffish.com). During the implementation of this PIPK Program, the results obtained include significant adoption by fishing communities of the fisherman logbook system, increased efficiency in recording fisheries catches, increased understanding of ornamental fish species, and increased collaboration between fishermen and local governments in maintaining the sustainability of marine resources. This activity is a form of supporting the vision and mission of the Pangkajene and Islands Regency Government in realizing a prosperous, superior, competitive, and religious civil society, based on sustainable local resources, especially in marine/fisheries-based community economic development, which is one of the Government's priority programs. This program strengthens the role of fishermen in conserving marine resources and improving their quality of life, in line with sustainable development goals

Abstract

The marine ornamental fish business has experienced significant growth every year in Indonesia. This study aims to conduct feasible business analysis for marine ornamental fish commodities at PT. Indotama Putra Wahana. This study aims to evaluate the financial feasibility and investment in the marine ornamental fish business by achieving maximum sustainable profits. The research was conducted from March to July 2023. Data collection was carried out using primary and secondary data using interview methods and direct field observations (PT. Indotama Putra Wahana, DKI Jakarta). Data were analyzed using NPV (Net Present Value), Payback Period, Profitability Index, IRR (Internal Rate of Return), and BEP (Break Even Point). The results show that the NPV of cash flows for 10 years with a discount rate of 20% has a Profitability Index of 1.2. This indicates that the marine ornamental fish business has promising prospects. Data analysis also shows that the payback period is 3.4 years, the Net Present Value is IDR 9.972.734.254, and the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) is 21.8% which exceeds the interest rate of 11.5%. Break Even Point (BEP) of IDR 1.489.913.724 or 8.343 fish. These values indicate that this marine ornamental fish business generates positive income or profits.
