Abstract

Bank sebagai lembaga keuangan adalah bagian dari faktor penggerak kegiatan perekonomian. Kegiatan-kegiatan lembaga sebagai penyedia dan penyalur dana akan menentukan baik tidaknya perekonomian suatu Negara. Dalam perkembangannya, Industri perbankan merupakan salah satu sumber pembiayaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang diinginkan, ketersediaan kredit perbankan memberikan kemungkinan perusahaan untuk melakukan investasi yang tidak bias dilakukan dengan dana sendiri serta memungkinkan rumah tangga untuk melakukan konsumsi yang lebih baik, Oleh karena itu, penyaluran kredit dengan bentuk pendapatan bunganya menjadi sumber utama pendapatan bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor makro ekonomi terhadap Non Performing Loan pada bank umum di Indonesia dan untuk mengetahui variabel bebas mana yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap Non Performing Loan bank umum di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data time series dari tahun 2005 sampai dengan 2019. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dan variabel yang digunakan, Kurs Valas (X1), Tingkat Suku Bunga BI Rate (X2) dan Tingkat Inflasi (X3) dan Non Performing Loan (Y) sebagai variabel terikatnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Kurs Valas (X1), Tingkat Suku Bunga BI Rate (X2) dan Tingkat Inflasi (X3) dan Non Performing Loan (Y) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Non Performing Loan (Y) Ditunjukkan dengan Fhitung = 15,911 > Ftabel = 3,59 Sedangkan secara parsial, variabel, Kurs Valas (X1), dan Tingkat Inflasi (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Non Performing Loan (Y). Abstract

MSME is a sector that plays an important role in the development of the Indonesian economy and has high potential to improve economic welfare. In today's modern era, it turns out that there are still many MSMEs that are slow in their development process. Many obstacles are faced by business actors such as lack of capital, lack of knowledge, marketing strategies that can be considered old-fashioned, to the lack of innovations made to keep up with the times. As a solution to these problems, MSME assistance is needed to increase competitiveness. The world of marketing has changed along with the development of information technology. Marketing strategies that used to be conventional are now starting to spread in the digital world. Digital marketing is interactive marketing that makes it easier for producers, distributors and consumers to make transactions. The field of business that is most in demand by people from various circles today is the fashion sector. UMKM Yeera Collection is one of the small businesses in the Wonorejo Subdistrict that has just been developed which produces knitted and ecoprint fashion products, this UMKM needs assistance because of the lack of knowledge about digital marketing. The method used is a qualitative method, where the method is used to explain the mentoring process. The implementation of this activity aims to enable the Yeera Collection UMKM to understand the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy. The implementation was carried out in four stages, namely observation by mapping MSMEs, education through outreach, digital marketing assistance with several steps such as logo and packaging assistance, e-catalog assistance, social media assistance, and online financial report assistance, as well as the final evaluation.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari tim Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) “Veteran” Jawa Timur di Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Tembalang Sejahtera, Desa Tembalang, Wlingi, Blitar, berfokus pada pengembangan unit usaha yang dikelola BUMDes, termasuk agrowisata Vialor, Unit Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Jamu Sari Rempah, dan UMKM olahan keripik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial, pemasaran digital, serta memperkuat daya saing produk lokal. Tim pengabdian dari UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur memberikan pendampingan berupa pelatihan manajemen usaha, pengelolaan keuangan, dan strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial dan Google Ads. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan dalam aspek pengelolaan usaha, efisiensi produksi, dan perluasan jangkauan pasar melalui digital marketing. Produk lokal, seperti jamu dan keripik, mengalami peningkatan penjualan berkat branding dan pemasaran yang lebih modern. Kegiatan ini berhasil mendorong BUMDes dan UMKM setempat untuk lebih berdaya saing, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa melalui ekonomi berbasis lokal dan digital.

Abstract

This paper presents the implementation of a NoSQL-based distributed database for a waste bank application aimed at improving the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of waste management systems. Traditional relational databases often struggle with handling large volumes of transactional data in real-time, particularly in expanding waste bank networks. The proposed solution utilizes MongoDB to address these challenges by distributing data across multiple servers, ensuring enhanced performance and scalability. The study focuses on managing user information, waste deposit transactions, and real-time updates. Testing was conducted using real-world data from Indonesia, involving 500 users and 15,000 transactions. The system demonstrated strong scalability, processing up to 5,000 transactions per minute with an average response time of 50ms. Additionally, real-time updates were delivered with a latency of 100ms, maintaining high user engagement. Results show that the NoSQL-based system offers significant improvements in handling large datasets, ensuring data consistency, and maintaining system uptime of 99.8%. This approach is well-suited for modern waste bank applications, particularly in diverse environments like Indonesia.
