Abstract

This study explores the development and implementation of quantum annealing algorithms for optimizing neural networks in big data analysis. The background highlights the computational challenges faced by traditional optimization techniques in handling large-scale datasets and the potential of quantum computing to overcome these challenges. The research objective is to demonstrate the effectiveness of quantum annealing algorithms in improving training time, convergence rates, and predictive accuracy of neural networks. Methodologically, the study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing simulation experiments and empirical data analysis to evaluate the performance of quantum-enhanced optimization techniques. The results indicate significant reductions in training time, accelerated convergence rates, and improved predictive accuracy, showcasing the potential of quantum computing to enhance machine learning models for big data analytics. These findings have implications for various industries reliant on data-driven decision-making, paving the way for transformative developments in computational intelligence and quantum-enhanced machine learning.

Abstract

Quality Function Deployment (QFD) merupakan metode sistematis untuk menerjemahkan kebutuhan pelanggan ke dalam spesifikasi teknis produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan QFD dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk, serta menjembatani komunikasi antara tim pemasaran dan pengembangan produk. Studi kasus dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur sepatu, dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, survei, dan analisis matriks House of Quality (HoQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QFD mampu mengidentifikasi prioritas teknis yang paling berdampak terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Implikasi dari hasil ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam pengembangan produk yang lebih tepat sasaran.

Abstract

The development of blockchain technology and the adoption of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) have created new opportunities for digital creative entrepreneurs to generate economic value based on unique digital assets. However, the use of NFTs in entrepreneurial practices in the creative sector still faces various obstacles, such as unclear adaptive business models, low technological literacy, and a lack of strategic frameworks that can be widely implemented. This study aims to develop a relevant and applicable NFT-based business model for digital creative entrepreneurship. Qualitative research methods were employed using an exploratory case study approach, involving in-depth interviews with digital creative entrepreneurs who have or are potentially integrating NFTs into their business strategies. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and key variables that influence the success of NFT adoption in business models. The results of the study indicate that an effective business model includes four main stages: digital value creation, distribution through NFT platforms, blockchain-based monetization mechanisms, and digital community management. The implications of this research suggest that NFT adoption can enhance monetization opportunities, strengthen relationships with user communities, and expand market reach for creative entrepreneurs. These findings contribute theoretically to the development of digital entrepreneurship literature and practically to the development of business strategies based on new technologies in the digital economy era.

Abstract

Abstract— Traditional food can provide a good image and economic improvement in an area. Ciamis Regency is known as a region producing traditional food, one of which is Galendo. The center of the sale and purchase of Galendo products in Ciamis Regency is still centered in a wholesale market that is less strategic. This research proposes the determination of the location of the Galendo IKM center and the development of various integrated facilities and infrastructure by the central government, which can be shared by other Galendo IKM. The determination of the location of the Galendo IKM center is analyzed by the center of gravity method. The distance of IKM location, production output, and transportation costs from 21 Galendo producers in the Cijeungjing, Cilame, Jendral Soedirman, Pawindan, Pamalayan, Sadananya, and Baregbeg areas are used to calculate the total transportation costs from each IKM location. The initial coordinate point is the location of the Ciamis Main Market which is compared with the 4 proposed coordinate points in order to produce the lowest total transportation costs. The total cost from the initial location of the Main Market is IDR 95,532,205. Whereas the total cost at proposed location 1 is only around Rp 80,015,976 which is lower than the initial location in the wholesale market. Keywords— center of gravity; galendo; distance; IKM centers; total cost. Abstrak— Keberadaan makanan tradisional suatu daerah dapat mengangkat citra positif daerah tersebut. Kabupaten Ciamis dikenal akan daerah penghasil berbagai jenis makanan tradisional, salah satu diantaranya adalah galendo. Kegiatan jual beli produk galendo di Kabupaten Ciamis masih berpusat di pasar induk yang lokasinya dinilai kurang strategis. Penentuan lokasi sentra IKM galendo diperlukan berikut dengan pengembangan berbagai sarana dan prasarana terpadu oleh pemerintah pusat, yang dapat digunakan bersama oleh para pelaku IKM. Penentuan lokasi sentra IKM galendo dilakukan menggunakan metode center of gravity. Jarak antar lokasi IKM, beban berupa output produksi, dan biaya transportasi dari 21 produsen Galendo yang tersebar di daerah Cijeungjing, Cilame, Jendral Soedirman, Pawindan, Pamalayan, Sadananya, dan Baregbeg digunakan untuk mengitung total biaya transportasi dari masing-masing titik lokasi IKM. Titik koordinat awal adalah lokasi Pasar Induk Ciamis yang dibandingkan dengan 4 titik koordinat usulan guna menghasilkan total biaya transportasi yang paling rendah. Total biaya jika sentra berada di lokasi awal yakni Pasar Induk, adalah mencapai Rp 95.532.205. Sedangkan total biaya di lokasi usulan 1 hanya berkisar Rp 80.015.976 yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan lokasi awal di pasar induk.   Kata kunci— center of gravity; galendo; jarak; sentra IKM; total biaya.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan pada PT. HG masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk yang dipasarkan, meskipun kualitas produk, harga dan lokasi pemasaran dapat bersaing dengan produk sejenis, hal ini diduga disebabkan perusahaan dalam memperkenalkan nilai manfaat produk dengan cara mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan promosi belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh periklanan, pemasaran langsung, dan promosi penjualan, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap omzet penjualan minyak goreng pada pada PT. HG. Penelitian menggunakan metode survai eksplanatori, metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Teknik analisis data untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa bauran promosi pada PT. HG secara umum sudah tergolong cukup, namun demikian bauran promosi yang dilaksanakan optimal karena belum mencapai tingkatan yang paling baik. Omzet penjualan pada PT. HG masih belum memenuhi target yang ditetapkan, yaitu sebesar 42 ton per minggu, tetapi hanya baru mencapai 38 ton per minggu. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statisitik menunjukan bauran promosi yang dilaksanakan PT. HG dengan toleransi yang besar mempunyai hubungan yang berarti dan sangat kuat dengan omzet penjualan yaitu 82,6 %, dimana dari periklanan sebesar 20,6 %, dari pemasaran langsung sebesar 35,6 %, dan promosi penjualan sebesar 26,4 %).

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) digital marketing applied by Tikar mendong Mekar Putra, 2) the role of digital marketing in increasing sales of Tikar Mendong Mekar Putra, and 3) identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats available using SWOT analysis. The method used in this study is qualitative-descriptive research, namely research based on the strength of analytic descriptions. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. While data analysis uses SWOT analysis. The results of the study reveals that Tikar Mendong Mekar Putra practices digital marketing strategies (online marketing) through social media such as Facebook, instagram, and other internet networks that are connected with wider consumer reach since 2017. Tikar Mendong Mekar Putra cooperates with Zalora, a market place for online media sales that can be accessed globally. The application of digital marketing by Tikar Mendong Mekar can increase sales. This is so because consumers are wider, closer, can check the quality and reputation of the product, and can make transactions online.
