Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil tinjauan pada Pekerjaan Pembangunan Jaringan  Irigasi D.I Jambo Aye Kanan (3028 Ha) DI Kabupaten Aceh  Utara dan Aceh Timur (MYC). Pekerjaan tersebut memakan waktu kurang lebih 6 tahun. Perhitungan penyesuaian harga/eskalasi membandingkan antara Perpres no. 80 tahun 2003 dengan Perpres no. 16  tahun 2018. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapat langsung oleh peneliti dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari pihak kedua. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapat berdasarkan Perpres no. 80 tahun 2003 nilai eskalasi diperoleh Rp 13.915.915.543 atau sebesar 13,71% dari kontrak awal Rp. 101.490.316.396  , sedangkan berdasarkan Perpres no. 16 tahun 2018 nilai yang didapat adalah sebesar Rp 9.289.817.768 atau 9,71%. Berdasarkan data BPS inflasi kumulatif yang terjadi dari tahun 2017 s/d 2022 adalah sebesar 18,52%. Abstract

Besarnya intensitas curah hujan sangat diperlukan untuk melakukan perhitungan debit banjir. Intensitas hujan adalah hujan yang dinyatakan dalam tinggi hujan atau volume hujan tiap satuan waktu. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data curah hujan harian maksimum selama 10 tahun yang diperoleh dari Stasiun Klimatologi Malikussaleh yang terletak di Kabupaten Aceh Utara Provinsi Aceh. Berdasarkan hasil analisa distribusi, jenis distribusi yang sesuai adalah distribusi Log Pearson III dan memenuhi uji Smirnov Kolmogorov, dari hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat dihitung curah hujan rencana dengan berbagai periode ulang. Metode penentuan analisa intensitas hujan dilakukan dengan dua metode, yaitu metode Mononobe dan Hasper Der Weduwen. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan intensitas hujan metode Mononobe diperoleh intensitas hujan tertinggi sebesar 106,918 mm, dengan nilai kolerasi 0,846. Sedangkan metode Hasper Der Weduwen diperoleh intensitas hujan tertinggi sebesar 138,8230 mm, dengan nilai kolerasi 0,892. Dari hasil analisa perbandingan yang dilakukan antara metode Mononobe dan Hasper Der Weduwen didapakan hasil yang paling baik dan mendekati adalah metode Hasper Der Weduwen.

Abstract

Untuk melayani lalu lintas orang, kendaraan maupun barang maka pembangunan jalan merupakan tujuan utama yang dilakukan. Salah satu jalan yang terdapat di kabupaten aceh tengah ini adalah jalan sengeda-takengon. Kemacetan di ruas jalan ini sudah menjadi hal yang biasa setiap harinya. Untuk melihat kondisi ini maka dilakukan survey pengamatan lalu lintas dilapangan selama 12 jam yaitu jam 07.00-19.00 WIB yang dilaksanakan pada hari, senin, kamis, dan sabtu. Untuk menganalisa volume, kecepatan dan kepadatan lalu lintas ini digunakan model liner Greenshields, Greenberg dan Underwood. Untuk model Greenshields kecepatan-kepadatan (S-D) S = 36 – 0,27D, volume-kecepatan V = 133,38S – 3,75 S2, volume-kepadatan V = 35,54D – 0,27 D2. Model Greenberg, kecepatan-kepadatan (S-D) S = 8,19Ln(856,71/D), volume-kecepatan V = V = 856,71Se-s/8,19, volume-kepadatan V = 8,19DLn856,7/D. Model Underwood kecepatan-kepadatan (S-D) S = 36,5e-D/103,24, volume-kecepatan V = 103,24SLn36,5/S, volume-kepadatan V = 36,5De-D/103,24. Untuk jalan Sengeda – Takengon model yang dapat dikatakan paling sesuai adalah Greenshield dengan nilai volume lalu lintas paling rendah yaitu Vm = 1184,93 Smp/Jam.

Abstract

The construction of fishing boats in Aceh Singkil Regency continues to rely on wood as the primary material. This practice poses challenges for fishermen in expanding their fishing production capacity, as procuring sufficient wood for larger boats becomes a significant hurdle. The Aceh Singkil Regency government has imposed restrictions on forest logging for industrial purposes. In response to this limitation, the community service team from Abulyatama University has proposed an alternative solution—exploring materials other than wood that can offer greater boat capacity. The implementation of this initiative involves hands-on training for fishermen and the evaluation of product quality. The step-by-step processes undertaken by fishing groups in boat construction include: (1) interpreting design drawings, (2) crafting molds, (3) applying gelcoat, (4) constructing boat bodies, (5) creating coolboxes, (6) finishing, and (7) conducting sea trials for the fishing boats. The tangible outcome of this endeavor is a fully functional product crafted by the fishing group. The community exhibited remarkable enthusiasm throughout the process, as the fishing group actively participated in every stage of boat construction. This training proved highly beneficial for the fishermen, who strongly desire continued guidance in future shipbuilding endeavors. Certificates were awarded to the fishermen upon completing the activity as a commendation for their commitment to the training process.

Abstract

Villa Buana is a settlement located in Dusun Ujung Engking, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar Regency. The flood that occurred in 2020 resulted in the overflow of drainage channels by 50-100 cm. This study aims to analyze the handling of standing floodwaters based on rainfall calculations using a return period of 2 years and planned discharge calculations using the rational method and HEC-RAS 4.0 simulation modeling.The working concept of this drainage system plan is that rainwater runoff entering the residential drainage is channeled to the planned drainage through three levels of conveyance: network channels, secondary channels, and main channels, leading to the output or existing drainage.Based on the re-evaluations conducted every two years using the Log Pearson Type III method, a standard deviation (Sd) of 0.1219 was obtained, a skewness coefficient (Cs) of 2.838, and a rain intensity calculation of 35.59 mm/hour. The discharge calculation using the rational method yielded a discharge of 0.786 m³/second. This planned drainage system consists of 16 segments, including 7 main channels, 2 secondary channels, and 7 network channels.

Abstract

Building planning must pay attention to strong and economical aspects. By paying attention to these aspects, structural calculations and work implementation must be carried out using SAP 2000 or ETABS. In planning steel structures, planners need to calculate the loads on the building. After the load calculation is carried out, the next step is to carry out structural analysis and planning. This final project aims to make a comparison between SAP 2000 software and ETABS software so as to produce a comparison of the forces produced as well as the forms of modes, moments and movement animations. To make calculations easier and faster, the author uses the spectrum response method with the help of the ETABS and SAP 2000 programs in preparing this final assignment. The reinforcement details from SAP 2000 and ETABS calculations with the reinforcement details from secondary data are the same. From the results of the two applications, there are several differences produced, including in the 5-5 section in the column the axial force is 1.52%, the moment is 2.56% and the shear force is 1.01% with a greater value in the ETABS application. The G-G section in the column the axial force is 1.52%, the moment is 2.56% and the shear force is 1.01% with larger values in the ETABS application.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of adding steel fiber and glass waste on the compressive strength of concrete. In this research, steel fiber and glass waste were used as additional ingredients in the concrete mixture with the aim of improving the mechanical properties of concrete, especially compressive strength. The concrete used consists of a mixture of cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water, as well as variations in the addition of 1% and 2% steel fiber taken from the total weight of cement, split, fine sand and coarse sand. Glass waste in several percentages (5%, 10%, and 15%) based on cement weight. Concrete samples were made and tested at 28 days using the concrete compressive strength testing method in accordance with SNI. The research results showed that the addition of steel fiber and glass waste had an effect on increasing the compressive strength of concrete at a percentage of 1% steel fiber and 15% glass waste. Overall, the use of steel fiber and glass waste can improve the mechanical properties of concrete, provide an environmentally friendly material alternative, and introduce the concept of recycling in construction.

Abstract

Generally, a building structure planning in Indonesia, both office buildings and other buildings, uses a square-shaped column design as a force buffer for the main beams, but in some conditions there are also buildings that use round columns as the main structure. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the influence of the existing column cross-sectional shape used in the Banda Aceh District Court Building and the circular column cross-sectional shape on the basic seismic shear force and the deviation between levels. The Banda Aceh District Court Building is planned to have 3 floors with a building area of 4,800 m2. The research process carried out is quantitative in nature where it begins with the collection of data on the structure and drawings of the building. The final project research method uses Etabs v21 and spColumn software where the structure analysis only includes the column structure. The earthquake load was calculated using the equivalent static method based on SNI 1726-2019. From the results of the analysis obtained from spColumn , the existing column cross-sectional shape used in the District Court Building has a basic seismic shear force of 7639.995 kN for the X direction and 7639.994 kN for the Y direction.   The existing column cross-sectional shape used in the District Court Building has an elastic drift value of ex 1.195 mm, a daney value of 0.875 mm, an inelastic drift value of 6.573 mm and a y value of 4.813 mm. For the shape of the cross-section of the round column, the value of elastic drift ex is 3.199 mm and ey 2.718 mm, the value of inelastic drift x 17.595 mm and y is 14.949 mm, where from the results of the calculation of the deviation between the levels does not exceed the drift limit value of the two cross-sectional forms of the column.

Abstract

Steel fibers that function as small-sized reinforcements. The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical properties of sand in the form of specific gravity, bulk density, sieve analysis, fineness modulus. And analyze the mechanical properties in the form of compressive strength. Steel fibers used with variations of 0%, 1%, 2%, and 3% of the total weight of cement with a fiber length of ± 1cm. The test objects in this study were in the form of cubes with a diameter of 5cm x 5cm x 5cm and a volume of 125cm3 with a total of 36 test objects. The results of the specific gravity examination of fine aggregates using 3 samples, namely A, B, and C, obtained an average saturated surface dry density (SSD) of 2.67, an average oven dry density of 2.56 and an average water absorption of 3.96%. The results of the bulk density examination were 1.826 kg / l. The results of sieve analysis show that the aggregate used is included in the aggregate category as sand (zone II) with a fineness modulus value of 2.86, with a fineness requirement of 1.5 - 3.8. The results of mechanical properties in the form of a pressure test on mortar at the age of 7 days experienced a decrease in succession from M0 18.24 MPa by 17.5%, 11.3%, and 7.7%, with a value of M1 15.05MPa, M2 16.19 MPa, and M3 16.84 MPa. For mortar aged 14 days also experienced a decrease in succession from M0 18.25 MPa by 9.7%, 5.6%, and 1% with a value of M1 16.48 MPa, M2 17.24 MPa, and M3 18.08 MPa, due to the Bonding Stringht mechanism. Meanwhile, for 28 day old mortar, the M0 18.48 MPa increased successively by 1.1%, 3.4% and 11.5% with values of M1 18.48 MPa, M2 19.11 MPa and M3 20.61 MPa.
