Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang hadis misoginis dengan menggunakan heremenutika Hans Gadamer. Tersebarnya hadis misoginis dalam literatur Islam telah berdampak negatif pada eksistensi perempuan dalam wilayah privat dan publik, dimana hadis-hadis tersebut dipahami secara tekstual-patrial yang menguntungkan kaum laki-laki. Pada wilayah ini dibutukan pembacaan baru untuk menggali makna kemanusiaan sebagaimana Nabi Muhammad diutus untuk perubahan moral. Teori hermeneutika digunakan supaya menemukan nilai yang tersembunyi dibalik teks dan pemahaman. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian pustaka yang menggali data dari literatur untuk menemukan gambaran dalam pembacaan hadis misoginis. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hermeneutika digunakan untuk meretas kesenjangan dalam memahami hadis misoginis, hadis misoginis merupakan hasil dari interaksi Nabi dengan konteks pada masanya dan hadis misoginis masih terbuka untuk dimaknai dengan ragam pendekatan dan teori yang memungkinkan untuk menemukan nilai moral yang terkandung di dalamnya.

Abstract

Riffat Hasan is one of the Muslim feminists who againsts the strong patriarchal culture in her environment. Riffat Hasan’s idea of equality is a breath of fresh air for women who have been embraced by a growing patriarchal culture. As a Muslim feminist, Riffat hasan uses gender as an analysis to dismantle the construction of patriarchal culture covered with religious message, especially the hadith. The development of religious patriarchism is the result of interpretation of religious teachings that have the impression of misogynistic. Misogynistic interpretation model is one of the relationships that show the interaction of patriarchal culture with religion. The relationship forms a mutually supportive argument between religious teachings and patriarchal culture. So, both regions are understood as one unity. But as a critical effort on the development of religious patriarchism, Riffat Hasan’s idea of gender can be used as a medium for finding ideological constructs, and the use of epistemology in the understanding of religious teachings. Thus, the relationship of religion and patriarchal culture is no longer seen as a unity that must be obeyed thoroughly.

Abstract

Abstrac. This paper specifically discusses the Islamic sects from the social aspect, given the birth of the religious school can not be separated from the social environment. Social behavior has shaped the character in understanding the teachings of religion, thus giving birth to religious streams adapted to the local social context. Therefore, the growth of Islam is part of social interaction and religious teachings that become the repertoire of Islamic theological thought, such as Ahmadiyah. As a religious organization, the birth of Ahmadiyah is not much different from the birth of Shia, Sunni and Khawarij. Given that each sect has a different social character at the beginning of its birth, so does the Ahmadiyya. the sociologically Ahmadiyya is a portrait of the Islamic struggle in India with the surrounding theological character. This study is a research library that aims to analyze the history of Islamic theological thought by using social approach. Hopefully, it can open Islamic discourse related to the birth of sect in Islam, especially Ahmadiyah. Given the birth of a sect is not a religious teaching that comes from God, but part of one's ijtihad in answering social problems in a time. Keywords: Ahmadiyah, Islamic theologi, social Abstrak. Tulisan ini secara khusus mendiskusikan sekte-sekte Islam dari aspek sosial, mengingat lahirnya aliran keagamaan tidak bisa lepas dari lingkungan sosial. Perilaku sosial  telah membentuk karakter dalam memahami ajaran agama, sehingga melahirkan aliran-aliran keagamaan yang disesuaikan dengan konteks sosial setempat. Oleh sebab itu, tumbuhnya aliran Islam adalah bagian dari interaksi sosial dan ajaran agama yang menjadi khazanah pemikiran teologi Islam, seperti Ahmadiyah. Sebagai sebuah organisasi keagamaan, lahirnya Ahmadiyah tidak jauh berbeda dengan lahirnya Syiah, Sunni dan Khawarij. Mengingat masing-masing sekte memiliki karakter sosial berbeda pada awal kelahirannya, begitu juga Ahmadiyah. secara sosiologis Ahmadiyah adalah potret dari pergulatan Islam di India dengan karakter teologis yang melingkupi. Kajian ini merupakan library research yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa sejarah pemikiran teologi Islam dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosial. Diharapkan, dapat membuka wacana keislaman terkait dengan lahirnya sekte dalam Islam, terutama Ahmadiyah. Mengingat lahirnya sekte bukan ajaran agama yang datang dari Tuhan, tetapi bagian dari ijtihad seseorang dalam menjawab problem sosial dalam suatu masa. Kata Kunci: Ahmadiyah, teologi Islam, sosial

Abstract

This article specifically studied about Khaled Abou el Fadl’s thought about the authority and authoritarianism in the interpretation. The Qur’an, divine Kalam, has the ultimate authority in human life, where it’s part of God’s manifestation in realizing the intent and purpose. The effort to understand the Qur’an has been done since the verse was revealed and even developed in accordance with the times and has produced many exegetical products, such as Sufi interpretation, fiqh, philosophy, etc. The Divine Message neatly arranged in the Qur’an has been shaped a text. The text as a sign represents the Divine purpose in conveying its meaning. Therefore, the reader must be wise and careful in understanding the text of the Qur’an. If the reader is careless in understanding al Qur’an though only slightly, they will be authoritarian people.

Abstract

The relationship forms a mutually supportive argument between religious teachings and patriarchal culture. So that both regions are understood as one-unit. But as a critical effort on the development of religious patriarchism, Riffat Hasan's idea of ​​gender can be used as a medium for finding ideological constructs, and the use of epistemology in the understanding of religious teachings. Thus, patriarchal religious and cultural relations are no longer seen as a whole that must be thoroughly replicated.

Abstract

This paper is a critical study of the discourse on religion and patriarchal culture. The development of religious patriarchism results from the interpretation of spiritual teachings that have the impression of a gender bias; the gender bias interpretation model is one of the relationships that shows the interaction of patriarchal culture with religion. Disclosure of the relationship between religion and patriarchism to understand the boundaries of what is called religion and interpretation and other elements in the meaning of religion. This paper is library research that relies on literature data related to gender and religion by using the theory of gender criticism to find answers to religious alliances and patriarchism. This paper shows that epistemologically, a series of meanings related to women's lives is interpreted textually. The meanings that are born are motivated by elements of male culture. There is a patriarchal ideology that is still strong in the body of a religious community that interprets the meaning of religion as religion.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas kegiatan pengabdian kolaboratif antara dosen dan mahasiswa Fakultas Ushuluddin di TPQ Al-Manshurin terkait penguatan aqidah Islam. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini ialah memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan bagi anak PAUD sampai Mahasiswa terkait aqidah Islam yang menggunakan TPQ Al-Manshurin sebagai media pengabdian. Adapun metode dari pengabdian ini ialah PAR (Participatory Action Research) yang melibatkan secara aktif semua pihak-pihak yang relevan (stakeholders) dalam mengkaji tindakan yang sedang berlangsung, sedangkan hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan masih kurangnya pengajaran aqidah Islam di lingkungan perkotaan, kurang peduli orang tua atas pendidikan agama anak dan anak yang masih suka bermain serta pemenuhan media pembelajarn yang jarang sesuai

Abstract

Lombok’s religious characteristics evolved concurrently with Tuan Guru’s role as the primary knowledge source in the community. Tuan Guru plays a crucial religious role in domestic and public spheres, inspiring the Sasak people in Lombok. This article discusses Tuan Guru’s role in generating religious knowledge through power and authority. The paper explores the relationship between power and knowledge possessed by Tuan Guru, examining the growing Islamic discourse. It adopts a hysterographic study approach, analyzed through the genealogy of Michael Foucault’s theory of power and knowledge. This study aims to analyze and construct data from discourses, patterns, and public spaces related to the Tuan Guru phenomenon in Lombok. The findings highlight Tuan Guru’s pivotal role in disseminating Islamic teachings in Lombok society, showcasing his awareness of the authority in producing, influencing, and contributing to the development of Islamic style. This socio-religious scientific development study portrays Tuan Guru’s role in knowledge production, offering a significant development in understanding the Islamicity that has flourished not only in Lombok but possibly in other regions in Indonesia and the world.

Abstract

Amin Alkhulli was mapping out the qur’anic studies into two big themes, dirasat ma hawl Alquran dan dirasat fi Alquran nafsih. From this classification could be seen that majaz as part of the second studies. Majaz was categorized by Alkhulli as part of the Qur’anic text grammatical structure. Making the qur’anic text as an object of the study, therefore the existence of majaz will give various discourses. The linguistic theory gave two perspectives on this, first stated that Alqur’an was not contended majaz, because majaz indicated to have the untruth content, whereas it was impossible for Alquran to give the improper information. Second, majaz was existed inside the qur’anic texts, because it was indicating the elegant and high expression of language. Here is the focus of this article, wherein besides of becoming part of the qur’anic text, majaz was also becoming Islamic studies discourses. Â
