Abstract

This article discusses the differences in qiraat in terms of mut}laq and muqayyad which lead to differences in istinbat} Islamic law. Although qiraat is not the only basis for determining the law, it cannot be denied that the difference in qiraat has a major influence on the legal products which produced by the scholars. Using the descriptive-analytical method, this study discusses 3 verses in the Qur'an that have different qiraat which readings contain muqayyad on verses that are mut}laq, that, QS. al-Ba> qarah: 183-184 and QS. al-Ma>idah: 89 relating to the implementation of fasting, as well as QS. al-Ma> idah: 38 relating to the punishment of theft. From the study of the various qiraats found in the three verses, it can be understood that the existence of various qiraats that contain an insertion in the lafaz of a verse will cause the previous verse to have the status mut}laq to change to muqayyad. This difference in reading has led to the emergence of differences of opinion among scholars in establishing a law. Although some scholars say that the qiraat which is different from the Uthmani rasm is only an interpretation of a verse, it is even considered a syaz| qiraat.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menganalisis konsep kenabian Ahmadiyah Qadiyani. Di dalam Ahmadiyah sendiri, terdapat dua aliran, yaitu Ahmadiyah Qadiyani dan Ahmadiyah Lahore. Ahmadiyah Qadiyani meyakini bahwa Mirza Ghulam Ahmad adalah seorang Nabi, sementara Ahmadiyah Lahore meyakini Mirza Ghulam Ahmad hanyalah seorang mujaddid (pembaharu). Dalam artikel ini berfokus pada konsep kenabian perspektif Ahmadiyah Qadiyani dengan menyorot pandangan Ahmadiyah Qadiyani tentang makna kenabian, makna khatam al-nabiyyin dan status Mirza Ghulam Ahmad.

Abstract

This simple paper describes the idea of Hasbi ash Shiddieqi about the science of the Qur'an and Tafseer. This discussion is analytic descriptive study, with a focus on his works, especially works of his commentary entitled Tafsir Al-Nur. The assessment was done by looking at the development of commentary in Indonesia and it can be concluded that the commentary of Hasbi ash Shiddieqi had progressed from the works of previous commentary, namely in terms of methodology of writing and discussion. Hasbi ash Shiddieqi`s commentary patterned fiqhi because besides known as an mufassir Hasbi ash Shiddieqi also known as faqih with strong thoughts and Indonesia insightful

Abstract

This simple article describes the discourse of Hadith in the manhaj of Nahdlatul Ulama. This discussion is descriptive-analytical study focused on NU's view of the hadith of the Prophet. In its development, the clerical view of hadith is very diverse, it is due to the approach and methodology used are different from each other. NU is one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia, also has its own perspective in understanding the hadith of the Prophet. For example about the criteria of hadith accepted or rejected, both in terms of status or position of hadith and the practice of a hadith. This discussion is very interesting to be studied more deeply, because this is very closely related to the legal istinbath of Nahdlatul Ulama which is contained in Bahtsul Masa'il.

Abstract

This paper is a critical study of the discourse on religion and patriarchal culture. The development of religious patriarchism results from the interpretation of spiritual teachings that have the impression of a gender bias; the gender bias interpretation model is one of the relationships that shows the interaction of patriarchal culture with religion. Disclosure of the relationship between religion and patriarchism to understand the boundaries of what is called religion and interpretation and other elements in the meaning of religion. This paper is library research that relies on literature data related to gender and religion by using the theory of gender criticism to find answers to religious alliances and patriarchism. This paper shows that epistemologically, a series of meanings related to women's lives is interpreted textually. The meanings that are born are motivated by elements of male culture. There is a patriarchal ideology that is still strong in the body of a religious community that interprets the meaning of religion as religion.

Abstract

This research was inspired by the phenomenon of the COVID-19 pandemic and the continuity of learning in remote schools, which was related to an increase in school accreditation. This type of research is qualitative and uses a naturalistic approach. This multi-site research examines two schools, SMPN 3 Satap Banawa Tengah and SMPN 11 Satap Palolo. The focus of this research is to find out the practice of quality management of education in both schools to answer the research questions as: 1) management of the learning process during a pandemic; 2) correlation of learning process management with school accreditation. Research data was collected using structured interviews, observation, and documentation. The data was analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and triangulation. This study found that quality management of the learning process was consistently carried out at the school during the pandemic. Both schools have implemented limited semi-online learning. Limited semi-online learning has similarities with other online learning but also has differences in implementation aspects. The second finding, every step taken by the principal in managing the learning process, refers to the accreditation guidelines that the ministry of education and culture has set. The analysis is carried out by critiquing each question item in the accreditation guidelines and is adjusted to the steps taken by the school. In practice, it's hard for schools to meet some of the accreditation requirements. However, in terms of the formal parts of the learning process, every step schools have taken has met the criteria set by the ministry of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran materi islam terpadu terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam membaca Al-Qur’an di SDIT Bina Anak Bangsa Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa di SDIT Bina Anak Bangsa. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran Materi Islam Terpadu terhadap kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengisian angket, tes membaca Al-Qur’an dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i SDIT Bina Anak Bangsa kota Palu. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi diketahui sebanyak 170 siswa. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penellitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling. Random sampling adalah teknik menentukan sampel secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa/i SDIT Bina Anak Bangsa Kota Palu. Dalam hal ini untuk menentukan ukuran atau jumlah sampel dari populasi menggunakan teknik slovin, sehingga didapatkan hasil sampel sebanyak 63 siswa. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran Materi Islam Terpadu (MIT) terhadap kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an pada siswa di SDIT Bina Anak Bangsa Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Materi Islam Terpadu (MIT), Membaca Al-Qur’an, Siswa

Abstract

The implementation of Tahfidzul Qur'an learning at SDIT Persis, Palu City lasted for two hours face to face using two systems, namely Muraja'ah and adding new memorization (ziyadah). 2) In learning Tahfidzul Qur'an juz 30 at SDIT Persis there are difficulties for students in the learning process including reading the Al-Qur'an, difficulty distinguishing similar verses, lack of doing muraja'ah, time factors, the influence of cellphones, and level of ability different students. 3) strategies applied by teachers to overcome difficulties in learning Tahfidzul Qur'an, namely interspersing learning the science of Tajweed in each Tahfidz lesson, emphasizing the differences in the next verse, optimizing muraja'ah activities before depositing additional memorization, teaching how to manage time, prohibiting bringing cellphones to school and give support.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Iqra method in improving students' understanding in reading the Qur'an, as well as the individual abilities of students in reading the Qur'an. The research method in this thesis is to use a qualitative approach, this study uses observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation which are analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the application of the Iqra method in class III MIs Al-Muhajirin Palu active in learning, can be seen from the steps of implementing the Iqra method, namely: 1. Planning, the teacher prepares the process of compiling lesson materials using teaching media. 2. Implementation, divided into three components: initial activities, activities carried out before starting the learning process. core activities, the main activities in the learning process carried out by the teacher and students. and final activities, closing activities are activities carried out at the end of learning. 3. Evaluation, the process of collecting and analyzing student learning outcome data. This evaluation is carried out to determine the extent to which learning objectives have been achieved. It can be concluded that the application of the Iqra method in class III of Al-Muhajirin Palu Elementary School is taught in the subject (BTA) of reading and writing the Qur'an, in learning to read and write the Qur'an the teacher uses the Iqra book as a reference and basis for improving students' understanding of reading the Qur'an and also uses the Juz Amma book for students who have completed their Iqra book from volume 1 to volume 6.

Abstract

This study analyzes the construction of religious authorities and religious leaders' agencies in the resolution of social conflicts through the perspective of living sunnah, with a case study of the role of Habib Rotan in the conflict of the Manunda Presidential Market, Palu City. This study criticizes the dominant perspective that positions religion as a trigger for conflict by affirming its role as a source of religious peacebuilding. The research employs a qualitative approach that includes case studies within the framework of religious authority theory, structuring theory, and living sunnah. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study show that religious authority is formed through the dialectic of genealogical capital, scientific legitimacy, social charisma, and the institution of the dhikr assembly. Religious agencies are carried out through soft power strategies, collaborative mediation, and internalization of the values of ishlah, tasamuh, and rahmah, thereby strengthening the social cohesion of multicultural communities.
