Abstract

The Qur'an literally means recitation that reaches the peak of perfection that provides guidance to all human beings in matters of tashri', creed, and morals to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter. The Qur'an is considered a fundamental book of education in Islam, providing comprehensive instructions and guidelines in various aspects of Muslim life. As a divine revelation revealed to Prophet Muhammad SAW, the Qur'an functions not only as a source of law and worship, but also as a moral and ethical guidebook. The Qur'an also provides principles of character education that include honesty, justice, and compassion. This research aims to find out 1). The meaning of Islamic Education, 2). The educational values of Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rum verse 21 in building a sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah household in the study of Islamic Education. This research is a type of library research, namely by conducting in-depth studies and research from various Islamic literature, both from primary sources; namely Al-Qur'an surah Ar-Rum verse 21 along with a review of its interpretation, and secondary sources; namely books or books that can support this research along with a review of Islamic Education. The research method used is qualitative method. The research method used is a qualitative method by focusing on content analysis of Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rum Verse 21 and the content of book texts. The results of this study indicate that the educational values of the Qur'an in Surah Ar-Rum verse 21 consist of i'tiqadiyah values (faith), khuluqiyah values (morals), and amaliyah values (daily behaviour). These values form the basis for building a household full of sakinah, mawaddah, and wa rahmah, with the cooperation of husband and wife in solving problems and feeling happiness in the household. The educational value in Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rum Verse 21 Islamic Education Science Study is to form and strengthen the poundation of the family, thus creating a harmonious and blessed household according to Islamic teachings.  Keywords: Educative Values, Al-Qur'an, Islamic Education.

Abstract

Economic problems greatly affect community life. Some overlook the truth about halal and haram, as long as their daily needs are met. This is what happens in some communities in Sukarasa Village, Pangatikan District, Garut Regency. They are willing to borrow money even though there is a large interest that they have to repay later. The aim of this research is to determine the practice of usury (bank interest) carried out by non-bank financial institutions in Sukarasa Village, Pangatikan District, and to understand the perspective of Islamic economic law on the practice of usury (bank interest) by the community of Sukarasa Village. This research is a field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The approaches used are normative theological, formal juridical, and phenomenological approaches. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data display, and concluding drawing/verification. The results of this study show that some of the community members in Sukarasa Village, Pangatikan District, consider the interest charged by non-bank financial institutions to be the same as bank interest and thus considered usury. However, they do not use this as a reason not to take out loans because they are pressed by the need for economic fulfillment. The interest charged by non-bank financial institutions has a negative impact on the people of Sukarasa Village, as the high interest rates have not improved their economic lives; instead, they have become increasingly impoverished and dependent on these institutions because they have to take out loans again to cover the interest on their previous loans.  Keywords: bank interest, perspective, Islamic economic law

Abstract

Islamic economic law is pivotal in strengthening global partnerships to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Rooted in principles such as ethics, risk-sharing, and social justice, the Sharia-based economic system provides an inclusive and sustainable alternative to conventional economic frameworks. This study examines the contribution of Islamic economic law in fostering global partnerships and advancing SDGs, focusing on the role of Islamic financial instruments and the integration of technology in the Islamic finance sector. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing literature reviews of relevant articles, case studies, and organizational reports on the role of Islamic economic law in global partnerships and SDG development. Data sources include prior research, international organization reports, and analyses of the Islamic economic sector. Findings reveal that Islamic economic law significantly addresses global economic inequalities through instruments such as zakat, waqf, and sukuk. The Islamic tourism sector also fosters local economic empowerment, while equity-based Islamic banking promotes socially and environmentally responsible investments. Technology integration in Islamic finance further enhances access to Sharia-compliant financial products and services, facilitating global partnerships and supporting sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pada kebiasaan ibadah shalat anak yang terjadi di RA Nurul Muthmainnah, diantaranya anak belum mampu melaksanakan shalat dengan tertib, anak belum mampu melafalkan bacaan dan gerakan shalat, bahkan ada anak yang selalu mengganggu teman ketika sedang shalat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan kebiasaan ibadah shalat anak usia dini kelas B di RA Nurul Muthmainnah. 2) Mendeskripsikan penerapan metode pembiasaan untuk meningkatkan kebiasaan ibadha shalat anka sua dini kelas B di RA Nurul Muthmainnah. 3) Mendeskripsikan keefektifan metode pembiasaan terhadap kebiasaan ibadah shalat anak usia dini kelas B di RA Nurul Muthmainnah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif sedangkan jenisnya studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan wawancara mendalam serta didukung dengan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan data. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di lapangan yakni kegiatan praktek shalat. Pembiasaan ini sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan kebiasaan ibadah shalat anak karena dalam kegiatannya anak dibimbing baik bacaan ataupun gerakan secara berulang dalam jangka panjang. Pelaksanaan metode pembiasaaan cukup tepat untuk diterapkan terhadap anak usia dini. Hal ini karena pertumbuhan mereka identik menirukan lingkungan yang di tempatinya. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pada kemampuan pemahaman fiqh ibadah anak usia dini di RA Nurul Hikmah Bayongbong, perlunya metode pembelajaran yang menyenangkan buat menunjang proses pembelajaran yang menarik, aktif dan inovatif. Metode pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode bernyanyi dapat mengefektifkan pembelajaran kemampuan pemahaman fiqh ibadah anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk terdeskripsinya kemampuan pemahaman fiqh ibadah anak usia dini di RA Nurul Hikmah, terdeskripsikannya penerapan metode bernyanyi dalam pembelajaran fiqh ibadah pada RA Nurul Hikmah dan terdeskripsikannya pemahaman fiqh ibadah anak usia dini sesudah diterapkan metode bernyanyi di RA Nurul Hikmah Bayongbong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis MC dan Taggart, pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data analisis menggunakan data kualitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan di RA Nurul Hikmah Bayongbong sebanyak 19 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman fiqh ibadah pada anak usia dini di RA Nurul Hikmah Bayongbong Garut mengalami peningkatan hal tersebut dilihat dari data akumulasi hasil dari prasiklus dengan persentase 11%, pada siklus pertama meningkat dengan peningkatan persentase 37% dan pada siklus kedua mengalami peningkatan dengan persentase 74%.
