Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: (1) Aktivitas belajar siswa kelas VII-1 SMP Negeri 1 Cilengsi Bogor dalam penerapan Metode Non Directive dengan menggunakan media peta. (2) hasil belajar siswa kelas VII-1 IPS dalam penerapan Metode Non Directive dengan menggunakan media peta. Subjek dalam penelitan ini adalah siswa kelas VII-1 SMP Negeri 1 Cilengsi Bogor yang berjumlah 38 orang. teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan komunikasi langsung dan tidak langsung. alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar obdervasi dan tes. tes yang digunakan sesuai dengan tujuan kurikulum yang dicapai dan diambil dari buku pelajaran IPS kelas VII-1 SMP Negeri 1 Cilengsi Bogor. untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian menggunakan LKS dan pos tes. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dengan 2 siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. setiap siklus mempunyai tahapan- tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan belajar siswa dengan ketuntasan siswa mencapai 35,18% kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 46,22%. dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat juga peningkatan kemampuan belajar siswa dengan LKS pada siklus II menjadi 94,44%. dari analisis yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Non Directive dapat meningkatkan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar siswa pada siswa SMP Negeri 1 Cilengsi Bogor Tahun Ajaran 2010/2011. Abstract

Tingginya minat berwirausaha akan melahirkan entrepreneur-entrepreneur muda yang memiliki visi yang jelas di masa depan, kreativitas serta inovasi yang tinggi dalam segala bidang. Mereka akan menjadi lebih mandiri, kreatif, dan inovatif dalam menciptakan peluang bisnis baru dan penemuan-penemuan baru. Masalah pengangguran terdidik akan dapat teratasi karena keluaran (output) dari hasil pendidikan kewirausahaan adalah calon-calon entrepreneur muda berbakat yang tidak lagi menjadi pencari kerja (job seeker) tetapi telah menjadi pencipta lapangan pekerjaan (job maker). Secara parsial, hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel subjective norms tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Norma subjektif (subjective norms) merepresentasikan dukungan yang diberikan oleh orang-orang terdekat ketika responden akan memilih berwirausaha sebagai salah satu pilihan karir. Pengabdian masyarakat diadakan selama 3 bulan. Kegiatan diadakan di MTS Nurul ikmah Bekasi. Hasil yang dicapai siswa lebih mengenal cara  tahapan berwirasuaha,dan berhati – hati serta cermat dalam merencanakan suatu bisnis / usaha.Kata Kunci : Proposal Bisnis, Siswa MtsABSTRACTThe high interest in entrepreneurship will give birth to young entrepreneurs who have a clear vision of the future, high creativity and innovation in all fields. They will become more independent, creative and innovative in creating new business opportunities and new discoveries. The problem of educated unemployment will be overcome because the outputs of the results of entrepreneurship education are prospective talented young entrepreneurs who are no longer job seekers (job seekers) but have become job creators (job makers). Partially, the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the variable subjective norms do not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Subjective norms represent the support given by the people closest to them when the respondent will choose entrepreneurship as a career choice. Community service is held for 3 months. The activity was held at MTS Nurul ikmah Bekasi. The results achieved by students are more familiar with the stages of entrepreneurship, and careful and careful in planning a business / business.Key Word : Business proposal, Mts Student

Abstract

A positive school culture will encourage all school members to work together based on mutual trust, invite the participation of all citizens, encourage the emergence of new ideas, and provide opportunities for the implementation of reforms in schools which all lead to achieving the best results. A good school culture can foster a climate that encourages all school people to learn, which is learning how to learn and study together. A climate will grow that learning is fun and is a necessity, not a compulsion anymore. Learning that arises from self-encouragement, intrinsic motivation, not because of external pressure in all its forms. There will be a growing enthusiasm among school people to always learn about something that has good values. A good school culture can improve school performance, both principals, teachers, students, employees and other school users. This situation will be realized when the cultural qualifications are healthy, solid, strong, positive and professional. Thus an atmosphere of family, collaboration, learning resilience, enthusiasm continues to advance, the drive to work hard and teaching and learning can be created. A good school culture will effectively produce the best performance for each individual, work group / unit and school as an institution, and a synergistic relationship between the three levels. School culture is expected to improve school quality, school performance, and quality of life that are expected to have the characteristics of being healthy, dynamic or active, positive or professional. A healthy school culture provides opportunities for schools and school members to function optimally, work efficiently, energetically, full of vitality, have high enthusiasm, and will be able to continue to develop. Therefore, the culture of this school needs to be developed.

Abstract

Financial education is considered one of the solutions to overcome the problem of low financial literacy. Through this view, this study wants to find out whether financial education can really affect financial literacy in high school students PGRI 4 Jakarta. This research is quantitative with associative type. The population in this study were all students of SMA PGRI 4 2018 Academic Year as many as 497 students. The sample of the study was 205 students with a sample technique that is stratified sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and instruments tested the validity and reliability testing. Data analysis techniques using linear regression test. The results showed that there was no significant effect of financial education on financial literacy in SMA PGRI 4 Jakarta students.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an activity that can provide independence to students. Teachers and parents, can contribute to the maximum, if between parents and teachers can work well together. But there are still many schools that have not given a large portion of the value of entrepreneurship, while entrepreneurship is very important in developing students to improve economic and social independence. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of entrepreneurial training and student interest in the Tangerang Arrahmani Foundation. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The population was 30 students, and the sample was 10 students. The sampling method uses a purposive sample method. The results of the study produced the role of entrepreneurship training and interest in supporting entrepreneurship. Teachers can help in school with the training that has been given. While parents can help familiarize training at home.

Abstract

Children's educational activities at home have started to decrease. This is due to shifting times and cultures. Parents are busy, both father and mother do not take the time to educate their children at home. Even though education at home is the main and very strategic education. Both mother and father have a big share in educating children. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Retrieval of data by means of interviews, photos and observations. The research subjects were students and parents. The sample consisted of 7 people, consisting of 4 elementary and junior high school students and 3 parents. The study was conducted from early January to March 2020. The results showed that family education was still ignored. This is due to several factors, such as changes in social, economic and cultural roles. Sociological changes appear when the father's role is replaced by the mother, and the mother's role is replaced by the father
