Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai pada kegiatan ini adalah, para siswa khususnya pengurus OSIS, mampu memahami dan mempraktekan literasi digital dengan baik. Permasalahan penggunaan gawai berhubungan erat dengan literasi digital para siswa. Kegiatan dilakukan pada awal Januari hingga awal Maret 2022. Kegiatan berlangsung di SMPN 23 Kota Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah active dan participatory learning Adapun jumlah peserta sebanyak 38 siswa. Kegiatan ini di fokuskan kepada para pengurus OSIS dan dilaksanakan dengan tatap muka selama pandemic corona Pada kegiatan ini, capaian kegiatan mengunakan konsep Bawden. Pada kemampuan terhubung pada platform mendapat nilai 81, sedangkan kemampuan menulis sebesar 80. Pembelajaran daring yang membutuhkan kemampuan literasi dasar digital, sangat membantu para siswa dan guru. Hasil pembelajaran dapat optimal. Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil wawancara dengan para guru dan siswa.

Abstract

Minat baca siswa masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pembiasaan dan contoh dari para orang tua dan guru. Siswa perlu diberikan contoh yang baik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diadakan di SMA Alikhlas Bekasi .Jumlah yang ikut dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 15 siswa. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan analisis kebutuhan , pendampingan,evaluasi,dan penentuan kebutuhan dan pembiasaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa para siswa SMA sudah mampu melaksanakan rencana dan aplikasi dari literasi baca tulis dengan baik. Kata Kunci : Penyuluhan, Literasi ,Baca, tulis. Abstract Students' reading interest is still low. This is due to the lack of habituation and examples from parents and teachers. Students need to be set a good example. Community service activities were held at Alikhlas Bekasi High School. The number of those who took part in this activity was 15 students. The method of activity is carried out by collecting needs analysis, mentoring, evaluating, and determining needs and habituation. The results of the activity showed that high school students were able to carry out plans and applications of literacy in reading and writing well. Key Word : Counseling, literacy, reading, writing.

Abstract

Abstract: Minimizing hoaxes that occur in students is closely related to learning outcomes in the affective domain. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out and analyze implementation of character- based economic learning and teacher’s reinforcement influence on student’s affective competence. Type of this research is descriptive and associative analysis. The populations of this research were 10 th class of senior high school student in East Jakarta amounting to 1793 students. The sample in this research amounted to 95 students. The sampling method was done by using proportionate random sampling. Data collection is done by filling questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistic and multiple regression. The results showed that there were simultaneously positive and significant effects between implementation of character-based economic learning and teacher’s reinforcement on students’ affective competencies in minimizing hoax news on online social media. However, partially teacher’s reinforcement has a positive but not significant effect on students’ affective competencies. Overall, the magnitude of the effect is known to be 43.50%. This gives a considerable meaning, because almost half of its contribution. Even though there are still many other factors that contribute to affective competence, namely the remaining 56.50% as other factors not examined in this study Keywords: affective competence, hoax information, implementation of character-based economic learning, reinforcement IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN EKONOMI BERBASIS KARAKTER DAN REINFORCEMENT GURU PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KOMPETENSI AFEKTIF SISWA DALAM MEMINIMALISIR HOAX Abstrak: Meminimalisir hoax yang terjadi pada siswa, erat kaitannya dengan hasil belajar pada ranah afektif. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi pembelajaran ekonomi berbasis karakter dan reinforcement guru terhadap kompetensi afektif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X ilmu sosial di Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 1.793 siswa dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan implementasi pembelajaran ekonomi berbasis karakter dan reinforcement guru terhadap kompetensi afektif siswa dalam meminimalkan berita hoax di media sosial onlin e. Namun, reinforcement guru memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kompetensi afektif siswa. Secara keseluruhan, besarnya pengaruh diketahui 43,50%. Hal ini memberi makna cukup besar, sebab mencakup hampir separuh kontribusinya. Padahal masih banyak faktor lain yang berkontribusi terhadap kompetensi afektif yaitu 56,50% sisanya sebagai faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

Maraknya mobil murah di Indonesia menjadi peluang bagi perusahaan otomotif Cina. Namun, mobil Cina butuh sentuhan magis untuk bisa bersaing di pasar otomotif Indonesia dan bersaing dengan mobil Jepang atau Korea Selatan. Hal ini juga membutuhkan modal yang kuat untuk berekspansi di dalam negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang pengaruh faktor kepuasan pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 90 responden. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis jalur untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung variabel karakteristik pelanggan, harga, promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan karakteristik pelanggan,harga,promosi, kepuasan pelanggan terhadap Keputusan pembelian dengan bantuan software SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pelanggan, harga dan promosi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan pelanggan berfungsi sebagai mediator pengaruh tidak langsung karakteristik pelanggan, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study reveal human capital is one of company resources that have value and role in the use of others. Therefore, a proper  management system is important and required to determine the success of company. A good company must be supported with high qualified employees that have invitiative, creative and discipline. To have this attributes, a qualified leader plays an important role in supporting professional development of its subordinate. They matter for the extent to which the center support, stimulates and subsidies professional development. Therefore, staff quality is maintained by leadership that  motivates and encourage working as team, information sharing and professional staff development. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of work conflict with work motivation at PT. Paramita Bangun Sarana. The sample is collected based on survey to 100 employess. The methods are validitas test, reliability test, simple regression,  correlation test, coefficient determination,  and hypothesis. Based on the sample calculation and analyze, we come into regression equation:  ?               With this simple method, the conlusion is that the variabel of work conflict has significant impact to work motivation. With value of                                     and coefficient determinate  (KD)=47,61% with result of correlation coefficient r=0,69. Therefore, we conclude that work conflict influences work motivation of employee (hypothesis is accepted).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaaninternet terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X SMA Budhi Warman II. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey yaitu dengan membagikan angket kepada siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 siswa, sedangkan sample yang di ambil sebanyak 30 siswa. Instrumen yang di gunakan untuk data penggunaan internet berupa angket selama 20 butir dan untuk data prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelaajaran ekonomi berupa nilai raport semester 1. Setelah penulis menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan internet terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dengan menggunakan uji koefisien regresi linier sederhana (uji F), dapat terlihat hasil F hitung sebesar 73,12 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh F tablel sebesar 0,13. Karena nilai 73,12 > 0,13 atau Fhitung > F tablemaka H0 di tolak dan H1 di terima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan internet terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi, sedangkan koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,803 dan besarnya kontribusi penggunaan internet (X) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi (Y) sebesar 64%. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi bahwa pentingnya penggunaan internet di sekolah, rumah, lingkungan, sebagai media belajar.

Abstract

Management of information technology and design work is very close to the services that will be provided to students. Establishing a good work design is a good part of planning. Information management can be applied in the era of digital technology. The purpose of this study is to determine whether Design Work influences the Quality of Teacher Services through Information Technology Management and Educational Communication. This research was conducted at State Vocational School 36 Samata, Gowa, South Sulawesi. By distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents with Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that Design Work has an effect on the Quality of Teacher Services at SMK Samata, Gowa, South Sulawesi, through Information and Communication Technology Management.

Abstract

A positive school culture will encourage all school members to work together based on mutual trust, invite the participation of all citizens, encourage the emergence of new ideas, and provide opportunities for the implementation of reforms in schools which all lead to achieving the best results. A good school culture can foster a climate that encourages all school people to learn, which is learning how to learn and study together. A climate will grow that learning is fun and is a necessity, not a compulsion anymore. Learning that arises from self-encouragement, intrinsic motivation, not because of external pressure in all its forms. There will be a growing enthusiasm among school people to always learn about something that has good values. A good school culture can improve school performance, both principals, teachers, students, employees and other school users. This situation will be realized when the cultural qualifications are healthy, solid, strong, positive and professional. Thus an atmosphere of family, collaboration, learning resilience, enthusiasm continues to advance, the drive to work hard and teaching and learning can be created. A good school culture will effectively produce the best performance for each individual, work group / unit and school as an institution, and a synergistic relationship between the three levels. School culture is expected to improve school quality, school performance, and quality of life that are expected to have the characteristics of being healthy, dynamic or active, positive or professional. A healthy school culture provides opportunities for schools and school members to function optimally, work efficiently, energetically, full of vitality, have high enthusiasm, and will be able to continue to develop. Therefore, the culture of this school needs to be developed.

Abstract

The habit of independent attitude and discipline still needs to be improved among SMK students. Real discipline that can be applied in the field of entrepreneurship. Discipline in schools needs special attention, because discipline can affect students' interest in learning, especially entrepreneurial interest that can be influenced by other variables, such as independent attitude. The purpose of this research is to look for the influence of discipline and independent attitude on student entrepreneurial interest together, the effect of discipline on entrepreneurial interest, and the effect of independent attitude on entrepreneurial interest. The discipline used is quantitative discipline, assisted by the SPSS 22 program. The classic test used is the normality test and Linearity test and coofesien. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence of discipline and independent attitude on entrepreneurial interest, there was no effect of independent attitude on entrepreneurial interest and there was a influence on discipline on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the influence of creative attitudes on business sustainability, to find the influence of creative attitudes and support from parents on business sustainability. This study used qualitative research methods. The population was 112 students of SMK Yadika 5 Jakarta. The sample consisted of 31 students of class X 2017/2018 academic year. Interview, documentation and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique used the Autocorrelation Test, Multicollinearity Test. Multiple regression analysis is used in this research model. Using the SPSS 20 program. The results show that there is an influence of creative attitudes on business sustainability. There is an influence of parental support on business sustainability and there is an influence on creative attitudes and support from parents for business continuity. Suggestions in this study are that parents and teachers can provide learning more creative attitudes. The attention given by parents also influences the sustainability of new entrepreneurs pioneered by entrepreneurs.
