Abstract

The main problem that must be faced, that is wound healingafter surgery. The staff behavior was one of the factors thatsupport and affect the wound healing process. In reality thereare still mothers with post partum cesarean section woundhealing process not heal the wound base criteria and there aresigns of infection as much as 30%. The purpose of this studywas to analyze the influence of the behavior of the staff aboutthe treatment and healing of wound healing after cesareansection in Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalanhospitals.Design of this study uses analysis with retrospektif approach.The population are 44 people, samples consist of 40 people withsimple random sampling technique. The independent variablebehavior of the staff, the dependent variable of the woundhealing. Collecting data using questionnaires with chi squaretest.The result showed that mostly of data by category caring staffbehavior as much as 24 respondents (60%) and mostly categoryof healed wound healing as much as 24 respondents (60%.Theresult of statistical chi square test from two variables shows thatprobability values > α is 0,018 < 0,05 indicates influencebetween behavior of the staff with the wound healing aftercesarean in Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan hospitals.Caring staff behavior that can make the patientcomfortable and feel cared. Patients who feel comfortable andcared have a lot bit can affect the healing process. So, Theresearcher expects following up with counseling that he can getinformation about the complaints during experienced the woundhealing process.

Abstract

The tradition of the palace as the cultural center of Javanese society also keeps various recipes for traditional medicine. Beauty care for women is also a court tradition which is still developing in modern society, including the traditional treatment of female intimate organs. Treatments or practices related to the female sex organs are known as Vaginal Practice.This research uses a qualitative approach. The locations chosen were all districts on Madura Island including Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep Regencies. The selection of the research sample used a non-random technique, namely snowball sampling.Result of research 100 respondents consumed herbal medicine as a form of vaginal treatment, and 79 respondents used hundred as a form of vaginal treatment. There were 30 women who routinely consumed herbal medicine experienced bacterio vaginosis, while 7 women who used hundreds experienced bacterio vaginosis.The existence of a tradition that cannot be eliminated in the behavior of the Madurese community should get attention from health workers regarding the methods and combinations of treatment that are less safe so far in the practice of vaginal care with the use of herbs

Abstract

Labor pain is a physiological process with different intensity for individuals with inconvenient disorders which result in feelings of fear and worry. The previous research showed that of 10, 7 mothers in labor said severe pain and even cried during contraction. The objective of research was to analyze differences in pain intensity in stage 1 active phase for delivering mothers given and not given counterpressure.This research employed quasy experimental design, that is, Static Group Comparison Design. Independent variable was counterpressure, and dependent variable was pain intensity in stage 1 active phase for delivering mothers. Population consisted of estimated mothers in labor in April – Mei 2020. Sample which used accidental sampling technique consisted 24 respondents. Research instrument used numeric pain scales and data analysis used Paired T Test and Independent Sample T-Test.Statistic result showed that ,with treatment, using Paired T Test, ρ (0,000) < α (0,05) meant Ha was accepted and without treatment ρ (0,005) < α (0,05) meant Ha was accepted. Independent Sample TTest showed that ρ-value (0,000) < α = 0,05 meant there was difference between those given counterpressure and not given counterpressure. Mothers in labor should not feel worried so that they cannot undergo increasing pains and can control pains with counterpressure.

Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure disease occurs due to the presence of blood vessels that tighten to make blood pressure increases that can be handled by using traditional treatment of black jaws. Based on preliminary study results obtained 80 pregnant women who experience hypertension. The objectives of the study analyzed the difference of black jaws to high blood pressure in second trimester pregnant women at BPM Nurul Muhimmah, S.SiT Kedung Kendo Village, Candi District of Kamal Regency.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to conduct empirical tests on the relationship between earnings management and company performance. The research objects are health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2017-2022. The research sample consisted of 72 financial report data originating from 12 companies selected based on purposive sampling. The earnings management proxy uses accrual earnings management and real earnings management. Accrual earnings management uses a modified Jones model proxy. Real earnings management uses discretionary cash flow, discretionary expenses and discretionary production costs as proxies. Company performance uses the Return on Assets (ROA) proxy. Based on the results of panel data regression using Eviews 10, accrual earnings management has a significant negative effect on financial performance. Furthermore, discretionary cash flow and discretionary expenses have a significant positive effect on company performance. Lastly, discretionary production costs have no effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Nowadays, competition has occurred in various business fields, both in the manufacturing and service sectors. Organizations must have the right strategy in order to win competition in the industry so that the organization can develop for the long term. These existing challenges also affect the business world related to health services. Over the last thirty years, there has been an increasing need for quality healthcare services to improve lifestyles. Improving the quality of health services is a major concern for patients, and providing better services for patients has become the focus of hospitals (Jandavath and Byram, 2016). The community's increasing need for health services is not being balanced by adequate services from community health centers. Puskesmas is a health service facility that carries out public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts, by prioritizing promotive and preventive efforts, to achieve the highest level of public health in its working area (RI Minister of Health Regulation No. 43, 2019) This research design uses a quantitative research design, with a case study approach. The variables studied are independent variables, including Service Standard Communication and Management Commitment, while the dependent variables are Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. The research was conducted from November 2023 to February 2024 at the Socah Community Health Center, Bangkalan. The population is 128 patients who have received service at the Socah Community Health Center for an average of 1 month, using simple random sampling with a sample size of 98 people. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with the Spearman rank statistical test.

Abstract

Menurut Depkes (2009), Puskesmas adalah kesatuan organisasi fungsional yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan yang bersifat menyeluruh, terpadu, merata dapat diterima dan terjangkau oleh masyarakat dengan peran serta aktif masyarakat dan menggunakan hasil pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi tepat guna, dengan biaya yang dapat dipikul oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat luas guna mencapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal, tanpa mengabaikan mutu pelayanan kepada perorangan. Puakesmas memiliki target capaian setiap tahunnya, oleh karena itu agar menarik minat pengguna jasa pelayanan kesehatan perlu dilakukan kegiatan pemasaran. Salah satu unsur dari strategi pemasaran adalah bauran pemasaran auran pemasaran ini semakin lama semakin berkembang terutama dalam bidang jasa, tidak hanya mencakup produk, promosi, dan harga (4P), namun juga meninjau dari segi tempat, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik yang selanjutnya dikenal dalam istilah bauran pemasaran jasa sebagai 7P. Abstract

This study aims to explore the problems of Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) when undergoing a status transition to a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD). Since Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 79/2018 on Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) was officially implemented, the Puskesmas has changed its status to BLUD. When this transition occurs, many problems are faced by the Puskesmas. Therefore, researchers conducted a case study at the Bangkalan Health Center regarding the problems of becoming a BLUD. The resource persons were the Head of the TU Sub-Department, PJ UKM, UKP, Pharmacy and Laboratory, Nursing, Midwives, and Public Health with the Small Discussion Group (SGD) system. The results of the search found that Puskesmas Bangakaln has problems in financial management, human resources who are only experts in the field of health, technology that is still locked, jammed National Health Insurance (JKN) capitation funds, and has not formed an Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI).
