Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peranan bahasa ibu dalam mengajar Bahasa Indonesia dan mengembangkan keterampilan anak di tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) dan Sekolah Dasar (SD). Penelitian ini sangat penting karena bahasa ibu berperan besar dalam proses belajar dan perkembangan anak. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam metode penelitian dengan mengadakan wawancara dan observasi terhadap guru Bahasa Indonesia, orang tua, dan anak-anak di beberapa MI/SD. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui proses pengkodean dan tema utama diidentifikasi. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa bahasa ibu memiliki peranan penting dalam mengajar Bahasa Indonesia dan mengembangkan keterampilan anak di MI/SD. Hasil utama penelitian ini adalah bahwa bahasa ibu menjadi pendukung utama dalam memahami materi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bahasa ibu memiliki dampak signifikan dalam mengajar Bahasa Indonesia dan mengembangkan keterampilan anak di MI/SD. Guru dan orang tua harus memperhatikan peranan bahasa ibu sebagai sumber daya yang berharga dalam memfasilitasi proses pengajaran dan pengembangan bahasa anak. Untuk meningkatkan pengajaran Bahasa Indonesia, MI/SD harus menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung penggunaan bahasa ibu sebagai alat bantu pengajaran yang efektif.

Abstract

Education is a key driver of child growth, influencing the development of attitudes, values, and skills. The Merdeka Curriculum, launched in 2021 by the Ministry of Education and Culture, focuses on student learning freedom and integrates various features to maximize learning. The Pancasila Student Profile Reinforcement Project (P5) is a learning strategy designed to enhance students' Pancasila character and identity through authentic and relevant activities. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach to evaluate the implementation of P5 at SMA Negeri 14 Kota Bekasi. The findings indicate that P5 not only strengthens student character but also promotes student literacy, including data, digital, and humanist literacy. P5 implementation involves planning, assessment management, report writing, and evaluation and follow-up stages, with a focus on developing student character in accordance with the Pancasila profile.

Abstract

Abstract Work productivity reflects the effectiveness and efficiency of human resource performance. This study analyzes the impact of competence, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee productivity at the Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Office in Kabupaten Sampang, driven by a decline in productivity marked by tardiness and low initiative. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected from 34 employees through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing.The results indicate that competence, motivation, and job satisfaction together significantly affect productivity, but only competence has a partial significant impact. Competence covering knowledge, skills, and attitude supports task performance. Although motivation and satisfaction contribute to a positive work environment, they show no direct effect. These findings emphasize the need for holistic HR management focused on competence development and employee well-being to enhance productivity and service quality. Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Work Productivity, Human Resources.
