Abstract

Mengajarkan pendidikan seksual sejak dini seringkali dianggap hal tabu oleh sebagian masyarakat khusunya di Indonesia. Sehingga, menimbulkan minimnya pengetahuan mengenai pendidikan seksual pada anak usia dini. Padahal kasus kekerasan dan pelecehan seksual masih marak terjadi khususnya pada anak sekolah. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode psikoedukasi mengenai pendidikan seksual kepada siswa SD Negeri 1 Rembun Kabupaten Malang. Serta pemberiam pre-test dan post-test yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pemahaman siswa sebelum dan sesudah psikoedukasi dilakukan. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk menyadarkan pentingnya kesehatan reproduksi pada siswa sekolah dasar, sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya pelecehan seksual hingga penyakit seksual menular. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata pre-test 5,27 dan skor rata-rata post-test 7,7 yang berarti terdapat perbandingan yang jauh sebelum dan sesudah psikoedukasi dilakukan.

Abstract

Abstract Adolescents in a phenomenon within the school environment found concerns from researchers, this competence (communication style) can include difficulty expressing ideas in the discussion process, emotional control (affective feelings), the presence of stimulus from the friendship process in school, career choice (how to making a decision) means that after graduating from school the right goal is. Therefore, this research is considered important to test whether there is a relationship between one variable or another and existing theoretical concepts. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of social competence on career choices at Kepanjen Islamic High School. To find out whether there is an influence of emotional control on Kepanjen Islamic High School students' career choices. To find out whether there is an influence of social competence and emotional control on the career choices of Kepanjen Islamic High School students The method used is the correlational method by proving the existence of a relationship between social competence and emotional control on career choice with data collection methods in the form of questionnaires, interview observations with analysis tests using validity and reliability tests, correlation tests and hypothesis tests. The result is that the correlation between social competence and the person's career choice is >0.501 with a score that can be said to be very significant in relation. Emotional control is related to career choice as proven by the person's results > 0.650 with a score that can be said to be very significant in this relationship. Social competence and emotional control are related to career choice as proven by the person's results > 0.577 and 0.501 and 0.650 with a minimum score of 0.05 which can be said to be very significant in this relationship. For teachers, map those who have low or high social competence as well as emotional control for students' career choices. In this case, teachers can map out who they want to continue their education or work and get married. in a social context, the school collaborates with related agencies to accommodate extensive and sustainable career information to innovate to conduct further studies with various parties in order to open mutual aid between the two parties. Abstract

The importance of Guidance and Counseling Services in guiding and accompanying students in the process of taking their education. However, many students are still reluctant and hesitant to consult and take advantage of Guidance and Counseling services due to various factors, one of which is the students' own perceptions. The various experiences that students feel, form a perception that underlies students 'attitudes and behavior as a reaction to what they think. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perceptions of guidance and counseling services in schools with students' interest in consulting. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The research subjects were students of class VIII and IX Mts Miftahul Huda Turen. The research instrument used is a Likert scale with statistical analysis techniques using the Pearson Correlation formula. The results showed there was a positive relationship between perceptions of guidance and counseling services with the interest in consulting. So it can be concluded the importance of student perceptions in Guidance and Counseling services with student interest in consulting, making the results of this study can be an additional insight for the parties involved in an effort to maximize the role and program of the Guidance and Counseling Service in school.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Disiplin belajar merupakan suatu sikap secara sadar mematuhi aturan yang berlaku dan mampu mengendalikan diri serta bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas yang dimilikinya. Apabila setiap siswa dilembaga sekolah memiliki sikap disiplin maka akan tercipta ketertiban dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pelatihan self managrment dalam meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya pelatihan self management diharapkan dapat membantu siswa memiliki ketrampilan dan pengetahuan terkait self management dan membantu sekolah untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajarnya. Disiplin belajar perlu dilatih dan dikembangkan, oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu pelatihan untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar. Pelatihan ini menggunakan teknik self management yang dilakukan oleh seluruh siswa kelas 12 SMK Darul Hikam Bantur yang berjumlah 12 siswa. Desain penelitian mengunakan pre-eksperimen one group pre-test post-test desain. Hasil uji paired sample t-test didapat rata-rata(mean) pre-test sebesar 21,17 dan nilai rata rata (mean) post test 23,17 yang berarti terjadi peningkatan disiplin belajar siswa. Nilai Sig (2-tailed) adalah 0,004<0,05 maka disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan self management berpengaruh terhadap disiplin belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: disiplin belajar siswa; pelatihan; self management

Abstract

Learning success is a goal because of the learning process. To support the success of the learning process, namely motivation, stability, maintaining motivation is an important aspect so that the learning process runs well. However, the problem is that working students are not only required to complete learning assignments in lectures but also at work. So when these tasks come together it can cause physical and emotional fatigue (burnout). This research aims to determine the influence of physical and emotional conditions on working students. The method uses quantitative with a sample of 348 semester 5 to 7 students who underwent the lecture process while working using a purposive sampling technique. Through item validity testing with product moment academic burnout 40 items, and learning motivation 25 items, it was met with a correlation coefficient of  0.30, and found a reliability of 0.909 which means very high. Analysis of the results of the partial significance test shows a sig value of 0.005  0.05, meaning that there is an influence between academic burnout and learning motivation. This shows that academic burnout has an important role in learning motivation. Keys: academic burnout, learning motivation

Abstract

Self-regulation online learning (SRoL) is an internally proactive process for students to achieve online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to describe the conditions of student lectures during the pandemic that changed their learning regulations and how the achievements were. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach by taking random sampling techniques on students who are active in online lectures. The description of the results of this study explains that the highest achievement of the response to self-regulation online learning (SRoL) includes six indicators, namely the first goal setting shows that 57.1% of students can make learning strategies well. The second indicator of environment structuring is how they manage the environment in a conducive way, which responded to 35.7%. The third indicator of task management was responded to by 7.1%, and the fourth indicator for time management explained that 32.9% of students could manage their time. The fifth is help-seeking, namely asking for help from friends 80.1% in doing assignments or needing understanding. The sixth self-evaluation was responded to by 44.3%, namely students evaluating learning outcomes with learning outcomes. This data shows that the achievement of lectures carried out with the online system does not guarantee maximum effort even though they can access lecture assignments more easily with the internet network.

Abstract

Children with special needs are children who have special characteristics and are different from other children. Students who have needs in teaching and learning require ways or methods and strategies as well as specially prepared media.The aims research is to describe a situation, condition and activities of teachers and students with special needs that are housed in the MB3+ Sidotopo Kepanjen, Kab. Malang. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with inquiry uncovering, understanding, examining the contextual meaning of an object based on the participant's point of view from the findings in the field. The result analysis technique is by reducing, presenting and verifying the data. Sources of data were obtained from teachers, students, guardians, documentation and participating in activities at school. The results showed several types of children with special needs including autism, speech delay, deaf, speech impaired, mental retardation with a total of 20 students at the age of 3 years to 15 years. Teaching here uses methods and strategies including communication, assignments, instructions, prompts, cooperation, and creative programs that support the progress of child development.

Abstract

Teacher occupational well-being factors include various components that influence them both from a physical, social, economic, psychological and legal perspective. This research uses a quantitative development instrument which aims to develop an instrument in the form of items and factors/components so that adequate validity results are obtained. We have obtained the results of developing a total of 75 items on the teacher work welfare scale which have been tested on 23 teachers. By using exploratory analysis, valid item results with factor loading > 0.5 were obtained for 38 items with four factors formed from a rotated component matrix with item values ​​of 0.52 (lower) - 0.867 (higher). As a result of these factors, factors were named, namely factor 1 is recognition and satisfaction of professional work with a total of 13 items, factor 2 is self-development skills with a total of 9 items, factor 3 is administrative system support with a total of 9 items, factor 4 is balance of school culture with a total of 7 items. and this development instrument has obtained a reliability of 0.964.
