Abstract

Early reading skills are basic skills that children need to have to understand various knowledge. In the learning process that plays an important role is the learning method, the application of the VAKT Method is one method that can be used to improve early reading skills in early grade elementary school students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the VAKT method on improving early reading skills in children with reading difficulties in elementary schools. The subjects of this study were 6 students in elementary school. This study used a quasi-experimental design. The sample of this study amounted to 6 people. The treatment given to the subject is the application of the VAKT method. Data analysis methods used with nonparametric techniques (Wilcoxon). The results showed that the application of the VAKT method can improve reading skills in children with reading difficulties in elementary schools, increase initial reading skills in students who have difficulty reading, obtained a Z value of -2.214. The significance value obtains a value of 0.027. judging from the significance value of 0.027<0.05, it means that there is an increase in reading ability with the VATK method (Visual, Audio, Tactile, Kinesthetic) in children with reading difficulties in elementary school

Abstract

Mengajarkan pendidikan seksual sejak dini seringkali dianggap hal tabu oleh sebagian masyarakat khusunya di Indonesia. Sehingga, menimbulkan minimnya pengetahuan mengenai pendidikan seksual pada anak usia dini. Padahal kasus kekerasan dan pelecehan seksual masih marak terjadi khususnya pada anak sekolah. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode psikoedukasi mengenai pendidikan seksual kepada siswa SD Negeri 1 Rembun Kabupaten Malang. Serta pemberiam pre-test dan post-test yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pemahaman siswa sebelum dan sesudah psikoedukasi dilakukan. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk menyadarkan pentingnya kesehatan reproduksi pada siswa sekolah dasar, sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya pelecehan seksual hingga penyakit seksual menular. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata pre-test 5,27 dan skor rata-rata post-test 7,7 yang berarti terdapat perbandingan yang jauh sebelum dan sesudah psikoedukasi dilakukan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris perkembangan kemampuan membaca awal anak usia dini kelompok A RA Tunas Mulia Dua Malang. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah putra dan putri kelompok A yang berjumlah 11 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pre-test dan post-test. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan uji –t untuk melihat perbedaan kemampuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan flashcard flashcards, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Montessori flash playing cards memprediksi peningkatan kemampuan membaca awal anak kru A RA Tunas Mulia 2 Malang. Kontribusi signifikan kelompok eksperimen sebesar 4,37 dan kontribusi kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,64 terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca anak RA Tunas Mulia 2 Malang.

Abstract

Shopaholic has become a serious issue in the digital era, characterized by shopping habits that exceed basic needs. This study examines the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) and self-control on shopaholic tendencies among Generation Z in Malang. This study used a correlational quantitative approach with a sample of 270 respondents from a total population of 386,976, selected through purposive sampling, and data collected via questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis showed a significance value of E-WOM of 0.48 (not significant) while self-control was very significant with a value of 0.00. The results of the F-test (p < 0.000) confirmed the combined effect of E-WOM and self-control on shopaholic behavior. The findings indicate that strong self-control reduces shopaholic behavior, while the impact of E-WOM is not significant. This study explains that good individual self-control can reduce the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on shopaholic tendencies. Self-control in individuals will enable them to rationally control their thought patterns and control their behavior to avoid engaging in consumptive behavior due to exposure to social media content. This study emphasizes that increasing self-control is important to suppress excessive shopping habits among the younger generation. AbstrakShopaholic menjadi isu serius di era digital, ditandai oleh kebiasaan belanja yang melampaui kebutuhan utama. Penelitian ini memeriksa peran kontrol diri dalam memoderatori pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) terhadap shopaholic generasi Z di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif moderasi dengan sampel sebanyak 270 responden dari total populasi 386.976, dipilih melalui purposive sampling, dan data dikumpulkan via kuesioner. Analisis Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) menunjukkan nilai signifikansi E WOM sebesar 0,48 (tidak signifikan) sedangkan kontrol diri sangat signifikan dengan nilai 0,00. Hasil uji F (signifikansi 0,000) mengonfirmasi adanya efek gabungan E WOM dan kontrol diri terhadap perilaku shopaholic. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kontrol diri yang tinggi akan mampu menurunkan pengaruh E-WOM terhadap shopaholic. Kontrol diri pada individu akan membuat individu mampu mengendalikan pola pikir secara rasional dan pengendalian perilaku untuk tidak melakukan perilaku konsumtif akibat paparan konten media sosial. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa peningkatan kontrol diri penting untuk menekan kebiasaan belanja berlebihan di kalangan generasi muda.

Abstract

Fine motor is the fine coordination of small muscles that play a major role. One of the fine motor skills is writing skills. The writing ability of students with special needs is still in low qualification. Efforts to overcome these problems are to use finger painting activities. Finger painting activity is a painting technique with your fingers directly without using tools. Finger painting activities can be carried out and make learning active, innovative, and creative in inclusive classes. The purpose of this study was to find out whether finger painting can affect fine motor development, especially writing skills in students with special needs. To achieve the above objectives, a quantitative research type was used with the pre-experimental method using a one group pre test-post test design. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and measurement of writing skills (pretest-posttest). Then the pretest-posttest results were calculated using the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study showed that the average (mean) pretest and posttest results increased by 36,6. The statistical test results of the Wilcoxon signed ranks test were 0.027 <0.05, meaning that there was an effect of giving finger painting activities to improve fine motor development (writing skills) in the inclusion class.
