The use of cohes uses vermicomposting technology, which results in the form of organic fertilizer known as vermicompost fertilizer. The purpose of this activity was also to introduce vermicomposting technology and familiarize the use of vermicompost fertilizer to organic farmer groups in Cisondari Village, which has been using untreated chicken dung, and the chicken foal is imported from the Tangerang area. The method of implementation includes, socialization and training, polling through questionnaires, vermicomposting demplot and organic farming, focus group discussions and village consultation meetings. The demonstration plot is a field school for kohe managers and organic farmers, so that participants can understand the entire process of the activity. Group discussions are conducted to discuss the results and equate perceptions for all participants in the process of making fertilizers and organic farming. Village consultation activities are intended to convey activities that have been carried out to village heads and community leaders, so that they are expected to have support. Through this activity, cow dung can be used by user groups to become vermicompost with quality that meets quality standards based on Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 70 / Permentan / SR.140 / 10/2011, and the vermicompost and worm production activities take place so that farmers can provide organic fertilizer and provide additional income for the dung management community. Abstract

An integrated agriculture-based agrotourism model needs to be implemented in the Carik Injeman area of Cibodas village. To date, Carik Land, with an area of 30 hectares to date, has not been optimally used. Cibodas villagers mostly work as farmers and ranchers. More than 50% of the workforce does not have permanent employment. Some previous researchers have said that with integrated agriculture, independent communities could increase their land resources and farmers would prosper in a sustainable manner. The aim of this study was (1) to identify the factors that determine agrotourism planning in Carik land, (2) study integrated farming systems as support for agrotourism, (3) inventory the various opinions of village groups and community leaders related to agrotourism development (4) formulate an agrotourism model in integrated agriculture. This research uses descriptive, qualitative, observational, and quantitative methods, in particular Likert scales. Data collection uses questionnaires through purposive sampling. The results show that the community response supported by the FGD results on agrotourism planning was very good. SWOT analysis was made to study the agrotourism planning factor. The sustainable agrotourism plan to be located on Carik Injeman’s land must have four zones, namely an: 1) integrated farming system area, 2) integrated waste disposal area, 3) environmental area, 4) and recreation and sports area. The study results can be used as a recommendation for agrotourism planning in Carik Injeman land, Cibodas village, Bandung.

Abstract

ABSTRACTCisondari village is one of the villages in West Java with producers of various types of vegetable crops, dairy farms and chicken farms. The largest dairy cattle population in the village of Cisondari is in the Pasirjambu sub-district, the impact of cattle farming is the waste of manure dung (kohe) which has the potential to produce methane gas (CH4) as one of the greenhouse gases (GHG). During this time the handling of cow dung is dumped directly into the river, so that it can pollute the river directly. This research is one of the activities in the Hibah Community Service Program in Cisondari village. This study used a simple Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of six (6) treatments with three (3) replications tested on carrot  (Daucus carota) Organic fertilizer application which was used as treatment ie soil without fertilizer, soil mixed with chicken manure without fermentation, fermented chicken manure, chicken manure + Vermicompost (50: 50), compost, chicken manure + vermicompost (30: 70). To determine the effect of giving organic fertilizer on growth and yield of carrot  (Daucus carota), the F test with a level of 5% was used, namely the Variety Analysis Test (ASR). The results of research on carrot  show that, in general, the application of organic fertilizer can increase the yield of carrot. The highest yield of carrots is found in carrot  which are fertilized by fermented chicken manure (P2); followed by carrot plants fertilized with chicken manure + Vermicompost (50:50) (P3); Chicken manure + Vermicompost (30:70) (P5); Non-fermented chicken manure (P1); Vermicompost (Po).Keywords: Animal manure, carrots, vermicompost, fermentation, organic fertilizer

This research project uses qualitative method. This research involved respondents and informants from business owners of national franchisors. There are two results of this study. First, breaking non-competition clauses in franchise agreements, which have been read before signing, can qualify as unfair business competition. Abstract

The existence of the becakayu toll road overpass creates open space under the road that needs to be managed because it makes the environment dirty, dusty, irregularly planted, and useless. This research aims to identify open space under the becakayu toll road as a basis for determining the eco-farming zone. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using field observations, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The results showed that the current utilization of the becakayu toll road is not well organized (70%). Used as greening (50%), used as parking (20%), used as a sidewalk for skateboarding and cycling activities (17%), used as a fish pond (10%), and used as a place to sell (20%). From this study, the becakayu toll road can be utilized as an eco-farming area (93%). The benefit of this research is that the space under the becakayu toll road will be organized and efficiently used for the needs of the community and the surrounding environment.

Abstract

The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia as an independent and sovereign country, has a currency as a symbol of state sovereignty that must be respected and proud of by all Indonesian citizens. The rupiah is the currency of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia which applies as a mandatory and legal payment instrument in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. However, there are areas in Indonesia that do not use Indonesian currency (Rupiah) as the main instrument of business transactions, especially in the border area between Indonesia and Malaysia. This raises the issue of the circulation of foreign currency as a tool for business transactions in the territory of Indonesia, which in turn creates competition between Rupiah and Ringgit in the economic circulation of the community in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the preventive and repressive efforts that can be made by the Indonesian government and Bank Indonesia to minimize violations of the use of foreign currencies in the territory of Indonesia, as regulated in Law Number 7 of 2011 concerning Currencies and Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 17/3/PBI/2015 concerning Obligations to Use Rupiah in the Territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. This research is normative legal research through library research by tracing secondary data in the form of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials, using documentation methods and instruments in the form of document studies. Then, the data were analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of this research indicate that some preventive efforts can be made by the government and Bank Indonesia. The first is strengthening juridical instruments by the Government and Bank Indonesia. The second is the government together with Bank Indonesia must carry out a socialization and education movement related to the obligation to use Rupiah currency. The third is the government must build economic infrastructure facilities. The fourth is the government and Bank Indonesia can encourage the public to use Rupiah currency in electronic and digital forms. In this research, repressive efforts are not needed, because they can be resolved with preventive efforts, except in certain offenses that threaten the country's economic turnover or endanger the existence of the Rupiah currency on a massive scale.
