Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the service quality of Bombana Regional Water Company, state-owned company that facilitates and meets the needs of clean water for Bombana regency community. The problems of this research are 1) Water Pipe Channels that minimize water flow outflow and poor water quality due to brown and sandy, 2) lack of responsiveness of PDAM in overcoming problems, 3) PDAM lack social networking and social media that match the lack of information that customers get. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. Indicators in public service are Tangibles, Reability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty. The result of this research is that Regional Water Company Bombana Regency still needs to be improved in terms of things and services, facilities and infrastructure that are still available and services that are still less satisfactory in the service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the BPJS health improvement program at the Wua-Wua Health Center, Kendari City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the evaluation of the implementation of the BPJS Program at the Wua-Wua Community Health Center was carried out by paying attention to good service and there were also ongoing evaluations, especially those that were still lacking and still needed to be improved in terms of existing facilities and infrastructure as well as existing programs at the Puskesmas Wua-Wua, namely the prolanis program and also JKN. The program still needs to be improved, which means that the evaluation must also be improved. At the Wua-Wua Puskesmas, Kendari City, every month a mini workshop is held, which is then carried out an evaluation there. For the Determination of objectives in evaluation, the basic thing that is still lacking and still needs to be improved is the long queue so that the patient feels the need for improvement in this aspect and then for the determination of facilities, namely the lack of facilities and evaluation in this case is still lacking.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the quality of public services in administering the pension fund program at PT. TASPEN (Persero) Branch Kendari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the quality of public services in administering the pension fund program at PT. TASPEN (Persero) Branch Kendari is quite good, this can be seen from the results of the research which refers to the five dimensions of service quality which include tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for the two types of Civil Servant pension fund programs at PT. TASPEN (Persero) Branch Kendari namely Old Age Savings and Pension Program. Even so, there are still shortcomings that need to be fixed, namely the completion of the claim process for Old Age Savings funds and pension salary payments that cannot be completed on time, irregular parking lots and lack of facilities for participant families who come to take them.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Joint Business Group in improving the welfare of the Community in the Lapandewa sub-district, South Buton Regency The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques.The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the Joint Business Group program in improving community welfare in Lapandewa District, South Buton Regency is still not effective. this can be seen from the three indicators of effectiveness which include program socialization, counseling on business skills to KUBE recipient communities as well as, assistance to established programs that have not been implemented properly, and indicators of community welfare which include income level, education level and health level are still not implemented properly. Therefore, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the Joint business group in improving welfare is still not well implemented in Lapandewa District, South Buton Regency.
