Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether the motivation to have a positive effect on the Quality of Public Services in the Field of Land Transportation of East Kutai District Department of Transportation.The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation variables with variable Quality of Public Services in the Field of Land Transportation of East Kutai District Department of Transportation. It can be seen from the results of statistical test in which the correlation coefficient (r) is equal to 0.630, which means there is a strong relationship between the two variables.While the results of the t test (t-test) demonstrated that the resulting empirical t is equal to 4.077. These results are compared with the prices of the table critical t for n - 2 is 1.717. This means that there is a significant influence between the variables of motivation on the Quality of Public Services. Thus it can be said that the goal of this research can be achieved, the problems can be solved and hypotheses can be proven.

Abstract

The research aims to find out, to analyze and to formulate the right strategy in developing fishing tourism in Sigi District of Sigi Regency. Population of the research was 4 entrepreneurs of fishing tourism spot in Sigi District. This was a descriptive research with qualitative approach. The data were collected through questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results indicated that: (1) strengths and weakness have the highest score compared to opportunities and threats in fishing tourism development strategy of Sigi District, Sigi Biromaru Regency, so that it should put combination strategy between strength-opportunities for the position of fishing entrepreneurs in internal and external matrixes from now on and for future in developing the fishing tourism object; (2) the recommended strategy to develop the fishing tourism is strength-opportunities strategy, which means the strategy using strength to utilize with action plan as alternative as follow: (i) utilizing natural resources as high demand of business/fishing place; (ii) increase a good partnership and relationship among fishing entrepreneurs with low competition climate; (iii) make local development priority as the local income source; (iv) utilizing the easiness of gaining material and availability of facilities in developing fishing pool; (v) workers number should be sufficient with the growth of fishing business; and (vi) increasing motivation in the effort to fulfill facilities in fishing pool development.

Abstract

Kedudukan Hukum Pekerja dan Pengusaha adalah setara. Namun pada penerapannya cenderung menempatkan pengusaha pada posisi yang lebih diuntungkan Mendasari hal tersebut, paper ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja dari aspek tanggungjawab konstitusional negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian dengan Analisis Isi (Content Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja dimaksudkan untuk menjamin hak-hak dasar dan menjamin kesamaan kesempatan serta perlakuan tanpa diskriminasi atas dasar apapun untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan pekerja/buruh beserta keluarganya. The legal position of workers and entrepreneurs is equal. However, in practice, it tends to put employers in a more advantageous position. Based on this, this paper aims to analyze legal protection for workers from the aspect of state constitutional responsibility. The research method used is a type of research with Content Analysis. The results of the study show that legal protection for workers is intended to guarantee basic rights and guarantee equal opportunity and treatment without discrimination on any basis to realize the welfare of workers / laborers and their families.

Abstract

The archive arrangement system is a process of systematically arranging files or archives to facilitate re-discovery whenever needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the archival structuring system to support the smooth running of public services at the Head Office of Poasia, Kendari City. This research approach is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were documentation and interviews, the informants of this study were 3 people. The results of this study indicate that the archive arrangement system at the sub-district office of Poasia applies by date and by subject matter. Existing services at the Poasia Sub-district Office are Deed of Sale and Purchase of Land, Making Business Permits and Receiving Letters.

Abstract

The coordination over the past two years in the Landono Sub-District Office has decreased, this is due to administrative problems having problems with technology that are sometimes not functioning properly and human resources are not yet fully qualified. Therefore, the public services provided to Landono Sub-district are still not optimal, with many complaints from the public who are dissatisfied with the services provided by the District of Landono.O Formulation of the problem How the Implementation of the Coordination Function in Improving Service Quality. in the Landono Sub-District Office, it is already good, as indicated by the implementation of staff briefings, social security meetings and maintenance of existing work relationships. Employees and leadership elements in the Landono Sub-District Office each other complement and assist in service work to the community and Quality Improvement Services are provided by all elements in the Landono Sub-District Office with improved facilities and infrastructure as well as the reliability of employees in providing services needed by the community and responsive and ready for all service work

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the empowerment of government officials on work performance in the personnel agency and human resource development in Bombana district. The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method that seeks to describe the intended phenomenon. The data obtained from the results of interviews with informants, namely 4 people who are directly involved in the process of empowering the apparatus on employee performance achievements. Then the data obtained is then analyzed and interpreted and a conclusion is drawn. The results of this study are based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been stated, that the empowerment of government officials on work performance in the personnel agency and human resource development of Bombana Regency consists of 2 indicators, namely empowerment of the apparatus consisting of education and training (training) and career development. Then the employee performance achievements consist of quality of work, quantity of work and timing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of leadership on banking performance, (2) the effect of TQM practices on banking performance, (3) the influence of leadership and TQM on the performance of Islamic banking in Makassar City. This research is quantitative. The population of this research is all permanent employees in Islamic banks as many as 265 employees with a sample of 60 respondents. The data were collected using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique was simple random sampling, while the data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at the 5% significance level indicate that: 1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on banking performance, as indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.234, sig 0.044. 2) TQM has a positive and significant effect on banking performance, this is indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.455, a sig value 0.000. 3) Leadership and TQM simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Islamic banks in Makassar City where the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.264 or 26.40%.

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the implementation of civil servant coaching in an effort to improve work discipline at the Kadia Sub-district Office, Kendari City. The results of this study indicate that; 1) efforts to implement supervision through observation, inspection and monitoring at the Kendari District Head Office are generally quite optimal. Where the leadership sometimes makes observations on the accuracy of employees in working and the implementation of assigned employee duties, and sometimes checks the attendance of employees. But on the other hand, the leadership always checks the work results of employees, monitors the use of work facilities and monitors the accuracy of the implementation of tasks, 2) the effort to implement supervision is enough to increase the work discipline of employees at the Kendari District Head Office. Where there is a condition that there is still a lack of employee obedience to working hours, and the implementation of work is sufficient based on work procedures / mechanisms. Abstract

Sekitar 45% kematian pada anak di bawah usia 5 tahun terkait dengan kekurangan gizi. Balita gizi kurang dan gizi buruk dalam pemulihan merupakan kelompok rentan yang perlu mendapat penanganan untuk perbaikan status gizinya yaitu pemberian makanan tambahan (MT) sekalipun di masa pandemi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi program Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (MT)-anak balita yang telah terlaksana di empat puskesmas Kabupaten Gowa di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif dilakukan pada 26 sampai 29 Maret 2021 di empat puskesmas di Kabupaten Gowa, yaitu Puskesmas Taeng, Puskesmas Bontomarannu, Puskesmas Pallangga, dan Puskesmas Samata. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Puskesmas Taeng, Tenaga Pelaksana Gizi Puskesmas Pallangga dan Samata, dan kader Puskesmas Bontomarannu. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam menggunakan daftar pertanyaan. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah program Pemberian MT balita pada keempat puskesmas masa pandemic Covid 19 dalam proses perencanaannya berjalan baik, karena setiap tahunnya program MT selalu terlaksana di empat puskesmas. Dalam pelaksanaan program PMT masih terdapat hambatan diantaranya cuaca yang kurang mendukung sehingga terjadi pergeseran waktu dan kesadaran masyarakat. Sedangkan dalam proses pemantauan keseluruhannya dilakukan oleh pihak puskesmas, pencatatan dan pelaporan dilakukan meski dengan kendala yang ditemukan pada masyarakat ketidaktepatan sasaran karena penerima MT membagikan MT pada yang lain. Dalam proses evaluasi program PMT pada balita masih adanya kendala dari sarana, peran ibu balita dan peran lintas sektor dalam proses peningkatan status gizi, juga tidak dilakukannya uji daya terima. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan simpulan bahwa evaluasi program pemberian makanan tambahan pada balita mulai dari input, proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, sampai dengan evaluasi program, berusaha dilaksanakan oleh keempat puskesmas dengan cukup baik walaupun ada beberapa kendala yang perlu diperhatikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Joint Business Group in improving the welfare of the Community in the Lapandewa sub-district, South Buton Regency The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques.The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the Joint Business Group program in improving community welfare in Lapandewa District, South Buton Regency is still not effective. this can be seen from the three indicators of effectiveness which include program socialization, counseling on business skills to KUBE recipient communities as well as, assistance to established programs that have not been implemented properly, and indicators of community welfare which include income level, education level and health level are still not implemented properly. Therefore, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the Joint business group in improving welfare is still not well implemented in Lapandewa District, South Buton Regency.
